These people are AWESOME! As you can see by the photo, I have a very special vehicle! Zippy, as I call it, requires special handling, and this is the place that was recommended to me multiple times to have a much needed alignment done. They did a fantastic job, quickly and reasonably priced! Who could ask for more?This place has been Zippy Aproved!

Great old school alignment shop! Combines decades of experience with new alignment technology. These folks know what they're doing, and do it well. This is a Bible based Christian business that is established on true principle. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend dropped off his truck there and they immediately took it out down the road. Of course my boyfriend just assumed it was a test drive for his alignment so he didn't say anything. Two hours later he called to check on his truck's alignment since he hadn't heard anything back from them. When they answered the phone they stated "the guy had just taken it out for a test drive." My boyfriend stated that if there is more than 5 miles on his truck that he is going to be mad, upon the return of his truck there was approximatly 12 miles put on his truck than when we dropped it off.

Though one will need to pay for an estimate for repairs (my estimate was less than $70), if you have the work done there, you will get half of that back when paying for the repair. I checked around against their estimate, and of the three of four who gave me estimates by phone, ALL were higher by several hundred dollars. Not only was their own estimate the lowest, but they gave me a ride home, and picked me back up to get my vehicle, so I didn't need to wait there, or have someone pick me up. Everyone was friendly. Heads up: Using a card to pay adds 3.5% to the cost (which they tell you), so bring cash to save money.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I had new tires installed and contacted alignment professionals to do an alignment. They upsold me on 1500.00 worth of new front end parts. Two months later I notice my tires are wearing out and start looking at their work. I see loose bolts from shoddy workmanship. I'll be taking my vehicle somewhere else to have this mess straightened out. Luckily I noticed the issue before this caused an accident. In short I wouldnt recommend Alignment pros for any repairs whatsoever.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Good people, fair rates for an excellent standard of service. The other local auto maintenance shops recommend them for their alignment and brake work. I had my brakes done, and they spoke with me over the phone while it was being worked on to help me determine what I wanted to do versus what could be done, helping me stay in budget.

My Tacoma has almost 300,000 miles and for the past 8 years alignment professionals has kept it driving like a new truck. Very skilled professional technicians and fair prices. Very honest and conscientious business. They replace bearings, half shafts, brakes, calipers and they stand by their work.

67 and supposedly a half hour of Labor when they hadn't even had the car a half an hour to tell me they would not line it up. Stay away two of the parts that you said needed to be replaced had recently been replaced for almost new when you start off telling me something needs to be replaced that is almost new I already know that I can't trust you

Incredible shop - my 1998 Lexus GS400 was in a collision and my front left suspension was bent and out of spec. I took it to alignment Professionals after seeing that my control arm was bent and they find another arm and a ball joint that was bent. Finding more components that were bent wasn't a fun thing but it is good when safety is priority and bringing the car back to normal was key. First they did an inspection and let me come and look at it myself and the technician (Tim) did a fantastic job on checking my suspension out. I dropped the car off and the car was ready the next day. I love shops like this because they are honest, nice, and they know exactly what to do. They are old school gold and they use modern tech. My car drives smooth like it did before the collision and was affordable compared to other shops or dealers. When I went to pick up my car I met the owner and he was a nice person with an incredible shop. I will definitely come back for all my needs. As a plus, the office representative (Jackie) was very nice and she kept me posted on all the work that was being done on the car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

First time customer for alignment on my Ford F150 . First and foremost I am a retired auto-body tech and rarely have my vehicles worked on as I do most repairs myself. I'm always skeptical of repair shops. Tim (tech) showed me issues with the control arm bushings and promptly completed the repairs after explaining the process and cost. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff (owners?) are beyond friendly and the whole process was just a great experience. I will be back for all my suspension needs!! Very honest business. They will only do the work that is needed and will not tell you to get work you do not need unlike, like a dealership would or other chain repair places. Took my car in for an oil change Big O , they said I needed a front end alignment and a new battery. Got a second opinion from Alignment Professionals and I need neither of that work done. I trust Alignment Professionals to be honest do good work, at a fair price. Thank you for being honest and I will be back for any front end or brake work again.

