The owner of this place is a very honest and courteous man. I got a tire that he recommended and I read up on it and it was all that he said it was!They have very competitive prices on New and Used tires.His employees do a great job and are very efficient and quick on installs. I was in and out in 30mins after getting New tires all around! Thank You!!! and I will definitely be back and will recommend to all my friends & family.5

Purchased four new tires and a all new alignment, in less then 2 months 2 of tires went bad, I believe they keep old stock new tires. My TPI (low tire sensor) fell.off and they refused to fix/repair it, even after the manager told me directly they would take care of it. Don't waste your time with these crooks.

We hit a curb and blew out a tire on our way home to Indiana from Florida. This was on a Sunday. I was nervous about even finding anyone to fix it on a Sunday. My husband contacted this company. They agreed to send a mobile unit to put on a new tire - total cost was $316 which included a new tire (not name brand) and the mobile service. We had to pay before they came, which also made me nervous. A technician came out to our location within about an hour. He took the tire back to the shop to be replaced, came back, and installed it within an hour. All told from our initial call we were back on the road within 2 hours. The gentleman we talked to on the phone came off as rude to me, and their bad reviews didn't make me feel good about using them - but in total fairness we had a good experience. They did quick good work and the price was fair given that it was a Sunday roadside service call and a new tire. We would recommend this business.

Always nice and very knowledgeable on what is needed, talk to clients with respect and as they have been friends for ever which makes the customer feel comfortable and less stressed, they make sure that you are satisfied and don't push on selling you that you have not asked for. Everyone is trying to make your experience as good as possible and try to get you going as soon as possible to get to our daily routine. Yes you might find maybe something a bit cheaper somewhere but if they treat me good and with respect and stand behind there products or a mistake they made they will fix it and make it right and that counts for me. Saying that it could be cheaper somewhere else but I won't go somewhere else because I feel respected and they listen to the client. At least this is my experience. Thanks.

This was a few months ago and my car has been sitting and this is why I m just now figuring it out.But first; they were very nice and patient and honestly good people to talk to. However the tire work they did was not good.However, i had So much done to my car at once. Tires, breaks, alignment, oil change. After i got Brand new tires, my car starting vibrating terribly immediately after. My wheels were out of balance. I brought My back the very next day and they said my tires were unbalanced. Why would they be unbalanced if i just Got brand new tires? They fixed it. Same issue. Hard vibrating. Took it back. Turns out i then had a bent wheel that i did not have when i got The new tires. I took It to the other location to put new rims on and to have my tires balanced. again. My tires are still unbalanced even after i had to buy a new wheel. Took it back for the 4th time. Got the wheels balanced and I let My car sit and didn t even drive it and let it sat for a few months after they told me that all the tires were balanced and good to go.. Took it out to drive just a couple days ago.. and guess what? All my tires unbalanced. I haven t even put 1k miles on the car since the new wheels and new tires. Very frustrating..

I was on my way to Knoxville to pick up a few items I had bought online when I noticed a shake in my steering wheel (very aggressive)As a mechanic my first thought was to just ride it out until I got home and rebalance the tires myself... But as the trip got longer I decided to stop in and try a local tire shop for a quick balance.The guys had me in an out in no time and my vehicle is back smooth as silk on the highway. Super fair price as well. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! As a fellow mechanic I commend them!If you are in Knoxville and find yourself needing a similar service I would definitely recommend them!

Regular customer who has spent thousands here over the last 3 years. Went for a used tire and had one that needed to be installed. Didn't ask for a price upfront but expected 35 for the tire and maybe 10 or 15 for the install. Bill was $80 plus tax! Felt this was way too high. After talking to the owner who has always been fair. He offered me my next tire for free and gave me $6 out of his pocket. While I still feel I was originally overcharged. In the end it worked out. I guess the lesson is to always get an estimate. All in all still 5 stars.

On our way to Florida from Canada and we blew a tire in the middle of the night. The AAA guy suggested Tire Discounters. Speedy and friendly service. Tire price was ok(a little more than I expected) but it was an emergency.

Worst place ever. Been there few times no problem. Workers don't care. Ruined my daughter's rim. Left a lug nut of 1 tire and 2 loose on the other. Mgr is unknowledgeable of business and workers are useless. They rather play on phones and talk about customers in their native language. Never will go here again. The staff and management both are incompetent. 3 times to get tires and still have 1 that goes flat. They replaced the valve and when my daughter got home it looked like they put it on with a hammer. The business practices I have seen here are more than comical. That they can tie their shoes each day I feel would be a huge accomplishment for them

This place and people are awesome!! I got two used tires 3 weeks ago and one was going flat so I went back just hoping for a discount on another tire and they fixed it completely free and changed out my spare for me also! The guys were very nice and very helpful when they didn t have to be any other place would say oh well buy another tire! The prices are also affordable and they offer financing if you can t afford it all that day! I ll recommend them to everyone from here on out!!

