Love the employees...they know there parts that's for sure. Enjoyed talking with them over a variety of topics... I'm New to the area up here & I can tell you this Advance Auto Parts is the one to go to...fast, knowledgeable, fun & just a smiling laughing group! Keep doing what your doing guys...bc it's working!!

Very rude, unprofessional employees. Poor service too. With so many competitors you should expect more from your employees. I will NEVER set foot in Advance again. Just spent $250 at Autozone where the customer service was excellent and the employees were friendly.

Manager wouldn't change my battery in my truck after I bought one. You'd think after spending $185. The least he could do is put my new one in,instead he said h---no. The cashier was really nice tho.

Very helpful. They emptied my used oil pan for me while I picked out so wipers. They did not hesitate to install them for me

They did not honor a warranty on a sensor that was 4 months old with a life time warranty. Apparently you have to keep the recipient even if you have the box it came in. In addition to this the only record it shows on file there that I have purchased is brake pads. Even though I bought a tool and a part there earlier today. I would be skeptical about buying parts as well as tools at advance unless you are a good book keeper as well. I personally well start placing my recipient in a secure location. I definitely would not buy tools here with their warranty standards unless its an absolute must given warranty standards. The staff at this location for 98% of my experience has usually for the most part been postive, helpful, and friendly. The warranty standards is my issue.Reply to the manager yes I will be back over all my experience has been postive at this location as well as all other locations. I know Orielly's associates a warranty with a phone number. I will clarify that with advance staff with my next purchase. I was not sure what star rating to give this compliant. I will however move it up one for the expressed concern. Thanks.

These guys are solid, no other way to put it. They've got general vehicle knowledge that lends its help in trouble-shooting, and as 350 block Chevy owner, they have never disappointed me in lack of parts. Kelly and Brian have gone above and beyond even checking up on the welfare of myself and family while I'd work out issues with my vehicle.

Grumpy old man working the county yelling at a customer before me. Then I get up there and he starts on me and u wasn't even his customer. Highly suggest getting rid of him. Apparently he can afford it bragging about his corvette

I had a wonderful experience! The gentleman who helped me determine which headlights I needed was very knowledgeable about what my car required. He was super helpful, kind and polite.

Husband goes to the store quite a bit... spends a pretty penny there quite a bit only negative thing I can say is that they are somewhat pricey... and could possibly stay open a little longer and if you say you are supposed to close your store at 9:00 p.m close your door at 9:00 p.m not 5 or 10 minutes early to hurry and get home cuz someone, somewhere could be in great need of a auto part, (for instance we've done it and needed before, but does have been locked early) needless to say, longer store hours, especially on weekends.

This is a very dishonest location! A driver of there s rear ended my wife and daughter. He had an expired insurance card and lied about reporting the incident multiple times as well as providing a false claims number. Each time it has been asked about more lies are made up. I wouldn t trust them to buy a rag from!

I went in to get an interpretation of a check engine code. Came back with something that would likely be a complicated, go to a mechanic issue, so I definitely wouldn't be buying anything. The guy still took the time to pop my hood and look for lose wiring so he could save me time and money if possible and at the very least arm me with more information so a mechanic wouldn't rip me off. I always appreciate people who do a little extra without a second thought.

Store # 3770 Drew was very helpful and as was his manager had a bad battery the store on N Broadway was rude just ran one test no questions and told me nothing he can do ... these guys was on it asked me what was going on looked it over and agreed bad battery got my new one in not had any problems thanks you guys .

I like this Advance better than the others I've visited in Knoxville due to the employees there. They are always helpful and nice to chat with while in the store.

Advance is usually my last place for my auto parts I had problem with a lifetime warranty starter and the manager at clinton hwy did not let me exchange it . So I try not to go to advance for that reason .
