I ordered something online but needed it picked up faster than their delivery. They helped me by canceling it and giving me what I needed for the price it was online. Walked out a happy customer. Oh .. and their speed perks card is the best. I ended up getting $1.20 a gallon of in shell gas by using their card. Heck ya!!!

The employees at the store have helped me numerous times and made sure I got the right parts and when available available helping install. I could not replace my headlight bulbs by myself, and they were more than helpful.

Went in for some supplemental parts for a brake job. They had a limited selection, and prices were much higher than online competitors. Reserved a rental tool that showed "in stock" but was told that they couldn't find it. They sent me to another location who told me I could return it to the original location. Original location wouldn't accept when I attempted to return it. Lots of hassle.

I have came here the past 4 years. The ladies there are super helpful and polite. I have had a lot of people trying to get as much money as possible and to do business with them made me have hope in humanity. They are so kind, they really attempt to make things easier on you, plus their part was $300 dollars less with a better warranty LIFETIME. The other placed was a 2 year warranty $300 more.....

Very busy day for this location but they made me feel right at home! I talk to a fella named Andrew and he was really nice and took time to talk about my issue with my vehicle. He signed me up for speed perks and saved me $5 on my wipers! Definitely will have to come back and see him!

They lied, plain and simple. Went in for a return and Sam said it had to be put on the same card. The card is a prepaid visa that takes 30 days to be issued. I've had to do it before and it yeah, 30 days, no less. So we returned half of it and took the other half to the one on the other end of Broadway where they put it on a different card, no problem. Being lied to ensures I won't be back.

I come to this location because Twin (Bradley) is very helpful and nice. All the employees at the North Broadway location are helpful and nice. Should have more people like them

Shout out to the great employees working here and helping me get the parts I needed and even installing them with me in the cold rain in the parking lot! Can't say enough as they didn't hesitate to grab their tools and come outside to help install the new battery and recycle the old battery even giving me a refund for recycling my old battery with them.

The guy behind the counter, Tony, was very friendly and helpful. He installed my battery in about 5 minutes. He also encouraged me to take a picture of my receipt in case anything were to go wrong with my battery down the road. Tony did his part today.

Advance sent me a promo code for 25% off, so I ordered an air filter online. I received a confirmation email stating the order would be ready in 30 minutes.I waited an hour and headed to the store. The clerk told me they didn't have the item and my order had been canceled. He never apologized, and didn't really seem to care.Not even a courtesy email telling me the order had been canceled? He told me another store had it in stock, and that I could go there and buy it, but that I wouldn't get the 25% off.So I had to go home, get online again, create another whole order AGAIN, then drive to the other store which is farther from my house of course.Autozone is just a a few hundred yards farther down the road, and I've never been treated like this there. It will be worth it for me to drive right on by Advance and leave their poor management and poor customer service to someone who doesn't mind their time being wasted.

I really believe that the people who work at a car parts store should be required to know something about cars. Thus was not the case here the only thing this girl knew how to do was push the buttons on the key board. 3 visits to the store 3 days in a row before i got the correct part. Very inconvenient. Had to pay my mechanic way more than if i could have got the right part the first time around.

Went to get a new headlight bulb this morning. Bradley helped me out and was very courteous. He even took out the bad bulb and installed the new one. Very pleased. THANKS BRADLEY!!!

Not very friendly at all. An they're always out of stock on alot of things. Not necessarily Parts, but definitely the merchandise on the sales floor or lack there of. An what they did have of the items I was looking for looked like they had been sold 2 or 3 times. I can truly say this was the worst an unfriendliest Avanced Auto I've been in.

I just left here, I got my windshield wipers and the man working the store who s name is Twin was awesome! He put my windshield wipers on, very Efficient and polite.

Scott went above and beyond the call of duty for us! We went in to get a battery because ours died...he spoke with my dad in Florida and help us tremendously! Thanks so much! Also all of the staff there are super friendly.

Called yesterday looking for an AC recharge kit. Explained what I was doing and asked for a name of the product and price to look at another advance or auto parts store. Employee tells me manifold caliper and $174 dollars.

Been going to advance for years and have spent a lot of money there. the quality and customer service isn t there anymore. Don t waste your time or money here. A lot better alternatives for getting parts beside this racket lol.

Walked in with a bad battery guy seemed rude from the get go after asked to exchange it knowing it had a warranty he didnt ask any questions just said rudely have to run a test or theres nothing I can do understand that but dont be rude or seem rude lots of ways to say it nicelyOne test he's like nothing I can doI'm like I know its the battery I charged it all night and still died and I fixed everything elsenothing I can do not even trying to help so I Walked out drove to the next store and they helped me and was great asking questions and trying to help not like him .

Bought a part with a core charge. They have no record of the transaction even though I bought it at one store and picked it up at another store. Put the receipt in the box it got damp and it went blank. Lesson learned. I'll take a picture next time.

I'm not impressed at all....I was trying to get some light bulbs for my car, and while I'm trying to explain my situation the employees was cutting me off to talk to other people making me feel as my simple little light bulb issue was just to petty for attention. I won't be back.

Called to ask a question about website not working properly and was put on hold without acknowledgement by TONY THE STORE MANAGER and was left there for 10mins and someone else answered the phone after 10 mins! There website was down and they always let me use the discounts I get online and refused and said they no longer use any type of discounts!

Google maps has been right on the money every trip for the bigger part, delays, car crashes, road work or just finding a faster route, G Maps needs to update Tennessee a bit or we would drive in circles sometimes, but still gets us to where we can see our destination
