The part the computer said was right didn't work although it tested positive and worked properly, but the associate, Chuck, went outside the box and got me a starter for the next year model and it worked perfectly!!! Thanks to Chuck and advance for standing behind their part's and customers!!! This situation is exactly why I won't use any other parts store but advance!!! You guys are the bomb, thanks so much for being a great customer service based company you are!!! I don't go anywhere but advance! Whether I'm at home or state's away advance always takes care of me!!!! I would never go anywhere else!!!!!!

I paid $300 for a new battery and two new head lights. They looked my vehicle up in the computer and sold me the "recommended" bulbs. When i went to replace them, They had sold me the wrong ones. When I went to return them, Terry, the employee at the counter looked up from the computer screen and said. "What?" Nothing else. Taken aback, I told him they had sold me the wrong headlights. He said they can't take them back after they had been opened. After voicing my displeasure in that policy, he ran from behind the counter and got in my face nose to nose. He's lucky I have a family or his day would have been a lot worse. I've never experienced someone so maniacal. I did contact corporate, but i doubt they did anything about it... It's safe to say I won't be shopping here again.

Had a horrible experience. Just tried to return a $20 lightning cord and due to a mistake on the cashier s end they would not return it even with the receipt and one day after the purchase. They would not listen or try to help me. Both the manager and the employee were rude and dismissive. They think they can steamroll me just because I am a woman. Honestly it s disappointing how difficult it is to find decent guest service these days. But I definitely won t be coming back here.

Not to fond on the fact that most auto store have tools an funnels that they allow u to use upon purchase of product from the store but I ask Terry did they have a funnel an his reply was no not even to offer me one for sale or anything which I felt was rude an a flat out lie as well in customer service he missed his moment to upsale on the funnel or to help a customer in more ways than just a purchase .

Ratliff and his team working on 10/16/21 at 2 p.m. were so awesome to my boyfriend and me. They were quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us save some money. We will be back for any future needs. Thank you guys so much! Also peep the googly eyes on all the posters through the store to give yourself a little laugh.

It was a short visit. I thought I was going in to test my battery but that wasn't the case. I was told that if the check engine light was on then he could hook up to the computer in my vehicle and read the results. So there's an error with my fan. Duh I turn my fan on to cool the engine with a light switch. YeS. Really!! He was very friendly and informative. However, waiting in line took longer than the consultation. I still think I need a new battery.

Their prices are better, generally, than O'Reilly, but higher than Wal-Mart. That said, I received excellent customer service from a manager who really knows her business.

The guys here are incredible--super helpful and super nice. I've gone to them several times over the past couple of years for parts and windshield wiper blade installs, and everytime, no matter how busy they are, the customer service here has been great.

Amazing customer service. Robert and Dave went above and beyond to help me when the belt on the car broke and left me stranded on the side of the road. They delivered the part to me and helped to put it on. Amazing guys. Thank you all so very much. You were definitely heroes to me today.

I went in advance auto to purchase some cleaning supplies I was disappointed with what I had previously gotten and Wendy and Brianna were extremely helpful with finding the best products Wendy even went out if her way by calling another store to get the answer to one of my questions! Great customer service is exactly what we need more in the world today thanks ladies for taking pride in your job I really appreciated your kindness and help this morning

Had to get an alternator...thought I would have to wait a day or two.Not only did they get my part brought from a nearby warehouse I saved cash due to a GREAT PRICE.I would recommend Advanc Auto Parts,on Broadway in Knoxville for last minute problems.Very knowledgeable and curtious service.

They have some pretty good staff here I'm friends with one of the district managers I keep him informed about the local store around the corner from us all the time I just wish some of the men would stop treating some of the women so non knowledgeable

Came to buy Scotch Blue tape and the store associate told me he is unable to sell it to me because his computer is showing the item only costs 5 cents... im confused.Guy was really nice tho

Called around many different stores to find a part in stock and north Broadway location was the only one to have it. After calling and speaking with Hector to make sure they had it. I drove 45 minutes to pick it up and Hector says he can't find it, didn't even have it. Complete waste of time and horrible service. Wouldn't do anything to make it right.

We've went to alot of Advanced Autos around for our car needs. This particular one was the only one around us that had the part we needed. We go in and the associate immediately helped us. His name was Tony on his name tag. He was extremely friendly and the MOST helpful Advanced auto clerk that we have ever came across. He took the time to take our part and check every nook and cranny to make sure it was the correct one and even made sure we had everything we needed to get my car fixed. He went above and beyond for us and we're shop grateful. This man needs a promotion or something because he knows the true definition of customer service! Thank you, Tony!

This location is usually not very busy which results in great customer attention. I've always had prompt, friendly service whenever I go in. Great people make all the difference with retail shops like these.

Rude and was told by a male employee that he didn't have experience in putting in a taillight and was of no help to me until I went back in the store and told him just because I was a female doesn't make me ignorant either and to grab a tool to help fix the taillight and he did but not without informing me he wouldn't be responsible if something were to happen. I told him I didn't ask him to be responsible for anything about the car but be responsible for his job and who he represented.
