Always helpful, great staff.sometimes they get aggravated although they don't show it.but it's no different from any other job, it's just a job,as they say as a customer patients is a virtue, just be patient and you will be 100 percent satisfied.

The store manager went above and beyond for my family today. We were in Knoxville from almost 3 hours away when our alternator went out. We were able to just make it to the AutoZone parking lot and from there we were stranded. This store did not have the part we needed and being a Saturday, had no delivery drivers, so we were pretty well SOL. Luckily it was right at shift change so the store manager sent one of his employees to another AutoZone to pick up the part we needed and bring it back to us. They loaned us tools to change it and while doing so the manager put our battery on a charger and got it charged for us. He didn't have to send one of his employees to get what we needed, he went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely and for that we are extremely grateful. Thank you sir for being so kind, the world needs more people like you.

The team members at the store were very helpful. Robert the store manager went out of his way to help me Even let me borrow tools for the battery replacement. The issues were with their ability not to be able to do a return because their system was down. They called tech support and were on hold for a Good while. I finally had to leave the defective battery with them so we could get back on the road. My low rating is directed at corporate not the local store and local employees.

This is actually one of the more friendly stores, the staff really tries to help you. My biggest and only complaint is how all these homeless vagrants are allowed to storm customers going and coming from the store. My husband was working on his truck recently and he made several trips too and from the store in one day and this white and black team kept begging for money from customers coming and going. After they got money from someone, they went right across the street and bought a large can of beer and guzzled it, right in front of me. Then started their cycle right over again, without one word from the management. This is a pattern and I don t feel comfortable at this store.

Nicki, the "commercial account manager" was very rude on the phone and lacked professional anything. She insisted we didn't have an account with them, then after I hang up on a customer to go find our account info on file she "guesses we do after all". All to find out she didn't even do a search for our account! Very rude on top of it. No excuse.

Robert Dennis Nikki and the rest of the staff always answer questions and make sure you get what you need. I've never had any issues with the customer service even if I have to return something. Clean store great people.

I've been restoring and collecting dozens of cars for over a decade, and I've certainly spent over $20,000 at AutoZone in that time. However, I went to this location earlier this week to buy brake fluid and a can of primer. When I went to walk out, the alarm buzzer went off, which was fine, and I went back to the counter, and asked if my items had to be passed over the antitheft reader. They said no, and I tried walking out again. Same thing. Now, I'm not the type to steal parts, but even if I was, I wear a kilt and a T shirt. I don't have pockets or anywhere else to hide a tool or car part on my person. However, three members of the staff felt the need to insinuate and accuse me of stealing something. However, once they waved my brake fluid by the antitheft scanner, it beeped, like it was read, and I was able to carry it out of the store without the antitheft scanner beeping again. I felt the response of the employees was not only rude and unwarranted (I've been in this store dozens of times, they know me) but that I should have been issued an apology for being called a thief. I'll remain an AutoZone customer until the day I hand down all of my cars and am too old to start new projects, but I won't be shopping at this location again. I worked and managed a retail location which was the single busiest location of a chain store which makes the top 20 of the Fortune 500 list every year for over a decade now, and I'd have terminated any employee who behaved the way they did, immediately, on the spot, as that is unacceptable customer service behaviour.

Very helpful, great customer service!! They only had one battery in stock that would go in my vehicle however and it was a bit more expensive, that sucked but overall great experience

Someone stole my gas cap. The only reason I knew was because my check engine light came on. Stopped into Auto zone on Magnolia and bought another one. After 2 days the light still had not went off. Went to Auto zone to return it because it wasn't working. The guy that assisted me, Dennis, wanted to argue with me for 10 minutes that the gas cap would not make my check engine light come on. He told me it was because it had been so cold. After I explained that I had lost a gas cap before and this is the same thing that had happened, he still wanted to speak to me like I was ignorant. I finally said just give me my money and I'll go to Advanced and get the gas cap I need. As I left the store he said after I buy my gas cap and my light doesn't go off to let him know. So I went to Advanced at Cherry St bought a gas cap and by the time I made it to the fair grounds my check engine light was off. I will never ever shop at an Auto zone again if this is how you treat female customers like they are ignorant and don't know what they are talking about.

Spoke on the phone with a lady. She was argumentative, would not listen to what I was asking for. Tried to purchase items for $372 and brackets, she tries to sell me a totally different part for nearly $1200.Found them to be rude, uninformed and lacking in quality customer relations.

The employees need to slow down and listen to the customers. This way they want make as many mistakes. Other than that a great experience. Very friendly and caring employees.

I m sure this is one of the tougher AutoZone stores to work at in Knoxville. The employees are always patient and helpful. Often they have the lowest price and product in stock.

Was changing a headlight out and asked to borrow a screwdriver and they said that they don't loan out tools when it says they have free to loan on the window. So then I told him what was the tool return policy if you bought one I was going to buy it to use it and then return it right there on the spot so then that forced him let me borrow the tool that I needed.
