Had to have an axle shaft replaced on my Camry a few weeks ago. So far so good! They got me in fast and the repair was done in a day. My car drives great!

Great service, friendly, professional people - just love Tracy and Bill. I ve always gone to a dealership - this was the first time I ve taken my car to a repair shop. From now on, I ll take my car to this shop highly recommend them!!!

Excellent customer service!! I was in a bind (paying Hertz **145$ A DAY** FOR A COMPACT CAR) and these guys went above and beyond to work me in for a diagnostic, and then were able to repair my spark plugs, cylinder, and an oil change the same day.The charge was very reasonable, but it was the super customer service that *really* impressed me.5/5 stars, absolutely recommend!!

This place was exactly what I was looking for to have my car serviced! They were attentive, friendly, and thorough. I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, and they communicated with me the whole time about price and what my car needed to be safe. I highly recommend!

UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE STUDENTS!!We live hundreds of miles away and we searching for a great mechanic in Knoxville. My daughter is a UT student and was having car troubles. My experience with Automotive Repair Service was excellent. Bill and Donnie are extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of my vehicle and they were more than willing to share this information and to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and being a woman I really appreciated being treated respectfully and taken seriously. The issues with my car were thoroughly discussed, I was always offered more than one repair option and I was kept well informed of the progress. The pricing of repairs for my vehicle were reasonable and appropriate. My car performs like a dream compared with how it drove when I first took it to Automotive Repair Service. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

These guys are the best! They have earned a repeat customer here. Friendly, took in my vehicle right away, diagnosed properly, and at a great price! They also personally followed up to make sure everything was ok... Great job.

Nice folks but after repair we had to return a week later for same issue. Once we had picked up the vehicle the 2nd time, we brought it back in the following day for service again. Apparently it had something to do with a defective part. It happens I suppose from time to time. We were frustrated having to pay a large sum twice. The crew was super nice, though.

Excellent service and wonderful communication. My wife's car broke down on 75 south during a six hour trip from Ohio. Turned out to be a broken timing belt. They suggested some other work while they had it apart, which I agreed upon. Very capable staff and extremely reasonable prices. They even called my wife to check back in on her return trip a few days later. THANKS AGAIN!!! !!

Good rates for car and truck repair. I was worried when my family mechanic retired and I had to find a new one I could trust. The couple of times before them I wasn't successful. Then a friend told me about them and I am happy now!

If you need a trustworthy auto repair shop take your car or truck to the team at Automotive Repair Service!I have had them work on multiple vehicles. Bill is really easy to work with and keeps you updated as diagnostics are performed and throughout the repair. I appreciate that I can trust the ARS team. Everyone I have spoken with is honest and forthright with information and costs. That is a rarity in business today. My starter went down so I had my car towed here. They got it done quickly and a great price with 12 month warranty. Office was nice when I went inside and looked very professional. Great service over the phone.

Little pricey for an oil change and tire rotation. A lot of auto shops will do a free tire rotation with oil change for 30$ cheaper. They do good work here but just too pricey for me to come back for an oil change and rotation. If the price was better I would have rated this shop a lot better. The price brought it down not the work that was done.

Bill was awesome! He personally made sure I had my car early so I could make it to work the day before Christmas Eve. Fast, friendly and most importantly did a great job on the car.

I and my father have used this place for years. They are very trustworthy and do great work. I have never had any reason to be suspicious of them. If I still lived here, I would use them even if I didn't live on the North side of town. I have occasionally had them do work when I am passing through, but that is not always possible.

They took my daughter's car on short notice and by the end of the day she was back on the road. They even repaired some frame damage that had caused the problem in the first place.

Great and honest shop. Took my truck in I told them it was one thing they called me back to let me know it was something else and it was cheaper. Fixed my truck and got it back that evening. Will go back when needed would recommend this shop to all.

I felt like it was a safe car repair shop that had my best interest at heart. Not that they cared about the monies involved but my best interest and the cheapest way I coyld go with the car repairs I needed. I would recomend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs!!

Everyone told us it would be 2,000-3,000 to fix our vehicle that a lot of extra money we were not expecting. So we decided to have this place look at it and they fixed it for a little over 200 best place ever!!
