When I walked in I was greeted by a nice male worker. He asked if he could help me find what I needed. I explained I was needing extra long jumper cables, and how long. He told me he didn t know for sure if they had them but he would check. He walked me over to where they were and found one of the last packs. He told me the price and walked me up to the Register after I agreed on getting it. At check out I thanked him for being so helpful and not judging me because I am a woman. He was shocked at me thanking him. He did such a good job if I could I would have left him a tip.

The two gentlemen working this evening were beyond helpful. They figured out the coolant hose popped off, got it reattached, put coolant back in, and sent me on my way. 5 stars!!!

My fiance and me went in July 7th 2023 to ask some questions about our 06 trailblazer and we talked to a fellow by the name of Lee he was super nice very knowledgeable he suggested me do a few things and they absolutely worked I'll definitely be back and Lee if you see this post thanks brother

The first time I went there I was the first customer of the day and the old dude that opened up made me feel way unwelcomed. He told me that I had to take my battery back to the store that I bought it from if I needed a new one. The next time I went. The young dude came over and started giving real customer service. He said " That as long as it's from Advance Auto and it's under warranty". They could get me squared away. It was under warranty and all I needed to do was sign.Thanks Little buddy

I would just like to say How AMAZING Trevor is. I pulled in needing my Battery Checked. And ended up needing a New Battery. Trevor went Above & Beyond to Help Me. And also Installed the New Battery. Sweet Kid. Very Helpful & Polite! I will def be back to see Trevor for my Car Supplies.

I was having trouble with my 1987 Honda Accord. It wouldn't start. I haven't started it in several months and don't drive it real regularly. It ended up being a bad fuel pump and I obviously didn't have the receipt.since advance doesn't have one master database, you have to remember which store you bought it at but so much time had passed I couldn't remember which of a half of a dozen stores that I bought it at. Being irregular customer since advance came to Knoxville, I was frustrated because I didn't know what store it was purchased at. I went to this particular store and was honest about my situation with Jon one of the employees.. he was friendly and willing to work with me and we could barely see the part number on the old fuel pump. I appreciate it I'm trusting me without having the receipt and without us being able to find the fuel pump on the database at the particular store. Then he went above and beyond the call of duty and ordered a new fuel pump 4 man I brought the old fuel pump back without any harassment of any kind. I definitely will go back to the store again and definitely I recommend you interacting with Jon as he's the kind of customer service employee that many stores would value having. He also has a knowledge base that I appreciate learning from and is very approachable. Kudos to John and do this store for having such a fine employee.

Very pleased with this stores Customer Service! They are honest & don't rob you for things you really don't need. Very knowledgeable too! Steve, Store Manager is the BEST! He goes over & beyond to satisfy his Customers. Very reasonable priced too, even will price match! Glad to have found my new Auto needs store!

Great Manager and staff, This team is what makes this store stand out than the rest . Very knowledgeable , kind and very helpful. Just the other day I was bought different windshield wipers and one was just coming back from break before going in asked me if I needed help and insisted on putting them on . Wow thats impressive . So dont believe me come on down to this location and meet this out standing Staff .

Jon and Christian were such a help to my wife and I. We were having problems with our transmission and we didn t know what was wrong. They showed us how to fix it and then they noticed that we needed new wiper blades so we bought some. Great help and sharp young men! I will definitely return when I need help with my car!

I was in the store on Monday sep 28th Jon and Christian were life savers my wipers were totally shot they helped me choose the best ones. Then I couldn't get them on my truck. It was dark and rainy and these two came out in the parking lot and helped me figure out how to attach these things. At one point Jon even offered to put another set on there and refund the difference. This is customer service at its best, thank you so much for helping me.

My truck didn't start up like it normally does today after work and it was 24�outside. I stopped by advance and had them check my battery and it was bad. The gentleman that helped me find the right one for my truck was very helpful and even changed it for me at no additional cost an hour before they closed. Thank you very much for your help.

They always have what I need, they even let me try the locking gas cap on my car before buying it. I love that if they don't have it, they'll tell you which location does. Amazing service, friendly people, and reasonable prices. What else could you ask for?

I'm old enough to remember when this location used to be a Western Auto store back in the 1970's. It stayed that way until the mid 1990's when they were acquired by Parts America and then Advance Auto Parts bought out Parts America and converted the store to what it is now. Mom used to get our cars serviced here back when it was a Western Auto. Although the service bays have long since disappeared, the service people are still very friendly. I've bought lots of parts from these people and they are even nice enough to let me work on our cars in their parking lot since the City of Knoxville's codes enforcement won't let me do so at home. Great people to deal with. The current GM Steven is old friend of mine from Oak Ridge. His wife teaches in the Oak Ridge School system.

Generally have what I need for a competitive price.Good customer service. One example: the belt that drives the blades on my lawnmower broke. Though they have auto parts, not small engine stuff, I asked if they could measure the old belt and sell me something of similar size. They did just that. Their belt was about half the cost of the lawnmower brand, and has lasted two seasons and counting.

I stopped on my way to work for a taillight bulb. The store didn't open until 0730 and I was there at about 0715. The gentleman working saw me waiting so he opened the store 5 minutes early, doesn't sound like much maybe but it made a difference to me.

Won't go back. My husband and I went in, waited forever for help then get this girl in daisy dukes, covered in tattos & pretty sure she was dipping. She was rude & unprofessional. Other employees just stood around.

I had bought a set of standard jumper cable's used them and they melted almost catching on fire. I bring them back to the same store I got them from no more then 30 mins later and was treated like I was an idiot being told I hooked them up incorrect (was told this 4 times by 3 different employees) I in fact did not hook them up incorrectly! So was then told the standard car jumper cable's I got was for 4 wheelers only.. after reading the packaging NO where on it does it say not to use on cars for 4 wheelers only. So now being treated like an idiot and also being lied to... I then asked for my money back and they refused to do so advising me my only option was to exchange for another set just like them. Now why would I want to get another set for them to just do the same thing again if I was not to use them on my car. Overall very poor customer service, employees very rude! And will never be back to this location!

Awful place and terrible service. The girl was on the phone while I was trying to check out. Had to wait 20 minutes for a jug of oil. Can t believe how disrespectful the employee was. Just talking and laughing on the phone while I needed help and tried to ring out my stuff !! What the heck. Fire her!!

Clinton hwy store. Employee gave wrong parts that I tried to install only to come to the conclusion that they were wrong rotor and brakes. Went to Oak ridge hwy store. Excellent service and understanding of my frustration.

Jon, a team member/asst. manager went above and beyond to help me, a retired, service connected, disabled veteran to change out my headlight bulb. A very kind man with respect, which is very rare these days.
