The crew here is top-notch across all areas; expertise, communication, pricing, and customer service. They treated my Tacoma like it was one of their own.The pipeline from start to finish was very streamlined, including upfront discussions, evaluation with supporting pictures, options for fixing/upgrading per my request, requesting approval for any step, attention to detail, etc.They made themselves available for all my questions when I picked up the truck and have a very good warranty policy.I ll definitely be back for any further work I need/want done!

Purchased a wrangler from carvana figured why not see what happens. Lots of play in the steering among other issues. Being my first wrangler and unsure what was wrong, I drove an hour to All Terrain after a phone call with Mike. I had a 7 day return window and only about 3 left on it. Mike assured me they could check it out for me. Let s just say thank goodness, broken track bar bad shocks among other issues. Mike worked with the warranty company and I left with over $2500 in repairs for just the taxes. Such amazing service, during the review process they sent a detailed list with photos and level of urgency needed. Can t recommend them enough with their help I was able to own the one vehicle that has eluded me most of my life. 2017 Wrangler with half doors.

We are Floridians, we're docked outside of Tampa, and we own a '04 Jeep Wrangler that needed a flexplate. Apparently the manufacturer stopped making that part 10 years ago, so we spent days calling all over the US looking for one, with no hope at all.We used to live outside Knoxville, TN, so my husband called Josh at All Terrain to see if he could help us locate the part. In a few hours he had us lined up with a place in Georgia who had the part and shipped it to us! What a lifesaver Josh was! He went above and beyond for us. Wish all repair shops were as helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again Josh!

These guys are the best. I got my jeep lifted with new tires amd rims and it came out sooo much better than I expected. Definitely recommend and will be going back.Thank yoy for making my Jeep look so good.

I was new to the area and Was heading out of the state and wanted to get my car serviced before leaving so I found All Terrain auto care on a google search I made an appointment got there late, but they were more than happy to service my car. They were the most honest and had the best customer service that I have ever experienced at any auto shop. Damon and Josh explained everything they were going to do in detail by far the only place I would go to get my car worked onThank you so much to all the staff your awesomeSo if you want quality service and reasonably priced service for your car then this definitely is the place.

I worked with Mike Lema for the repairs on my son s Jeep. They were very thorough in their assessment of the issues we were encountering and were very helpful in their communication. I had several major things going on, e.g., overheating issues, death wobble, and some overdue repairs that had previously been pointed out to me by other shops. My son says his Jeep is driving like new. So far so good and it s reassuring knowing labor and parts are covered by a nationwide warranty. We will continue to use All-Terrain for any future issues.

I ordered a Besttop for my son's Jeep. Once received, the guys opened and noticed the product appeared to have rust on hardware as if it had been installed before. This was unacceptable to them. They spoke with Besttop and reordered, rescheduled the install, and in the end, it looks great. I felt treated exactly like I treat my own clients. If I wouldn't want it/own it, why would I allow my clients to own it. Thanks Damon and Mike.

By far one of the best shops I have ever took my baby too. The way the keep you up to date with the photos and inspection link all the way down to properly torquing and using torque paint. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Mike and the guys.

5 Stars We had our jeep at the North Knox Jeep dealership for months. After doing some research we decided to take it to all terrain and we re very glad we did.Damon and the team of technicians diagnosed what was wrong in less then a week with expert communication and a very detailed diagnostic.If you are looking for a great mechanic for your jeep All Terrain is the place to go.

For 20 years now, All Terrain Auto Care (aka Just Jeeps) has been taking care of my vehicles. They are thorough in their inspections, reasonable in their prices, and complete in their work....done right the first time. And, they have never tried to take advantage of this female who knows little about cars. I won't entrust my cars to anyone else.

I just inherited a Jeep Renegade and was really unsure where to take it to be serviced as I have a hard time finding car places that are trustworthy. I really enjoyed my experience with All Terrain Auto Care. I had so many questions, and they were very patient with me in helping to build that trust and show that they are very efficient and knowledgeable. They got my car fixed super quickly, friendly staff, also patient which is a big plus. I'll definitely be bringing it back in the future when I need work done.

