$300 BELOW Safelight on the total for a 2012 Kia Soul. Told me a 12PM ETA showed up at 11. Got it all done in 45min. Recommended to anyone I know or care for. Because Safelight may repair but safelight AINT Affordable. Local guys, good country boys, and makes me proud of my local businesses.

This place is all around the best glass place I have ever used. From the very first phone call Ray made to me all the way through mason replacing my passenger door window. Mason even vacuumed the glass in my car from the original break in. And that wasn t even expected. They have the best customer service and honestly made a bad situation so much better. Tried safelite to do a replacement rear windshield. Had an appointment show up they ordered the wrong part. Moved the next appointment out 2 weeks. Busted windshield with rain in the future not good. Called AAA got an appointment for the very next day. I show up in 2 hours they have me back on the road. Hands down the best glass company in knoxville. Thank you!

Guys are really friendly and honest. Originally came in for a window that wouldn't go up, they diagnosed problem free of charge. Then offered to repair my chipped window for free. Was so pleased, I brought them my other car that needed a replacement. Shows what good business is all about

This place exceeded all expectations. The new general manager handles issues in a quick manner. I had my rear window shattered and needed it to be fixed within the next two days before traveling back home. I called tripe A and he matched my quote and was able to get me in the same day. Price was very reasonable and only took an hour to install. Highly recommend this auto glass company!!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Had to schedule an appointment with Safelight over a week and a half out. I was told it would take close to 3 hours to complete so I had to take the entire afternoon off of work. I show up for my appointment only to learn that they ordered the wrong windshield! Couldn t get me rescheduled until the next week. Called Geico and found this place. They worked me in last minute on a Friday and had the repair completed in about an hour. Excellent service! I m very grateful.Service: Auto windshield repair

Called several other auto glass repair shops and noticed Danny and his crew had a 5 star review. Without question these guys are top notch not only did they match the lowest price, but they did a phenomenal job replacing the windshield on our 2017 Honda Pilot. James at the Knoxville location was very attentive to me needing a replacement passenger side window for 1992 Bronco. He was quick to respond back that he found a window an had it ready and installed in one day. The shop was clean and the window looks great. It was the exceeding of ALL expectations for me...I was booked for the next business day (called on Friday booked on following Monday), had "Mobile Servicing" at no additional fee (unlike competitor at $50 for mobile servicing), received a phone call about 10 minutes before they arrived, and was vacuumed up and fully installed by Jamie and Tyler in less than an hour all before noon (I was not expecting the vacuum and think it is so thoughtful and was told when I called Friday he'd get me taken care of before lunch). I cancelled my appointment with aforementioned competitor (2 weeks out!!!) who is no longer competition because AAA AUTO GLASS has the win for me. They were just amazing, kind, and professional from the first phone call to the finish. They hit every mark right on target and I highly recommend them for any auto glass needs.***ONE WEEK LATER: SURVIVED FIRST CAR WASH AND REAR DEFROST WORKS!!!***

While **SOME** entities that repair and replace auto glass have only an 877-number listed on their website, AAA Auto Glass is a local business where you can talk to a real person. They took care of my shattered rear window a day earlier than they thought they would--everything was handled in about an hour, where as that aforementioned 800-number company wanted to book me three weeks out.Thank goodness for AAA Autoglass! I had an emergency, they obviously had the solution... Wasn't there long at all, 1-1 1/2 hrs ... I wasn't questioned about my life history,Safelite can't say they same, I know because I tried them first, after an extensive questionaire , and no response via calling,I tried ...anyways if you want fast and friendly service, without the hassleI'd give these guys a call...
