Our car broke down and they were dispatched via our emergency road side assistance through our insurance company. They arrived in half the time that we originally were told which was great. They made the whole process simple and Victor had our vehicle home in no time. He was polite, friendly and kept us informed the whole time.

Let s start from the beginning. Insurance co used them to tow my vehicle. Dropped it off at the incorrect repair shop. Honest mistake not upset. Called the office at 10am made them aware of mistake and they said they would get it move to correct shop asap. Called back at 2pm office said the driver was dropping a tow and would be heading over right after and to call back at 3:15pm. Called back person answer the phone with a horrible attitude said they had calls in front of it and would get to it when they could. I stated that the other shop needed it moved because where they dropped it by mistake was blocking the drive. Person on the phone said what do you want me to do about it. I stated do what you were hired to do and pick it up from the wrong place and drop at the correct place. Then he hung up on me. Wrong shop had to call and threaten them with a storage fee before they finally went and picked it up. Tow driver was nice and professional and just made a mistake. But the front office staff is horrible and unprofessional.

(Using my wife's account to review) I used them on a rainy day. Shaun Micheal, never blinked an eye, nicest, friendliest service. Recommend him and them 10/10. Even got a courtesy check from the office to see how my service was.

The lady that is the dispatcher deserves everything. She goes above and beyond for her customers making sure we get everything taking care of. Driver Dylan was on time and provided me marvelous customer service. Thanks for all you guys do.

Not the best or worst experience. My insurance company sent them as a towing service provider b/c it was cold out and I had a blown out tire. I waited about an hour b/c they are 40ish minutes from me to begin with. The young man towing us was very nice and communicated well. However, when he was pulling into the tire shop, the vehicle dropped partially from the tow and damaged my rear bumper. Part of it was cosmetic, and part of it is cracked/damaged. The owner called me immediately after pics were taken by the driver and stated that if I brought it to them, they would fix it. No offense, but from the reviews, what I know, and the interaction I had with him, I wouldn't trust it. I told him I wanted it repaired by someone I know and trust and near to me. He stated I needed to get a quote. there was never a talk of going through proper channels and allowing insurance to handle it at all. I have insurance agents in my family... so I filed a not-at-fault claim with mine. We'll see where it goes from here. Several people I have spoken to had horror stories from African Motor. I refuse to be one of those stories.

Had the insurance called out for a tow the person that pick it up had excellent service was very helpful. Owner of the company should take better care of his trucks back of the wrecker was all rusted out. Would be surprised if it passes a DOT inspection.

My Monday morning commute turned into an ordeal. My truck decided to die right in the middle of traffic. Derek from Africa Motor Wrecker was dispatched. He arrived faster than I expected on a Monday morning. He was fantastic and was able to quickly load my truck and take it to its destination for he repair. Hw made the whole experience less of a hassle than I had anticipated. I definitely recommend Africa. Thanks Derek you were awesome!!

I had my car towed by a driver name Darryl. He really saved my day. I was quoted 45 mins and he showed up before the time was up. He communicated to me from the time he was assigned to my pick and was very active with making sure my car was dropped in a safe environment. Thank you so much Darryl I can sleep better knowing everything that happened beforehand is now behind me you are the goat.

I set up a tow through my insurance company and received a text right away from the provider letting me know the ETA. The driver derric communicated with me every step of the way. He was polite and courteous and made sure I was aware of everything that he was doing with the car and he went above and beyond any other tow truck driver had! He sent me pictures of exactly where he dropped off the car and made sure it was in the correct place! If you ever need a tow definitely ask for Derric. He made a sucky situation feel like it was no big deal! You won t regret asking for him!

I had no problem with having my vehicle towed. Tony was prompt, professional, polite and personable. He handled my vehicle carefully, took it where I wanted it to go and was really friendly. This truck came via my insurance company and there was no problem at all.Thanks to Tony!

Great service! They told me they'd be here between 9-12am, Derrick was here at 8 am. Derrick was very thorough and knowledgeable, got my car running in no time. Highly recommend Africa Motors!

My car broke down yesterday and the roadside assistance through my insurance booked this company. I called to inquire the pickup, they asked for the second time where the keys were and then hung up on me. The towing company touched the linens of my car, leaving greased finger stains and also somehow removed one of the pieces from the gear shifts. I would not recommend and will be contacting my insurance company to suggest a replacement towing company in the area.

tried to get a car through here he told me 1,500 down i brought 1,500 down and then he told me now it s 3k down i said i didn t have 3k down he walked away. i would recommend taking your money elsewhere this is for hispanics and ppl w no papers/license/etc. if you want a shady business- you ve found it!

My car slid into a ditch two nights ago, Derrick worked really hard to get my car out and made sure that it was drivable and safe. He even FaceTimed me to let me know how things were going.Can t recommend them enough for going the extra mile, especially with how icy it was, Derrick spent a lot of time and was very patient with me

Was a great experience, I had another company that was supposed to come out on two separate days and they just never showed up. Africa Motor Wrecker Service was called and they were out when they said they would be and Dereck was awesome, very professional and personable, every thing about my experience was 5 stars.

If I could rate this company a negative I would. They towed my vehicle last night and were instructed where to leave the vehicle and where the drop box was located. This morning I received a call from the dealership my vehicle was not there. Upon calling the towing company it was discovered the driver decided to wait till this morning to deliver the vehicle- over an hour has gone by without me knowing where my vehicle is. DO Not use them - they have issues telling the truth
