Got a flat on the other side of the road a few businesses up. Didn t have many options so I called them, they said they were short staffed but could get me in asap. I got 4 used tires, 3 new TPMS sensors and an alignment for a great price. They were very nice and I m glad I blew my tire near them! Thank you for getting me back on the road and safe!

Been here two times in two weeks for my mower tires and trailer tires and it s such a great experience every time. They are busy always but they make time for you no matter what and the customer service is off the charts. I highly recommend them to anyone for anything. Businesses are about the people not so much the service for me but they knock both out of the park!

Love the place they have the best prices in town. Josh runs the place is very knowledgeable it will help you with whatever you need. the store is super nice and has plenty of in stock choices and catalogs to look in to get exactly what you're looking for. if your want something else. Usually they can have it there in a couple days. I would recommend this place for any other issues with your car. The do alignments, lift, lower, level. If they tell you something, you can take it to the bank that they are telling you the truth if they find other issues with your vehicle.

Out of town and these guys stepped in and fixed a tire that no one else had. Great service and family atmosphere in the shop! Highly recommend if you need any work done!

If you value your life and those that ride with you you ll stay away from this place. I had an alignment done since I bought new tires. First they tell me they need to tighten two bolts up before alignment and it would be an extra 10.00 per wheel to remove wheel to get to bolt so I agreed to pay. After alignment I drove home but car was pulling hard to the right then it was making clanging noises and felt like front end was going to fall out under car. I got under the car to find one of the bolts he tightened was over tight and he broke it off making bar not even connected to steering. He never told me he broke it and of course the alignment was no good since it was broken and why it was pulling hard to left. Also I was able to put on new part to fix it without removing wheels so he could ve done the same. I called and the young Hispanic girl said I ll tell him annd that was it and I never received a call back at all. He put my life at risk by not fixing what he broke or even telling me about it. I think their ratings are from a previous owner of this store because I d been there years ago and it was an older white gentleman now everyone there is Hispanic and the girl at from counter is just a kid. You ve been warned. Btw I also had five1 dollar bills in the console But when I got home, I opened the console and noticed the money was moved. I counted it and there were only four1 dollar bills now. I guess they thought I wouldn t miss one dollar.

Josh and his guys are the real deal. I had a cracked rim that was beyond repair and a wife due at any moment; so I called and visited a handful of shops in the Knoxville area and none of them had my lug pattern and size in stock or available anytime soon. I actually got recommended to All American Tire and Wheel by another shop and not only did they have what I needed in stock but it was an amazing deal and along with that the professional and knowledgeable staff was next to none! Long story short my wife went into labor the next day and I was able to get her safely to the hospital thanks to Josh and his crew....thank you from my family to yours, greatly appreciate it

Good people who do good work for way under what others would charge I would recommend that you check them out if you're looking for any kind of rims wheel work or any thing involving that I was working people there to save you money I'm sure to make money too but not like everyone else they don't have to make 100% profit they're fine just making enough to pay the bills out of them for that

Good people little over priced and definitely put too big of a markup on things. I understand everybody needs to make money but don t need to cut someone s head off. Lol.

Very happy with the service provided. They did an amazing job installing a lift kit on my truck and as you can it see it looks great! I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them.

Sometimes you go back to a place after a long time and wonder if the culture might have changed. After 10 years, I returned to "All American" with a bent alloy rim, a bruised ego and a desperate need for an alignment on my 2000 torch red Corvette. Thankfully, I found the place just as it was all those years ago. Although some of the furniture had been rearranged! Josh got up moments after I walked in, helped me with some answers as to my options and in a matter of minutes had my new rim ordered from down in FL. A few days later, Nick gave me a call to say the rim was in and to come on up. Now, my Corvette drives absolutely perfect and I must say it was nice to not only be treated as a customer but also as a friend. I enjoyed the car chit-chat with the staff as much as I enjoyed viewing the vast model car collection in the back!

Josh and Nick run a great business. Very customer focused with great selection, honest advice and fair pricing. I bought wheels and tires for my Yukon from them. They did not try to over sell me. Had a small issue after the sale that they took care of without question. I tried to pay and they wouldnt let me. Service like this is hard to find these days!Service: Tires

Great experience with All American Tire and Wheel. From our first phone contact through the ordering and installation of our Fuel wheels and Grappler tires, we were impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. The final result is awesome!

Very friendly staff and great service. I wish I would of gotten the name of the girl who I spoke to she was very friendly and helpful and once I arrived at the store another woman helped me who was also very friendly and helpful. The guys got me taken care of very quick and everything was just perfect highly recommend!!! Wish I would of known about this place sooner! Had to get spacers on my car and no one had what I needed except this place and they put them on really quick.

I wanted to take a minute to share how great a service we recieved from Josh. He was diligent in making sure this part got to me. i am a shop owner and one of my customers had lost a part needed to work on their vehicle. Josh got that part to me overnight. So with that said, very impressed with the service and the willing to go out of his way to make sure this happened smooth and fast. I called over 20 locations in search of a rim for my spare. All American Tire and Wheel was so helpful and went out of their way to make sure they had what I needed. The woman I spoke to was so nice on the phone and in person, as were other staff. From beginning to end I felt welcomed. They were friendly and didn't waste time, mounted spare in 20 min or less instead of keeping me waiting. Will definitely have my business again.Service: Tires

I was in the area from out of town. My truck had a shake while driving on the freeway that the dealership didn't fix, NTB didn't fix and i was losing it due to the shimmy. The staff was friendly and quick. A technician came out and recommended a premium balancing service called Road Force Balancing. I agreed and he went right back to work. While waiting I looked up this service, somewhat doubtful that it would fix the problem. About 45 minutes later I was done. The balancing had worked perfectly and the next 600 miles was much more enjoyable. The price was far below anything I would have gotten around my home base. GREAT JOB!
