Matt, was tremendous at this location when I came in to check on a check engine light . He was professional, patient and very thorough with his explanation. My compliments to leadership for hiring Matt at this location and I was lucky that he was working when I had a concern!

Went to get a new rear windshield wiper, asked the guy to put it on, he goes to take the old one off and then cracked the arm. Super apologetic, ordered a new arm and told me because he broke it I wouldn t have to pay for it and that I d get a call on Monday when the new one came in. Monday came and went so I called the store and the new arm was there so I go to pick it up. Different guy gave me the part and said I still had to pay, even after I explained to him what happened. He told me I would have to talk with the manager who, coincidentally, was not there. A little irritated, I decided to just pay because I already drove down there to get the part and didn t even bother asking them to put it on. Basically paid for them to break my windshield wiper, so thanks for that.

Went to Advanced Auto today for windshield wipers. The young man behind the counter was so helpful. He pulled up my information on the computer. Showed me a computer list of choices and was so helpful in which ones to get. The older gentleman came out to my car and installed the wipers in the pouring rain. He also helped another customer to install a battery. I highly recommend Advanced Auto. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Keith was fantastic! After my jeep being in the shop for over a week, and the shop not being able to find my part, he found it in less than 10 minutes! We will definitely be returning when needed!

They had the altrrnator we needed so that wS a good thing. Theres a younger guy there playing on His phone instead of helping customers and when I finally got him to help me he rang up my item which was priced twice the shelf tag. I pointed that out to him and he said he would have to go to his manager to ok it and then he just started helping other customers. Which is ok but he said nothing to me. Finally I was waited in by another guy who did the price change amd all was good. But all on all a good experience

What a great experience. That wonderful man not only helped me with the items I needed. He installed my wipers. He also gave me info on local entertainment and very helpful winterization details. Being from AZ, those details were not only priceless. They were potentially life saving.I do feel blessed to be apart of a community like this one.

Anthony Rice was tremendous help to my family, greeted us and came around the counter to show us what we were looking for. He was positive and eager to help and went the extra mile to take ownership and show he cared. We left the previous competitor due to neglect of customer service and drove up the street to Advanced Auto Parts. Give that incredible employee a raise, promotion and honor!

Nice place to visit every few months to get windshield fluids and many other car or truck stuff. Very helpful work staff and always friendly. If you need windshield wipers the crew will go outside and help you replace them.

I visited the 10702 Kingston Pike Location. It was about 15 mins before the store closed. Chase Hortsman welcome me and help me out as if I was his first customer for the day. I greatly appreciated his help and would recommend you to use him for any of your auto needs. I greatly appreciate Chase's time and knowledge.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE UNDER YOUR HOOD! They are super friendly and help you with what you need, but do not let them touch your car. I had a battery installed here and a month later I am having to pay over $700 because they installed it WRONG and messed up my alternator. Now im possibly going to have to pay MORE because since that went crazy it has caused the computer to mess up in my car. Maybe I should of known better, but they should not allow these inexperienced wokers to mess with people's cars because it could potentially cost you thousands in damages. Will never go here again!

Very poor. I purchased a battery less than 2 years ago and it died in the middle of a trip. I went to the nearest store with my receipt and they were not willing to help me. The machine they used said my alternator was "bad." (This had happened to us 2 years ago when we biught the first battery at our local store. The car dealership checked the alternator. It was fine.) Long story short we went to ORILEY'S Auto Parts. Their machine showed NOTHING wrong with the alternator! We bought a battery from them!

Bought a car battery. Mechanic told me it was my anti-theft system that caused my car to not turn. So I try to return the battery, which had never even been used. The advance Auto parts that I bought it from told me I could not return it. After a month, I was told that another advance Auto parts would take it and refund me the money. When I got there they told me that I had bought it too long ago to be returned for cash. I asked if there was any way I could still refunded. then another employee came over inspected the battery and told me that it was used and they couldn't refund in anyway. This means that they must have sold me a battery that was already used. Never use an advanced auto parts, ever.

Chase was so helpful in not only getting my radiator quickly but making sure that I had the correct fluids for my diesel's radiator but the trans fluids I lost from disconnecting the trans cooler
