We ve used this shop several times in the last two years. This last visit had some issues with communication and we did have to bring our jeep back in to get some work redone but the team here has worked hard to remedy the situation satisfactorily and been back on their usual excellent communication.

Honest work. Eric and the rest of his team do a good job. When you don't need anything, they'll let you know. A little pricey, but they're worth it in my experience. I've taken 4 of my vehicles here.

Got my wife s car brought over there. They told me I was good to come pick it up and it should be good, just to monitor the problem. Showed up and paid. Headed out and the car was breaking down on me again leaving me stranded on the side of a busy highway. Best thing they told me I could do was just have it towed to the dealership. Nothing else to offer to help after sending me off and me getting stranded.

I have been coming to auto extend for many years now. I trust them for oil changes, tires and repairs. Nice guys, always quick and professional. They also provide a lovely waiting area with clean restrooms.

AutoXtend saved the life of my new-to-me car when another shop (Carmax) told me it couldn t be salvaged! I was completely helpless, as I know nothing about cars, but I know enough to now trust all our automotive needs to AutoExtend!!

I won't go anywhere else with my truck. They are by fair the best at what they do. Great prices and quality of workmanship is hard to find in today's world but it's great to know that at auto extend I have that. Thank you Scott and all the other mechanics that work there. The people there are very nice and knowledgeable. Their prices on the repairs I had done are the cheapest I found in town. Will definitely be going to them again when I need work done on my car.

These guys were AMAZING. Seriously I could not have made it home without them. I was traveling through and Knoxville is about my halfway point. While on the road, my car suddenly ran out of coolant and ran hot. They were able to get me in, even though it was thanksgiving week. They got me fixed up and back on the road fast and quick. Scott and The Staff are the best thing that happened to our 2005 GXP Pontiac Bonneville. We bought the car New and it needed tender loving care. Their work was second to none. This place actually makes appointments and honors them. They are not caught up in the craziness of leaving your car and it sits for a week. I took it in for an oil leak and it was ready earlier then expected and a lot less then was quoted elsewhere. Very pleased, they will get my business again.

Kept their word on the "callback" which hardly anyone does anymore. Polite and informative. Told me all I needed to know abt getting my Northstar engine repaired. If I decide on the repair, this is where it will be done.Thanks for your advice.

I'll share the same here as I did on their website! Look no further! This place is the last shop you will ever need! My excellent experience started before I ever walked in the door! Between them taking very good care of my daughter previously and them answering every question we called with I was already impressed! The day of my service only proved even more, that we finally found a true "home shop". I was stuck in a line right in front of the shop for about 20-30mins for what at first glance, appeared to be a wreck. Come to find out it was what we will call a "medical" incident that the guys jumped in and helped with until first responders arrived...great vehicle service and community service and compassion?!? Could it be? Then as promised they delivered high quality work, at amazing prices and in record time! Phenomenal. Words can not describe the experience we have had with AutoXtend. To say we will be back is an understatement. I will never use another service provider as long as these guys are around!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I would recommend this place to anyone who has auto needs. The staff is friendly and honest. I've struggled having people work on my truck before but they were able to do what needed to be done and have the time to go above and beyond.5/5 stars. Took my Jeep in for radiator replacement. This crew had it repaired the same day and the cost was lower than initial estimate. Very friendly and professional. They guarantee their work and the warranty is awesome! AutoXtend came highly recommended, and now I absolutely recommend them. I will use them again for any future repairs.

The guys at AutoXtend always take great care of our vehicles and of us. Always courteous. Always on time. They have even taken the time to answer our questions, do some research and make recommendations when we had a car break down while out of town.

These folks are outstanding. Very honest. They had the opportunity to recommend a lot of parts on my old truck's suspension. But, instead they said everything was amazingly tight and in good shape for 230,000 miles. You can trust them and I will be using them again. Prices are very reasonable, even cheaper than Jiffy Lube on oil changes.

It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who isn't trying to "build the ticket" like I've literally heard other shop owners tell their techs when they thought nobody was listening. These guys are that trustworthy shop. They've been fair priced, trustworthy and honest every time I've been there. I no longer live in the area and I still go out of my way to take my cars to them because I appreciate quality service.

Broked down on a Thursday night. Emailed them for a reservation to look at truck on Friday morning. Had an email waiting for me when I woke at 0700. Amazing. Showed up with Truck. Good Friendly Folks!! They did a look over and advised me that the breaks were not the issue, but the rear axle and seals. It wasn't the greatest news. The price was not unfair, and I felt they were going to finally get the job done right! We had this work done in Florida at the end of September- and no way if done right should the seal have failed. In any event, I had them do up my rear breaks, and fix the axle etc. They got this done by 1pm, and had us out of Knoxville so we could get home after a long trip. I would go back if I was passing through and needed something done. Kindness and Trust is all it takes- and the knowledge to get it done right.

I ve been very impressed with this place. After having nothing but negative experiences when it comes to car repair places, it s nice finding somewhere that s honest and backs their work. I went to get new rear brakes and tires yesterday. Once they were finished, they said they noticed there might be an issue with my front rotors. Since I had gotten them replaced there as well, they offered to look at them and replace what they needed to at no charge to me. Being a woman who doesn t know much when it comes to cars, this kind of customer service is very much appreciated. I will definitely be back in the future for all of my auto needs!

An amazing shop. My car broke down during a cross country trip, and I was very, very lucky to be connected with AutoXtend by AAA. They went above and beyond helping me diagnose my car and get back on the road. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, kind, and professional. They also have a beautiful waiting area. I highly recommend them.

I've gone to a few different auto shops in my 10+ years living in Knoxville. Hands down, Autoxtend is one of the best. I'd already had a great experience prior to today but wanted to share what happened today. We look in our Impala a couple weeks ago and got some extensive work done. When I went to pick it up, it had problems starting. They told me what the issue was (battery connector) and that if I did XYZ that I shouldn't have any problems. Well when we went to start it today, it wouldn't start and the trick they showed me didn't work. So they came to my house to troubleshoot & confirmed the thing I had an issue with last week just needed to be replaced. They got it started, drove it back to Autoxtend, and then came to pick me up when it was ready.I'm sure there are shops that are cheaper but for me taking our cars to shops we can trust is even more important than the bottom line. Honestly, I'll probably never take our cars anywhere else in Knoxville.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

***Update. I ended up calling back because my breaks continued making the same noises. I told Scott that I would like the aftermarket break pads changed (yes, even though they are new). I would like to be quoted for Honda break pads. I was told I'd recieve a call back "shortly" here we are a little over 30 hours and no update, no phone call. I need to get this fixed ASAP. Especially since I have children and don't want this to become a saftey issue. Luckily, Honda was able to fit me in and get it fixed! Looks like I will be staying with Honda! Disappointed Autoextend! Where's my phone call?After reading rave reviews, I took a chance and brought my Honda to get it fixed. My husband and I have always taken both of our vehicles to the dealership for service; not anymore! Very reasonably priced. Professional and friendly. Didn't waste my time or money. They will be our new go-to guys! Thank you!
