Great place for your next vehicle. I was "pre-qualified" thru a loan that didn't work for me. Moe sent me in the right direction, said he'd call me in 1/2 hour. 1/2 hour later I was approved w/ where I wanted to be and getting ready to pickup my Mustang. The process is quick and easy. Very friendly with some good looking cars.

The guys at alpha motors are the real deal. They are willing to go above and beyond to serve their customers while selling high-quality, solid vehicles at very fair and competitive prices. I used to be an automotive service technician for 7 years, and I can tell you they do not sell junk! I have a unique financial situation, and they had the vehicle I wanted. These guys did everything they could to help me out when they didn't have to. Great people running a great business! If you're in the market for another vehicle, definitely stop by and say hello!

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Moe and buying my car out of state. He was incredibly down to earth and dealt with hundreds of my questions. He made the process very transparent and this has been the best experience I ve had purchasing a car.He went through all the extra effort to FaceTime me and show me every inch of the car. We had the paperwork done in two days, he even arranged the shipping at an incredible rate. The car showed up literally overnight from Knoxville to Houston, I was so shocked it was delivered so quickly.I can t recommend these guys enough, Knoxville is very lucky to have a dealer like this. 10/10 recommend and would do business with again. Unquestionably the best in the business!

what can i say!! we drove 2 hrs to drive a car i seen on marketplace. got there and there was another couple lookin at the same car!! we drove it and fell in love!! Mike and Moe were awesome to work with!! and i will say the great reviews is the reason we drove that far!! thank you guys for the good service!! the Blevins (Tennessee)

My husband and I just bought a used car here and had such a great experience. That is definitely not the norm around here for used car dealerships. Definitely recommend this place and to work with Moe I believe his name was. We will probably be coming back to get a truck in the near future!

Purchased a 2013 Focus ST. Picked up at dealership after a long drive. Car does have issues. I appreciate Mikes patience and willingness to help fix some of the issues to help me enjoy this vehicle! Thanks Alpha Motors.Update: Despite the dealership helping I STRONGLY suggest unless you re a mechanic or bring one. Don t be ready to buy on arrival. Since this purchase, I luckily was able to get the dealership to help replace the flywheel clutch and slave cylinder. I ve had to replace the entire suspension ( blown struts), hood, fog light wiring (it wasn t plugged up and had the wrong harness), and the tires have a few months at most. I take full responsibility for making a bad buy. I m sure it ll be a nice car one day but I certainly feel like an idiot for purchasing this one.

They walked me through all of my options and helped me find a payment plan that fit my budget. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Our daughter bought her 1st car from them 9/14/2022. Over the last year she s been looking for a certain car and whenever they would get something they thought she d be interested in they would text her and let her know. This car is the one she finally decided on and these guys were very professional, extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to do business with. I do know that if they have something that I m interested in I wouldn t think twice about doing business with these guys! Thank you guys for being so helpful AND patient with her in her search for her perfect car

Honestly I gave up on looking for a car! But when I decided to look one more time, I came across Alpha Motors and I do not regret it!! They made my process so smooth, I did most of it online (which was a piece of cake) and they called back as soon as I submitted my information! All I had to do was bring my payment and test drive! I forgot to mention my credit is fair... especially after visiting other car lots, it didn't help with my credit trying to find someone to finance every time! But here!!!! I was approved with a great monthly payment and warranty!! The price of the car is even better!!I couldn't be happier! Honestly! I have no regrets! I'm so glad I found Alpha Motors!Don't hesitate!!!

I just had a fantastic experience at Alpha Motors today. Moe was fantastic and got me in the truck of my dreams. He stayed after and waited for me to get everything ready. The service here was top-notch and will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending it to friends and family if they are looking for a used car/truck.

Absolutely the smoothest dealings with a car lot. Mike was absolutely the nicest and was honest and truthful from the first second we got there. We left with a great car and an awesome deal. Definitely recommend shopping here. All vehicles were spectacularly clean and newer models. In the future, will definitely buy from again.

When I visited Alpha Motors, I had the pleasure of working with Moe, who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful in finding me what I was looking for, which was a BRZ. Moe was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and gave me great advice on which cars would be the best fit for me. What really stood out to me about Moe was his level of professionalism and dedication to his job. He went above and beyond!Thanks to Moe, I was able to find the perfect BRZ (my new child)! It's in excellent condition and runs like a dream. Literally my dream.

Moe was the man! He helped me out over the course of 3 days and got me out the door with my ST He genuinely cares about getting his customers a good deal and is transparent and honest with EVERYTHING. Moe and Mike After a car i was looking at, at a different dealership, fell through these two stayed after closing to help me get a different one. They made sure I knew what i was getting into with the car, they were very informative and answered any questions I asked and even when they were 3 hours after close and there were technical difficulties online they still kept a positive attitude which kept my mind at ease. They were very professional as well as friendly. When i returned a few days later to pick up paperwork they greeted me as friends would and were about as happy for me as my own family was when I was driving off the lot! Not only am I going to refer every one of my friends to buy a car there I m sure the next time I m looking to upgrade I ll look here first! Also Moe and Mike deserve a raise.

Great place to checkout used cars. From the first meeting it was complete transparency. Junior was awesome, he was there every step of the way to help me through financing my first car even when getting outside financing was nothing but helpful and honest. Definitely a used car dealer u can trust.

Awesome bunch of guys. Moe did an excellent job of creating a pain-free car purchasing experience. After my MazdaSpeed 3 got totaled, I needed a car fast. The GTI that I found (and purchased) at Alpha had been kept in beautiful condition by them and I would not choose anyone else to purchase a car through. Huge shoutout to Moe for being able to save the vehicle for me while I was dealing with insurance after my accident. You guys are awesome.
