Stuck waiting for service at the front, no one else in the store. Eventually I seen someone come around the shelves in the back but he was on his phone and took another 2-3minutes before he sauntered up front.I could forgive that but he brought me the wrong part and the garage sent me back to return it. I even questioned him because it didn't look like it would fit but he assured me. Big waste of time.

I m on a road trip from Texas to rhode island to drop off a foster dog at his new home when my check engine light came on @ 9:50 pm. Here I am states from home, I have to know if this is serious or not. I pulled in 3 minutes to closing. The lovely gentlemen there were so very kind even staying past closing and helping me find a product that might solve my problem, even checking my light for me despite the two large dogs in the car. Every single staff member had a smile for me and told me not to worry about bothering them past closing. They went above and beyond and I hope they are recognized for it!

Called the store and asked for the wholesale/commercial counter. I was told they couldn't transfer me and that I had to call back then proceeded to rant out number. As a former zoner, I can tell the customer service standards have gone out the window or they aren't training zones properly...

I called for a battery and they had one in stock. Drive up there and they installed my battery. Prices were much lower than any other auto parts store. The lady in the phone was kind and knowledgeable. The gentleman who assisted and installed my battery was kind and helpful. Highly Recommend this location for your automotive needs.

My car broke down last night right before the store closed and Evan was so much help. He stayed open just so I could get a new battery for my car and helped me throughout the entire process. I am so thankful for him and James, I do not know what I would have done without their help last night!

AutoZone had the right parts at the right price. Lift supports for a 2004 Ford Mustang GT. Removal and Installation of the replacement supports took about 15 minutes.

Bought an alternator for my sister, well it turned out to be the wrong one. She needed a 6 cylinder, we bought a 4cylinder + core charge was over 200+$. She then returned it to the auto zone in Alcoa for the right one and it was 120$ less. when it should have been more. Not sure why this was but wow what a difference.

Great service! Very polite and professional on the phone and helpful and friendly when we got there! They even gave advice on how to handle our issue in our brakes. Definitely recommend! I've been using auto zone since I started driving and they've always been great.

Came in after work in my uniform and wanted my company s discount but I was going to pay with cash. I told them the code for the account and they said they couldn t do it, was in uniform told them the store and company. Never had any other issues at the one less than a few miles beside my work. Only came to that one bc the one beside my work didn t have it in stock. Don t go to this one. Js

First time going to this location. The sales associate I dealt with was Matt F.He helped me find some wipers for my truck after I couldn't figure out which ones would be best. Matt even put them on for me when I asked. I told him I recently had surgery on my knee, not to mention I was clueless how they went on. Thanks for the help!

My battery died on the other side of the large parking lot here. The metal was too corroded to get a charge when we tried jumping it, so we walked over to this place and two wonderful men, Matt F and Greg, helped us out BIGTIME. They drove their truck over with a new battery and replaced it, even though it was not so close to the store! I am so grateful for their service. I had my 4 kids with me so I was especially grateful to not be stuck there waiting for a tow truck! Thank you, Matt and Greg for excellent and friendly service!

After working a 12 hour night shift at the hospital and my car needed to be jump started, I headed to the closest auto zone. All of the employees were so kind, but Jeff Welch went above and beyond and I am so appreciative for all his help. He changed out my battery and checked a few other systems for me too. Had ran into some alternator issues and after a few bad ones they went ahead and upgraded me to a better unit for no additional cost. So far it is running great. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Went in here to get help, stood in line. Guy walk in the door with a battery, was help immediately by the black guy with glasses while I was skipped and ignored. I will just stick with advanced auto.

We came in to look for a part and the manager Jeff was yelling and misstreating a young girl empoyee that was coming to help us. Poor girl had tears in her eyes. HE NEEDS TO BE REPREMANDED!

Amazing staff, helped me out when I had a busted windshield wiper blade. They took care of switching it out for me and got me back on the road in minutes.Easy to access location.

Always nice, pickup is quick and easy, they will try to look specific items for your vehicle up for you if you need them to, and the website you can put your vehicle into and have it only show you compatible options. Shipping is pretty fast and if you are in a jam, they can rush it.
