Called to order a part. Gave the counter person the part number. Was told there was 1 in town. Explained I needed 2 so was told it was ordered for next day. Would not take my name or number when I asked ti be called when arrived. Told too busy to do that. Called next day to check on order, was told fedex had not arrived yet. Called again around 230pm. No one could find the order since I hadn't given my name (though I tried to do that the day before). Finally, the person who took my order finally got on the phone to tell me my order was canceled. Cannot believe the lack of customer service. Gave up and ordered from Summit online.

Mike was awesome.Had my codes read on my vehicle (there were many)Some he didn't recognize and so he looked them up on his phone...printed out my code sheet with discriptions on each one of what it most likely was..thanks again Mike

I had an excellent experience at this auto zone. The employees went out of their way to help me, especially a man named Rob. He really helped me!!They were knowledgeable and very fair on their pricing. Thank you so much. You were a blessing to me!!

Taylor is amazing didn t yell at me even tho I was a bit problematic. She kept her cool and lead me to the light. Taylor is my hero I don t know what the world would be without her.

Scheduled delivery of a car battery same day, paid a premium to do so as my car battery is dead and I cannot drive to the store to pick up the battery. Waited for a couple hours, then was emailed that they could only offer either a full refund, or the option for me to come pick up the battery, which I obviously cannot do. Spoke to someone on the phone in customer service, requested that they just deliver it tomorrow if possible since I can't drive to come pick up the battery. I got a call back moments later that there was no chance of that, requested the refund and now it will take me multiple days to get that money back, when I need that money to get a battery elsewhere. Absolutely garbage customer service, will not ever be spending money with autozone ever again.

Cannot say how amazing and helpful the girl working tonight 6/8/2022 she went so above and beyond helping me get an air filter in!!!! Absolutely kind,caring ,considerate and beyond willing to help even climbed under my SUV looking for air box clip!!!! She didn't know my story as I had a horrible wreck hit head on at 55mph had to have almost unit of blood drained off my head and my balance and dexterity are still not 100% I suffer PTSD from military and severe anxiety disorder she made me feel calm and relaxed and assured she would get it and she did!!!! If she doesn't get a raise from store manager for her kindness and compassion then I will call corporate and let them know she definitely deserves it 1000% as she did not have to come help me or even do that at all. Thank you so so so much as I never got her name but I'm sure it shows who was working on this date in evening as she was only woman I saw in there.

There is one employee by the name of Tina at your location, she was a great help. She acknowledged me once I stepped in and helped me find what I needed, great customer service. Very polite too!

Associates are efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very clean and organized store and lot. They function in support of covid-19 social distancing and safety guidelines. I ordered online and picked up the same day. Couldn't have been easier or quicker. AND they beat two competitors pricing by 20%!!

These guys are very helpful and they have great prices and great customer service!!! I ran into an issue where my mother in law had picked up a part for me with a co-worker of hers and they had used the co-workers phone number on the receipt...the workers there were able to exchange they part I had which was for a different model car than mine for the correct part, and all I had to do was pay the difference!!! Very helpful in a time of need when I didn't have an extra minute to spare, and they came thru for me!!! Great guys!!!!

Marco not only got my new battery rung up and installed within 15 minutes, he was very friendly and didn't talk down to me about my car. Sounds silly to mention but as a woman, that happens a lot more than I'd like to admit when getting my car serviced. Whenever my check engine light comes on, this will be my first stop!

This AutoZone has consistently provided me with the parts, products and service I expect from a leader in the industry for over a decade. The General Manager at this store has been there as long as the store has been standing and his leadership shows through his teammates. You can always count on them to have what you need in stock or they ll go out of their way to find it. They offer free battery, light and wiper blade installation for those not so car savvy too. The staff here are knowlesgble and don t hesitate to share sound advice where applicable. I will continue to shop here for as long as John runs it.

I wish I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Called about getting a part and the guy wasvery clueless with what I needed & since he didn't have it in store, was very rude & didn't even try to help me any further. I'LL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER Penny WITH AUTO ZONE

Great auto parts store. Prices are reasonable. Can usually find everything you need for your vehicle here. The employees are also willing to help install a new battery, new windshield wipers, etc. Always willing to help.

I really like the AutoZone on Western. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help with any questions you might have. The store manager whose name I cant recall at this moment, he is a heavy set gentleman who is very knowledgeable and willing to help with any concern you might have.

The workers were very nice and helpful. They kept checking on us to make sure we were alright or needed anything. The store is clean as well!

Nothing like getting put on hold and left until i hang up. Then when i call back, no one will answer. hire people who know what they are talking about not just someone who walks in the front door lookin for a job.

Plenty of parts and tools to get the job done, but staff has some traits to be desired. Asked the employee if I needed anhydrous spacial tools to get the job done and he said no, just your basic stuff. Well, got into job, and found out, I had to have a special tool to do it. Well after 2 separate trips back to autozone, I finally got the job done. But no thanks to the employee of the Clinton hwy store.

Went in there Monday night to get a piece of flex pipe and a clamp. I tried to pay by check, but it wasn't signed by me, it was signed by my mom, but they wouldn't take it because of the different names, but she gave me her permission or else I wouldn't have them, and I even had her on the phone to tell the dude that she gave me permission, and she even offered to give him her drivers license number, but he wouldn't do it because I could be stealing. Well then, she told me to do PayPal, transferring from her bank account to my bank account. Well, that could be a way to steal too. But what pissed me off the most was he made fun of me for having checks in a plastic bag, well for one my mom and I didn't see why I should take her whole checkbook, and for two, when my car is messed up I'm either a walker or a bike rider, so I didn't want the rain to mess the checks up. What a bunch of dummies. But at least I found what I needed. That's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I ve went to them 2 separate times for 2 separate vehicles and Borge time they gave me the wrong parts after asking all the details of the cars.I would not recommend this location
