10/10.I had recently bought a new (to me) civic and they had me taken care of. The technician was very honest, my service advisor Daniel was absolutely amazing. I used to be a Honda technician up in Michigan, as someone who is new to the area I fully trust this dealership and the members of it. I will happily return with my civic!You are in good hands if you take your vehicle here!!

I love my CR-V! I came in to just look as I was not sure and still a little on the fence and was met by Kenneth. He was super nice and was not pushy. He walked around the cars with me and aloud me to pick out what I wanted and was patient while I was being indecisive. On the test drive he answered all my questions and there was a lot and showed me all the features. I felt confident in my decision after that. Steve the financial manager was super nice and they worked together to get me the best deal and made sure I understood everything that was being purchased and aloud me make decisions based on my needs without making me feel pressured. I would highly recommend working with these guys.

Typical dealership move, my girlfriend took her 2023 Honda civic into the dealership for an oil change at 10k miles and a recall involving the steering wrack, these guys sold her on an alignment!! The car has 10,000 miles, wheels haven t even brushed a curb or hit a decent pothole yet. Definitely already had it on the rack for the recall and just wanted to milk a few hundred dollars from someone who didn t know any better. Just your average dealership

Was sold a car that had a steering problem. We took it back the next day and they did except it back, but the manager stood outside talking bad about my husband in front of me and other customers to other stuff due to the fact he didn't know I was related to him. I walked in after he did. They did refund our money, took it back, and the sales guy was super nice, but I don't think we will be back. I gave them a 3 star for the sales guy and the ease of return. It would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the bad talking the one wanted to do.

We had an awesome experience with Brock. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable when it came to acknowledging our needs and budget. Anyone else we delt with was also super nice! If they are around in 20 yrs when I need a new car, this is where I'm going!

I had the most amazing experience here. My sales rep, Brock Jackson, is BEYOND AMAZING!!!! He was super patient with me, always available to answer my questions, he was great with following up with me on everything and keeping me updated with the status of everything. He was super helpful and did his very best to have me leaving the lot with the biggest smile on my face. Thank You sooooooooo much!! I am beyond happy with my purchase and the exceptional service I received.

BAD experience at this place! Went in for oil change. Told I had Power steering rack leak fixable for$2225, & brake fluid needed replaced was wrong color for $160. While I was reeling from sticker shock, I OK'd the brake fluid job. Probably shouldn't have. As I was leaving the check-in guy said "I want you to go out here and do a few donuts for me!" Weird, right? Turns out I had practically no power steering fluid at all. I assumed they would top the fluid as a courtesy until I could schedule the repair. No courtesy to be found here! Got some help from the good folks at Advanced Auto on Kingston Pike. At least I Now know where not to go!

I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Sam was great. He showed me a few other options, but when he realized I had made up my mind, we set down and he ordered it. They were able to make a trade with another dealer and I was in my new car in less than two weeks. I love my new CRV.

Had my Honda Ridgeline in for routine scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). The service was provided promptly and I received a full inspection report of the vehicle. The service advisors were all polite and helpful and the charges were very reasonable.

I came from out of state to purchase a vehicle. Cody took the time to make sure I got to see every inch of the vehicle, he explained to me if he seen something wrong or that needed to be fixed. He came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly with my purchase. From everything that I can tell, it is a great dealership! I would purchase from them again.

My name is Mike Jones, I bought an used 2019 Lincoln Nautilus in Jan 2024. This was the second vehicle that I had bought from AutoNation, I bought a 2016 F-150. This was a cash only sale, I had secured financing prior.I give AutoNation in Knoxville an average grade with my dealings with them. They showed no appreciation at all that I was a returning customer, in fact, they made it perfectly that they had no control of the pricing. the pricing was set in stone in Florida. I understand that, I am a business man myself and I know how the cooperate world works. I also know how to show appreciations that does not upset cooperate.The average grade is also based on being told something from the salesman that wasn't true and this is something average dealerships do. I was told that my car would be detailed and cleaned and dead tree leaves would be removed from under the hood. I'm not sure what kind of detailing he was referring to but it must have been a car wash you see at the shell station because I still have the leaves under my hood and they never even cleaned the inside of my windows.Would I buy from AutoNation again....sure, would I go out of my way to do business with AutoNation.... no. They showed me no appreciations and they will get that in return.That makes them an average car dealership.Mike Jones

We had a great experience with Brian McCulloch, Internet Sales Manager. We spotted the vehicle we wanted online and setup an appointment to drive it. He was ready with the keys and away we went on the test drive. Came back to the store and we were out of there in under an hour. Great service and friendly staff!

The staff at AutoNation Honda West Knoxville is unparalleled to any other car dealership I have ever had dealings with; they are superior in every aspect! if you need your car repaired, David is so thorough it impresses me! He s friendly, professional, and always there to keep my cars maintained at a high-level! Scott, Joe, Jason and Ethan make sure that all the other areas work well and are there to help in a moment s notice. Adam is the shining star that puts buying a new car to a level of effortless enjoyment! I love to just go and talk to the employees because they are that amazing!!!

