The techs over at the Callahan location have done a great job for our company. Gary Jellison manages our account and our fleet has never run better! Thanks to everyone for keeping us on the road and running strong.

We used Acts Fleet to get new tires put on and balanced. We were quoted $463.75. They had a hard time removing the nuts from the stud so they just removed and put in new without even calling us. The invoice ended up being $834.27 and no one bothered to call us for permission. I felt like this was very underhanded and we will never return to Acts Fleet. I did reach out to Acts because I own a company in Powell as well and I would never do this to one of my clients. I spoke to Rick and he was just defensive the entire time. He wasn't going to make it right and was not going to apologize. I do not recommend this place.Service: Tires

Took our truck there to replace 2 tires for an estimate of $417 + $50 balance and mount. Was told the truck would take a few hours when I dropped it off at 9 am. I called around noon and they said that they were having issues getting the bolts off and it might be a bit longer. I called at 4:45 and was told they wouldn't finish it by the end of the day. Next day I called in the morning (7:45) and they said they were waiting for their tire shop to open and will call me back in 20 minutes. At 10 am I called as no one has ever called me from there, they stated they are still having issues and were sending their techs over. At 12:30 I called and they stated that they finally got the wheel off, it should be done shortly and they might have to replace a few bolts though they weren't sure and they never mentioned a price. I called at 4:30 as they still never called me once, they said it was done. I went to pick up and they have a cost of $300 added to my bill for the "bolts" which they never asked me if it was ok to replace 12 bolts nor mentioned the price.These guys are failed mechanics, can't take a wheel off a truck. They are scammers and since I wanted to go elsewhere to get my oil change they had to find a way to steal my money. They never called once to update when they said they would multiple times. 2 full days to replace 2 tires that a normal shop would do in no time.Service: Tires

Arrived at the facility with a nail in my tire and informed them this was the case and that I was unsure if it could be repaired due to the proximity to the sidewall. Was not told of any charge to tell me whether it could be fixed or not. Finally after putting the car on the lift and performing a basic inspection for 25 minutes that wasn t agreed to or communicated prior, I was told it couldn t be repaired and my charge was $25 for the basic inspection I didn t request. This could have been determined in 30 seconds with the tech walking to the car in the parking lot. Will not return and will tell the same to anyone who asks!Service: Tires

I purchased a vehicle from a local dealer ( Gunther Automotive) and needless to say it was junk. After I purchased the car it had numerous issues and they would not help me at all! So I ended up talking to Gary J concerning my issues and he was so helpful, I couldn t afford to do anything major to the car I just paid 10,000 for! It shouldn t have had these issues for this amount of money paid, unbelievable, so anyways Gary J was very helpful in my situation, he showed compassion and understanding, he was able to work within my budget and saved me tons of money! I truly appreciate the hard work from the guys that took the time to make sure that my vehicle would be up to par and safe for my family that we are to travel in. We have a vacation coming up and the sense of relief I have at this moment is awesome. I feel totally content with my vehicle now thanks to them. Hopefully there are no more underlying issues. In the end, ACTS FLEET SERVICE hands down is the best business you should trust and feel comfortable taking your vehicle to. Thanks everyone for your hard work!

Garbage company!! We ve taken our truck to these guys for 2 years and have spent thousands of dollars. We just had truck there on Friday & told them we were taking the truck out of town & spent another $1000.00 having work done. Took truck out of town & guess what?!?! Truck won t start. The tech saw a problem on Friday & instead of saying something to us so we could get it fixed he said nothing at all and now our truck is stuck 8 hours away. So if your looking for a honest mechanic DONT GO HERE they will screw you over..take your money & for a extra tip give you a attitude.

Even though they couldn't help me , due to a software issue. They went out of their way to call over a dozen shops trying to find me anyone that might be able to help.with my repairs.

Great place to take your fleet of trucks. Ben and Chris and there crew do an outstanding job. They not only get your trucks fixed but they do it in a timely manner and are very professional about all the details involved. It s been a priveledge working with Acts.

I was stuck on the road in TN on my first trek in my skoolie and ran out of diesel. Fleet Maintenance of Knoxville was the only service that understand I didn't just need fuel, I needed lines bled and filters primed.I was fortunate that Trent, the technical foreman was willing to leave his family on a Saturday night and get me going.Trent not only got me going, he taught me what needed to be done in case it happened again, aND walked around the rig and gave some great advice on other things.I was really blessed that Trent was willing to come out on a Saturday night!THANK YOU!

I was between the proverbial rock and a hard place.My motorhome rooftop AC died a couple of days ago in Georgia.My dash air conditioner who's quickly feeling as well.Meantime it was in the nineties outside and hotter than that inside my motorhome.The folks at ACTD Fleet Management, especially Ben, were very professional, very knowledgeable and very accommodating.I'm back on the road now thanks to them.

i took my truck freightliner to replace an injector they gave me an estimated price of $1600 and when the job was done they charged me $1980 charged me $1200 for 9hrs labor which is outragous. they clearly took advantage of the situation and ripped me off. never go here unless you want to pay more than needed for any fix.

First they complained about where I parked then they Charged me $533 dollars and did nothing!!! $533 dollars to tell me what s wrong with my truck said a tune up would be over $700 dollars I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy they totally ripped me off!!!!!!!