Let's just say I worked for this place for 4 months I would not recommend this place to anyone they are dishonest! CK the owner of the company is very rude to people if you do not like the price or the tread depth of tire I have been told to turn a tire around so the worst tread is on the inside so the customer doesn't see or if it's been patched or plugged! I've been doing tires for 6 years this shop does not have the knowledge of what they're supposed to know about tires they do not balance tires correctly!! they go through duck heads on their tire machines weekly the 4 months I worked here 32 tires lug nuts for left loose if you're looking for a real tire place go to the tire Barn that's not even a mile away

$130 for 2 used tires and one tire was flat the same day. Took it back to them and the rim was bent. Not only did they not mention that the rim was bent when they put the tire on they wanted to charge $10 more to swap the tire to another rim. Owner Said if we didn't like it we could leave. Would not take business to them ever.

Great customer service. I sit back and observe customers walking in and your reception was absolutely outstanding. Not only that, the person that show me the tire I purchase is the reason why I brought them. Great employee.

My wife went to the store to get 1 used tire. They took advantage of her and charged her a $120 for 2 use. Tires that were bald and you can get 2 new for the same price I will never go here a gain just because she's a woman they thank they can do what they won't walmart have the tires 195/55r15 new for 50.53 they charged her 60 for bald tires.

I would like to say service was wonderful and the staff was super friendly, they had pizza and was sharing it with the customers, gotta say I will definitely keep coming back. They also have payment setup that takes only seconds to do . I highly recommend checking them out. I appreciate y'all service so much thank you.

When I googled used tire shops this shop said 30-35 per used tire. When I get there the guy quoted me $60. Then with tax it was $68. They were quick about it just seemed overpriced .

Searched everywhere for a specific used tire. They had one and had me in and out in twenty mins. Maybe a little more than I would have liked to pay for a used tire but a pleasant experience, quick and friendly.

** Update since owner replied. The owner did work without my approving the work and still will not address any of the issues. I could have made this a bigger issue but chose to pay and be done. We will be recommending to our community to go somewhere where they are ethical and fair.Original review:I do not recommend this company. All around a very poor experience. I was a loyal customer for almost 2 years. One experience, there were mice in my car that tore up my upholstery while at their shop and they won t cover repairs or even address it. Also, after my warranty expired 1 week after the 12 month warranty on engine repair, they were going to charge me the full labor charge. I told them I wanted to cost before they did any work. They did the work without talking to me and getting my approval. After addressing this, they continued to make it more and more difficult and held my car for 3.5 weeks. There are 5 other things that were wrong with this scenario that are too many to share. Go to a locally owned shop, not any of the affordable auto shops.

Affordable Tire company gave great service. They changed my tire with a nice used tire. While I was there, the service technician was working with a customer and he went beyond to explain the sale to the customer. As a person who has worked in retail for 40 years, I would say he did an excellent job.

Warning about this place. I had a flat on march 9 and this is how they jacked up the truck to put a plug in tire. The lady at front ignored me and told me it was normal. After multiple calls Tyler the manager who was friendly at the time said they would take care of it so they had me drive out to their oil change station to let the manager there, Dustin I believe was his name inspect it, after multiple more days of calling and waiting for calls back I called again today and their tune had changed. They weren t going to take any liability or responsibility for what they had done. This is an old truck and it s not worth a lot of moso he had asked me if I would take tire credit or let them fix it. Today they decided they weren t going to do either and that I would have to go through my insurance. Bottom line is don t trust these people. At first Tyler was all hey we have new people being trained and this kinda thing is going to happen and that s true but according to him the owner said they weren t going to do anything and that I would have to deal with insurance which is absurd bc they could just fix it and be done and when I asked if that meant I would have to go through court at that point he ceases communication and wasn t the friendly guy he was at the start of all this mess. This is an older truck I m trying to fix up and yeah it has some other body issues and like I said isn t some super valuable truck but all I m asking is for them to repair the part they damaged bc as expensive as body work is every little bit adds up and I shouldn t be paying for their mistake. I m only asking them to fix what they messed up.. nothing more nothing less but these people have no honor.This is the guy at the place jacking it up.. he s in the pics that s not where you jack up a vehicle. See you in court. Super professional response..

Service was top, but I was quoted $119 per tire but charged $129 (X4), and charged for 4 disposals when it was actually 3 tires (I kept 1 that was only a month old).Honesty and integrity in 2023 is difficult to find. It appears this company also falls short.I will be filing complaints with appropriate federal regulators. Cheated me out of $42!

These guys get me in and out quickly. Never had a problem with rudeness or mistakes. Prices have fit my budget and expectations. Three different Walmarts couldn t be bothered to change my oil or even tell me they didn t feel like having me as a customer, I stood there forever before leaving. These guys came right up to me when I got out of the car and asked me what I needed and just like that, I was fixed up and on my way again. Been to this location twice, once for an oil change and then again for two used tires bought and mounted I will be returning.

Would highly recommend! Speedy service and super helpful even with working with my warranty company to ensure my needs was met!! Great service and super friendly technicians!! Even with showing up so close to closing they was still able to replace my tire same day! Very efficient work you guys!! Thanks so much for all the help and being so quick as well! I had tried a tire shop before hand who refused to work with my warranty, they was willing to call and even handle the full claim service with no hesitation which was such a huge help so I wasn t stuck paying out of pocket! Very competitive prices too!!

I went here to get new tires and they told me it was going to cost a lot more than I thought it would. So I told them to hold on I'm doing the work before they started on it. They went ahead and started changing my tires after I said that and charged me for it. They also said it was safe to drive without a lugnut and now I'm on the side of the road.
