I will never frequent this store ever again. I bought a battery here with the hopes they would install it as it's considered "complimentary". Well after being told to wait outside while the employee tends to another customer, he finishes up and goes back in the store. I'm assuming that he's coming back out to help me. After waiting for a period of time, I went in and I asked them when would he be out to put the battery in my car and I was told he had "other important things to do and he didn't have time to put the battery in my car". He says this all the while tending to the men that keep coming in and out. Finally another employee decided that they wanted to help, only to then tell me that he didn't feel comfortable putting the battery in my car because it's a newer model and it had a chip in it. Ultimately I ended up at O'Reilly's who were more than happy to put my battery in my car and they did not charge me. It took less than 5 minutes!

I purchased parts online to pick up. Got confirmation that they were in stock and ready. Drove 2hrs to pick them up to find out they only had one and then tries telling me they can get the parts by next week but instead of them being $71 they ll be $200 each. Since when can a business charge more than what is listed?! They are ripping people off and overcharging which is illegal. I didn t even take the part they did have. I filled out the paperwork to get a refund. Never will I do business here again. Buyer beware!

my car was making a funny noise and i stopped to see if they could check my oil. i just moved out and don't know much about cars, but the man i asked was so rude about it and told me i "need to go somewhere else." then started grabbing a bunch of stuff and when i asked if i needed all of that he said "well are you checkin it or changing it?" do i look like i know????? insane that he couldn't take 2 seconds to help a clueless girl out

Brogan was amazing. Came over to me to ask if he can help as soon as I walked in. Helped me find the bulbs I needed. & provided great customer service and is a great addition to this location. Thanks again Brogan.

Always shop at auto zone. Had to get a new battery for my car. Guy installed it for me. Always great. The battery was a little high, but inflation is hitting everyone hard.

I CANT SAY ENOUGH HOW GREAT DANNERS SERVICE WAS. VERY PROFESSIONAL,DID MY COMPUTER READ OUT AND WENT AND GOT A HARD COPY. HE ASKED IF HE COULD CHECK MY ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY. FOUND MY ALTERNATOR REALLY WASANT CHARGING LIKE IT SHOULD. THANK YOU DANNER IM SURE YOU KEPT ME FROM BREAKINGON THE SIDE OF THE RD. DOWN

My battery die on my 2014 jeep wrangler so I went down to the store on Kingston pike where one of the nicest ladies I have ever deal with helped me. Then mike the mechanic put it in for me. He was not only knowledgeable but extremely nice even though the job was difficult due to corrosion and it was very hot. They made the whole experience a really good one.

Mike installed a new brake light in my 2005 Chevy Avalanche truck for approximately $11 dollars and then he very kindly fixed the jammed lock that an area dealership had broken ... the fixed lock then enabled him to move the spare tire I had been carrying around in my truck's backseat and put it in my newly re-opened trunk where it should have been for the past year. What a great mechanic and helpful person and what superior customer service ! Thank you very, very much Mike at Auto Zone on Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN.

Thank you to Matt F. at the Kingston Pike Auto Zone. He was very and kind and his customer service was amazing. He took the time to change out my batteries in my car remote. He truly goes above and beyond for customers.

I got a diagnostic test ran on my car today and Gary (he said he was from a different store) was extremely helpful! He printed off the code for me, gave me a ton of info about what could be going on and explained I don t have to worry about my car breaking down but advised to get a repair company to do a live diagnostic test soon. I called the dealership and because he had the code printed off for me I found out the dealership is fixing the issue for free who have this same code. I am not one to write reviews but Gary went above and beyond to assist me today and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service! In addition to that, everyone at the store I encountered today had a smile on their face and was very welcoming when I entered. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone!

So my oil light came on. I freaked out and looked up nearest oil places. I pulled up to AutoZone and the best lady ever helped me. Her name was Susan. She walked me through filling and checking my oil. Susan saved the day! I made it on to Nashville Vanderbilt for my dr appt. Thank you Susan!!!!! You need a raise!