An absolute excellent experience! Mike L., Josh & Derek were especially helpful and patient with me while addressing issues with my 2000 Wrangler. Mike L. made the entire process simple with extreme professionalism and expertise. I was provided with a timely estimate including a full explaination along with photos of the issues. Text messaging was available and I was informed at every step of the evaluation and inspection.of my vehicle. Going forward, I will definitely use All Terrain Auto Care for my Jeep issues. My experience with All Terrain Auto Care was absolutely amazing. Josh helped me pick the exact top I wanted for my Jeep. After he ordered it, he kept me informed as to when it would arrive. It was very easy to make an appointment and they were very accommodating about getting the top on as soon as possible. I mean, you can t run around topless in East TN! He and his crew were very efficient and thorough about making sure the top was fitted properly before I drove my Jeep off the lot. They even took my Jeep for a spin to make sure the top was installed properly. They also installed a rear tire break light too. I was so lucky they had one in stock and could install it the same day. Everyone was very friendly throughout my visit. With service and attention to detail like I experienced, why would I ever go anywhere else? As far as I m concerned, All Terrain Auto Care will have me as a customer for life. Oh, I forgot to mention that I got a super cool Jeep shirt too, in addition to the outstanding service I received!

I took my Jeep to Free Service and they misdiagnosed my brakes horribly. I was at All Terrain for an oil change and tire rotation and asked if they could take a look well I had 2 frozen calipers and needed my entire brake system redone. Look they may not be the cheapest but they are the best and in the long run, knowing they do things correctly gives peace of mind. It was a substantial cost for the work but they locked in the repair quote for 30 days and the minute I was ready they worked me into the schedule. Integrity is something you never have to question with this team at All-Terrain.---------------------------------------------I try to do most repairs myself if I have the ability, but when I kicked P0441 I replaced my fuel cap and kicked the code again so I changed the purge valve filter, yep kicked the code again so I had a few options to keep parts swapping or go ahead and let someone with the correct tools perform a diagnostic test. I am very glad I did because it turned out to be a loose connection on the evap line. So, by letting them do the test and run some smoke it turned out to be a simple fix and it saved me money because the next part I would have tried replacing would have been around $300. From the moment I scheduled, and discussed what needed to be done, while there had them do an oil change, to picking up my Jeep, every person was professional and they did not try having me do any unneeded repairs. These guys love Jeeps and like the Jeep community, they want to help other Jeepers. I know a long review but it is important to support businesses like this. I hope nothing else goes wrong for a while but well it's a Jeep so it's nice to have these guys ready and available.

I've been coming to this place for years. The staff is exceptional and Josh as well as Mike will do all they can to help you. If your looking for reliable and informative techs this is the place to go. I brought my Gladiator in for new tires and wheels, a suspension lift, Detroit Locker, new 5.13 gears, a complete brake job, and a tune up. They did an amazing job and had that extensive list of jobs completed right on time. The Jeep drives better than new!! Im the original owner of a 2000 WJ Jeep. I do alot of my own work, but when issues arise that I am unable to deal with myself, these guys are great. They quickly diagnose and work with you to keep the bill reasonable.

Took my 1997 Ford F150 in for rough riding and loud engine diagnostics. My first time there and they were so professional and kept in constant touchy with me. Great, knowledgeable guys and I will definitely be using them for all my repair needs going forward!

I brought in my 2018 stock Jeep Wrangler to do a few upgrades and from the get go, Josh was amazing. Super friendly and knowledgable, he helped me through the entire process. I had quite a bit of work done and it was all done perfectly. Highly recommend these guys. Brought in an Infiniti G37s with a clutch problem and the guys at All Terrain fixed me right up. The nice thing was they sent me pics of what was wrong and used OEM parts to fix it. Now it drives like a brand new car again! Huge thanks to Mike and all the guys down there!! Reasonable price too!

I was in the midst of purchasing a used vehicle from a local dealership and brought it there to have an inspection prior to the purchase. Because they had previously done some maintenance on the vehicle, they had knowledge that the vehicle needed about $5k worth of work to it. The inspection fee was well worth it and saved me thousands by giving me the information to avoid buying the car.

I contacted several places to get information about repairs for a used Jeep. Most places I contacted did not answer or respond. When Jared answered the phone, I could tell they were different. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked about auto painting, and although Just Jeeps did not offer it, he told me about some other locations and gave his recommendations. A few weeks later, I contacted Just Jeeps about a new top and step. He made recommendations and gave options based on price points. I went with his suggestions, and he nailed it. Dropping the Jeep off after hours was a breeze. The late drop-off box was well set up. The first time I was able to go in the shop was when I picked up the Jeep. The shop was clean, organized, and welcoming. You could tell the staff cared and wanted the experience to be great. One of the parts I ordered arrived bent. Jared took the piece off his own Jeep to ensure I got the best service possible. I will absolutely be coming back to Just Jeeps and More. I stopped in without an appointment to have someone check for damage under my car after driving over a narrow median that was covered with leaves that I could not see. Everyone was so nice and quick to be helpful. I was so stressed and they were able to quickly set my mind at ease. I cannot recommend them enough. I was also aware that I needed rear shocks prior to visiting All Terrain and they were able to send me an estimate later that day. It is less than the other estimates I had gotten.
