I cannot express my gratitude for this place enough. They are the most compassionate and respectful place of business I ve ever been to, and certainly the most honest mechanic you ll ever visit. I d trust these guys with my life.When my vehicle s transmission gave out quite literally on the way to the shop, they told me straight up that it would be very expensive to rebuild. It was a high mileage vehicle anyways so we ended up selling the car, but they graciously allowed us to keep the vehicle on their lot while we decided. Great communication and very flexible.

"Honesty" and "Amazing" customer service!! Andy, who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful!! I was told I needed a Transmission from a well knowncompany down the road. Turns out Ace looked at it and it wasn't the Transmission! Their honesty saved me thousands!! I am so thankful I found ACE. They are the BEST!!.

Lee and Angel are very professional and informative. I took my GMC Sierra in for a rear main seal. They got it right in and done plus pointed out some other concerns and we got them all taken care of!!

One of a kind customer service here, they really care about their customers! They rebuilt our transmission and handled all of the warranty info, they truly made a stressful situation a lot less stressful for us! We are very grateful we found Ace Transmission!

I have never experienced this level of customer service! They were quick and efficient. They also kept me updated from start to finish!!! Do NOT go anywhere else!!!! I just bought a Hyundai Genesis last month and started having transmission issues so I brought it in to get checked. Within the day my car was diagnosed, unfortunately I need my transmission rebuilt or replaced. Andy was extremely helpful though!

Brian can fix it! I was thrilled when my car's transmission was reconstructed without any further problems. Brian knows transmissions! Run don't walk to Ace when having transmission issues.

We were in town working and had a control arm/ball joint and wheel barring go out. They were amazing start to finish. Drove me back to the hotel and picked me up after the work was finished! Very fair price and even though it was the drivers side they put a new barring on the passenger side no extra cost!!! Rebuilt my transmission on my 2009 Nissan Frontier. I am completely satisfied with the work they done. And to add to all that it came with a 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty. Can't go wrong here...

Best customer service ever. Had problems with my 03 C5 Corvette transmission. After dropping my car off they diagnosed it and give me an estimate within a couple days. After asking for go-ahead to fix it they updated me with pictures and text on the daily. No surprises no excuses no hidden charges. Hats off to Angel and everybody that works there. Damn good job. If you're having problems with your transmission this is by far your best bet

I found Ace Transmission, along with a couple more, through a Google search. Ace was the first one I called, and Angel took the call. I told her the issue I was having, and she said to run it by when I could so they could drive/diagnose it. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me in a very welcoming way. We discussed everything, and they took my truck for a quick ride....yep, I needed a transmission rebuild. I was even given a "tour" through the shop, and an explanation of each step of the rebuild process. She priced the job right then, going over everything they would do, and even gave me a copy of the estimate. It was reasonable and fair. They had my truck ready to go in about 3 days, maybe 4. By the way, I never talked to any of those other shops! I knew I wanted to do business with Ace from the time I spoke to Angel over the phone and the visit sealed the deal even more! Everything was clean, neat and presentable. Everyone there had a welcoming attitude, and gave that "hometown" feel.....unlike alot of other businesses where you feel like just a "number". They are knowledgeable, honest, and fair about the products they sell, and stand behind their work! I highly recommend them for any transmission repairs, and even if you need other type of auto work done, call them and see if they can do that also! A friend of mine who does some of my mechanic work recommended Ace transmissions. I was amazed at their professionalism and decided to go ahead and have the transmission in my Dodge caravan overhauled. At first we were discussing just doing a transmission service which would be changing the filter and fluid but when they pulled the Pan off the transmission it was discovered there were other problems in the transmission and my wife had to drive it to Florida the next day. They went above and beyond out of their way to overhaul it and it works perfectly now and I trust them wholeheartedly and will always bring my transmission problems to them from now on.Thecar in-and-in 24 hours I have my car back and they didn'tService: Transmission