The man that I asked to look at a small hose, broke a molded plastic part that is a dealer only item. I had to have my truck towed home and will have too have it towed to a shop tomorrow morning. I have no doubt that this will be an expensive repair because of someone else. Two tow bills and an expensive repair bill, because of AutoZone.

Had to buy a PCV valve, and they charged us $30 for it. Got back to the vehicle we were working on, and it didn't fit, the threads were different. So we took it back.The cashier gave us a refund, but he also accused us of messing up the threads. Thankfully there's an O'Reilly down the street. They sold us a PCV valve for $15 (half of what AutoZone charged us), and it worked perfectly.It's hard to recommend a store that sells you the wrong part and then accuses you of things you didn't do.

I went into AutoZone today to purchase brake light replacement bulb. Matt S was very helpful. He located the right size bulb for the van. I asked him if the install of the bulb was difficult? He said it should be fairly simple and then he walked me out to the van and installed the bulbs, one on each side. He was friendly and very kind. We need more people like him. Thank Matt S. for your amazing customer service.

Super helpful, Noah and one of the managers inside saved the day. I rolled up with a flat tire and no spare. They called a tire specialist named Lenny down the road just before 6pm and he was able to fit me in. These guys didn t have to do what they did, but it saved me time and money when it was all over and I drove away with a new tire. Thanks so much. These guys deserve a raise.

Not very quick to help, don t have a lot of car accessories that other auto stores have. Dude was was probably just having a bad day cause he was rude to others too. On a good note, it was very clean.

The customer service is great. Clinton, Keith, and Cassandra are excellent managers. They strive to help customers get the parts that are needed. If anyone I know needs help with getting the right parts, I send them here.

The customer service here is fantastic. Clinton in particular was very kind in explaining all my options and helping me complete the purchase. All the rest of the staff was also helpful in diagnosing my vehicle s broken battery and replacing it. The people here were great and really cared about me. Clinton and the team would make me come back.

Your employee Mr. Matt S. gave me excellent service. He installed the steering wheel knob for me. His other employee gave me a $3 discount. I am afflicted with ALS so I would be unable to install it myself easily. He did it in 2 minutes.

Terrible service by the African American woman! Asked about brake pads she said she wasn t going back and forth so we had to chose which one. There was nobody in there but us. I don t understand the attitude towards us. If you don t like your job then head somewhere else. This happened at 7:50 pm 4/20/22. They need to have better customer service!

Cashier did not listen to phone numbers being put in...he does not like to talk to people obviously. Acts like he's half asleep or avoidant whatever you want to call it....he's about to get off work and couldn't give customer service....didn't want to look up part numbers or follow instructions as well...I spent $200 and had a bad experience....car problems should be all the problems I should have to face....not this...

Have been coming to this store for my basic car needs, but will not anymore. Walked in and was asked what I needed help with. Told him I needed a light bulb and he told me what kind I would need. I explained that I had gotten my other light changed last month here and I wanted the same light. He picked two and told me choose one. I said I would have to look at the light to know, so he walked away and put the two on the counter. I had no idea how to take out my bulb... i had to find another worker to help me, that worker even showed me how. Even if the second employee was fantastic, that first experience was enough for me to never comeback. Very disappointing to have such poor customer service.

Extremely helpful. Our battery decided to die on us Unexpectedly, we got a boost and drove to AutoZone, purchased a new battery and was installed by other technician. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Corey C. wearing a grey shirt and was absolutely no help. I called to check if an item was in store before making the trip(Spoke to Corey). Get there and ask if they have somewhere to get water to test the part on my vehicle, Corey tells me I have to go next door even though they have a full functional bathroom sink. Then, if that wasn't enough, the item he confirmed over the phone had multiple of, get there to be told by him they were out. The other representatives may be great, but do NOT believe an info given to you by Corey C!