It's so great to have car maintenance businesses that is actually honest, and doesn't try to charge and arm and leg for the service. I called today. And even though they were scheduling out two business days and were extremely busy, they knew I needed to have my car worked on asap, and they fit me in. Not problem. My parents have gone here for over 15 years and have always bragged on them, and now I'll recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much guys.

The lady up at the front counter told me I didn t need an alignment and that an alignment will not make your vehicle shake (which is wrong) and now they act like they don t even want to do it and that I need to get my tires balanced first.. and that they don t do balancing just a strange encounter. Felt completely led in the wrong direction.

I have been going to Alignment Professionals for 19 years now for all of my vehicles as well as take other family vehicles for any alignment, frame, brakes, struts, etc. with no problems. It's an honest family business and work is done professionally. The pricing is definitely done at proper rates and a heck of a lot better than the dealer charges! As for some of these reviews on here, I think you need to make sure you're reviewing the right business because if you ever take the time to ask questions if not satisfied, this company will take care of the problem right. I hate it when people just want to complain because they can't get something for free.

Had a 4 wheel alignment done on my lowered 2014 C7 Corvette, and it rides and drive perfectly . Take your Vets here if you want the best service. And they was very nice to me , witch mean a lot to me .Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Excellent service from some honest people. First of all Pat who answered the phone fit my truck in for a last minute alignment. She was so nice on the phone and in person. Ronnie was the technician who worked on my truck and then was honest enough to tell me that my truck did not even need a front end alignment but just the tires rotated. So they referred me to a local company for a tire rotation and did not even charge me the price of a alignment job they charged me for a inspection fee. Talk about honesty! These folks have earned all my future business all I can say is thank you!

This is the best place I have ever been for brake and alignment issues. At another business I was told that I needed new front and rear brakes. I came to Alignment Professionals for a second opinion. After a few minutes I was advised that I did NOT need new brakes as my brakes were only 40% worn. I couldn't believe it! These very fair, kind, honest and trustworthy professionals won my respect, admiration and recommendation immediately. I was even invited into the shop to visually inspect my brakes. The mechanics took time to educate me and make the appropriate recommendations for future service that may be needed. I am so blessed to know the folks at Alignment Professionals and highly recommend them.

I had a horrible experience working with this company. I had a lot of work to be done on my car which including frame straightening, alignment, and installing a rack and pinion. They took the job knowing it was a lot, but also knowing that they were getting a lot of money from it. They took an extremely long time with my car and when I got it back did not do a good job. Parts in my engine were loose, they didn't reattach my steering wheel, or engine mount. When I asked for a refund for some of my money due to poor workmanship, the manager immediately got an attitude with me. He eventually said he would refund me a small portion of my money. I took him up on that and then he changed his mind and hung up on me. They are unprofessional, rude, and not willing to admit to a poor job. I recommend never using them.

Went for an alignment $79 ended up with $480 and some change worth of work and I still had the same problem I took my car for. I called they told me to take my car to fleet tires down the road for tire balance so I did, they balanced my tires for free but my issue was still there Found out i needed a tire rod. Now if you are a "professional" why didn't they see that was my problem. They got me and I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. I paid for the work with no problem, but I'm the one still with the problem. More people have had good experiences here than bad, so that's a good thing. I just feel cheated, when the mechanic shows me a problem on the same side I need a tire rod on and he didn't catch that. Just make me feel some kind of way. 20yrs is a long time in business not to know how to do a proper check." I HAVE to eat that $400 it is what it is.

Best place within a hour drive to get your alignment! The mechanic Rick explained everything that was wrong and explained which part caused what to go wrong with other parts! Amazing prices and amazing service from Rick and the office team!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Ronnie the repairman spoke to me in terms I could understand. Very nice man. They are priced competitively. The ladies in the office were so much fun!! I enjoyed my time there and they were so fast with the repair. Free wifi

I have had poor results from every other "alignment" shop in Knoxville on various types of vehicles. I was refered to Alignment Professionals by a friend who h as d used them. Mind you the vehicle that I needed aligned is extremely important to me and NOBODY touches it other than me for maintenance and repairs. Much to my surprise these folks did a fantastic job, were extremely honest, and subsequently made a new customer out of me. Highly recommend.