Recently travelled to this dealership from out-of-state because of successful past purchasing experiences my family members and I have had here. We were helped by salesman Riad Kadow. Although I had many questions, he took the time to answer every single one thoroughly. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. He brought out several different models of the car I was interested in and talked me through all the different features each one had to offer in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you to Riad and team for making this another successful buying experience! Definitely recommend!

Review is for the Service Department. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the level of communication and service provided. I have been to other Honda service departments in the greater Knoxville area and this location hands down has them beat in many areas. Digital integration (paperless) with communication, intake, and service tech inspections. Videos and picture evidence and support documents. No pressure up charging. Honest, friendly. Straight and to the point. The way I like it. A pretty labor intensive Odyssey warranty repair done in a matter of hours where it was quoted to take a full day or more at the other location. Daniel was excellent. Pay him more.....!!!! (The customer is always right, right?)

I was met with a very warm welcome. My service attendant was Danny Lee. After a friendly welcome, he immediately started the process to handle my issues. He explained what was to be done to my vehicle and how long it would take. After a short wait, Danny returned to explain the findings and what and how long the fix would take. After the completion of the work, he explained further the results of the fix. The cost to fix my vehicle was within a fair range considering the work done. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Danny a 10, the time and effort to fix my vehicle a 10, and the overall experience of my visit to AutoNation Honda West Knoxville a 10.

I was super impressed how well their used cars are . I ve worked at dealerships and I ve yet to see new tires and brakes on. I also absolutely loved how fast and simple my service was. I worked with Cody from internet sales and he was super patient with me and communicated with me in a way wasn t too pushy and annoying . He was incredible and the business manager was super fast and sweet . Really enjoyed the people I worked with . We also worked with a guy named ed because we arrived two hours before Cody s shift and he was so kind and let us go for test drive and look Under the car on a lift at my husbands work.

Even though, as I expected, the dealer encouraged me to add extras, such as dent coverage and a supplemental warranty, they did so in a professional manner and never pushed back when I declined certain of the extras. The salesman, Jamaul, was also willing to communicate with me periodically via text when I inquired about the delivery date of my new 2024 Honda CR-V hybrid. He told me it would arrive in mid-February and I was able to pick it up on February 12. Overall, very satisfied with the vehicle and purchase experience.

Gave 6 different dealers an opportunity to earn my business on the first quote request for a specific model, trim, and color. The offer I was given by this location was extremely competitive and made it worth the 3-hour drive to purchase the car. Sam, my sales agent, was straightforward and there were no surprises when I arrived to draw up the paperwork. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and I was given ample opportunity to thoroughly review all the documentation before signing. I was in and out in about 2-1/2 hours with no drama and drove home happy in my 2024 Accord Hybrid Touring.

This was the 3rd time that we have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Not only are Hondas great vehicles, but this particular location has the best customer service all around. The maintenance department keeps our vehicles running well. This is the 2nd time we have worked with Cody Underwood. He and Rachel from finance worked hard to help us not only find the vehicle we needed, but also for a monthly payment that we could afford. I highly recommend going to them! We will definitely go back the next time we need a new vehicle!

Busy day, estimated wait time 2 hours. No problem, I went into lobby and started reading a book. Then in barely over an hour later I was interrupted mid paragraph by associate telling me my car was done. Now that is what I call service. No appointment, fifth car in line on a busy Thursday and a wait shorter than expected. Happy customer.

Quick kind and easy. They even got me an Uber back to my house. I am thankful because I would have had no way home being a complete single mom with NO ONE within a two hour drive from Knoxville. Alexis was nice and swift with my process. I would consider doing business again but not with a Honda car. I m done with the brand.

Edward Pernick and Carlos Baez were amazing to work with on buying my new Honda Pilot. They answered all my questions. They took the time to explain pricing , car payments options and all the features on the new car. I would recommend everyone buying a car to come here. I drove 3 hours and it was worth it.

We were traveling for spring break and stayed the night in Knoxville. When we started our 2016 Honda Pilot almost every yellow warning light came on. Luckily we were staying right next to AutoNation Honda West Knoxville. We drove straight there and were met outside by Brad. He immediately knew a couple of things that may be wrong and got us seen as quickly as they could. They were very busy as it was Saturday morning at around 10 am. Brad kept me and my family updated and had our issue resolved in about two hours. Can t thank Brad and his team enough for their compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend them if you are any where near the Knoxville area.

It's totally amazing. They solicit that they want to buy your car. You take the time to fill the paperwork out but when they find out you work in the business, they ghost you faster than a Facebook dating app and never give you the information. Totally amazing and I even bought my car there.Is an edit to my first response which I believe is 100% accurate. I get a phone call from Sean trying to guilt trip me In the changing my review saying that it wasn't fair when it clearly says, I'll have it within 30 minutes and Get the information later and at that point it's A $3000-$4000 lowball offer on the car, I'm in the business I have fired sales people for treating customers as bad as this