They were very dedicated to the job they did for me on my 2015 ford escape. Angel sent me pictures of the work they did and explained everything to me. My Corvette had some problems not going into gear so I had it towed here. Day 1 they were very transparent with what was going on, texted us when the car got there, they got a detailed description of what was happening and informed us they would be doing some diagnostics. EVERY step of the way they communicated to us what was happening, the possible outcomes, the possible costs, and even sent us pictures when they working on the car. They gave us a service plan and hooked us up with a heavy duty clutch. No BS, no surprise costs, explained everything, worked quickly. Our Vette drives like new. I want to commend the service of this shop. From the first day I spoke with Angel by phone regarding my transmission issue she was very informative and responsive in a timely manner to my inquiries. This continued to be the case as I launched into ordering a remanufactured transmission through them. They kept me well informed while the process unfolded. Once the transmission arrived and they began to install it they even sent me pictures of the progress via text. They never seemed bothered by my desire to see what was happening and have timely information. They did an excellent job and the truck is performing wonderfully. As a local pastor in the area constantly being asked where to go for service on certain items it is important to me to find local shops the operate with integrity and have good customer service. I cannot recommend a shop to others unless that is my personal experience. In this case I would recommend to someone that they use Ace Transmission because my experience was great. We had our transmission replaced here. Angel got back with us quickly on VERY reasonable price options. Even with the delays in shipping of our part, our car was ready on the day promised. They are very friendly, honest, and make you feel like you matter to them as a customer. We will most definitely be continuing to use them for any services needed in the future!! We didn t have any work done, because of their honesty we were able to go get an underlying engine issue fixed instead of replacing the transmission blindly! Angel was a great help on the phone and in person! It is very hard to find a transmission shop that is honest - this is the place to go!

Angel was the best person I have ever worked with in the auto industry. She was so helpful and guided me through everything so thoroughly and always sent me pictures and kept me updated!! She is definitely one of a kind this is now my new go to transmission and auto repair shop! I recommend anybody with a car problem go see her because she will definitely get you fixed up and back on the road! She is awesome!

Definitely recommend Ace Transmission! They rebuilt the trans. in my 16 Ford Focus, and it is performing flawlessly now! Prompt, respectful, timely, fair price, and most of all they simply did what they said they were going to do which is difficult to find these days! This place is truly remarkable! Angel (the general manager) took time to help me find more affordable parts for my clutch job, and she kept me in the loop with texts and even photos of the job in progress. I've dealt with a lot of different auto shops over the years, but none of them have compared to the service I got at Ace Transmission. You so rarely find businesses of this quality these days! I'd definitely recommend them to anybody, and I plan to return myself the next time I need work done.

I've used these folks to service my vehicles for a couple years now. I trust them implicitly when it comes to being knowledgeable, quick to get you back on the road, and VERY reasonable on price! Angel is a fantastic person and easy to work with. You get quick answers to your questions and an explanation of all work BEFORE they just do it and charge you later. They can handle any repair you need from transmission work, starters, timing belt, water pump, alternator, or an entire engine rebuild. If you want fast, friendly service at a fair price then these are the folks to call! I don't trust my vehicles to anyone else!

Great customer service! Ace has been extremely helpful in diagnosing an electrical issue causing transmission error codes. Another popular shop in town quoted me $2,000 for a full rebuild, which would have been a complete waste and not fixed my issue.

Fantastic service, fair price. I went in with a window that fell off track on my 2000 mustang. Within minutes they had the window out and were fixing the problem. They managed to save me +$160.00 by fixing my existing window regulator and window track instead of replacing it. The techs/mechanics were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner was exceedingly friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone with any auto service problem. Fantastic guys, and they have the best price in town over the 10+ places I called for a quote. 5/5 for these guys. I have found my go-to mechanics.

I'm amazed. Angel is excellent, personable and honest, honesty in the Transmission business is something that's hard to fine. I give this shop a 5-star for honest. My truck transmission was ( took the pan off )diagnosed and put back together without any charge, yes your reading correctly no charge. Angel called and told me exactly what the real deal was and she and her technicians properly advised me my $2000.00 Transmission problem has now become $750.00. I have now found a shop that will get all of my future business, I'm in the car business and I'm always needing a shop that will carefully guide me and watch me expense. Thanks again for excellent customer service from start to finish.

Every time I've had car trouble, I take my car to Ace. They're upfront and honest with pricing, and friendly. They'll take the time to explain to you what's going on with your vehicle. They're very polite and welcoming. Anytime they've worked on my car, I've never had an issue with that part afterwards. Highly recommended!

I own a 1999 Ford Windstar, my husband I shopped around to find the "best deal" on fixing the transmission in our van. We had talked to several other place and was told by several that they wanted X amount of money to look at the transmission but James ( the owner ) was up front with us on everything. Told us what they were going to do to the vehicle and charged us a very fair price to fix our van. If you are looking for a great shop to have your car fixed I strongly recommend Ace. They will treat you right from the beginning to the end.

My transmission went out in my new work van unexpectedly 3 weeks after I bought it .I was totally in shock lol so I called Ace Transmission and from the very start Angel and her crew made me feel at ease and got to the van with in 30 minutesThese people do exactly what they say And more .I would highly recommend them :)Thank you Ace Transmission..
