Had a little car trouble during a cross-country move. I stopped in here, and they pulled the trouble codes from my vehicle and were able to determine I was safe to keep driving. I was very appreciative of the assistance. Many places won't offer assistance like this these days unless you're a paying customer. I couldn't have been more grateful.

Awesome staff! Was driving through on my way back from a trip and had a bird stuck in my cars grill. I stopped to see if anyone could help me remove it, and 2 awesome guys came out to help. I am so thankful they were willing to help me!

While traveling on I-40 west toward Nashville, our truck overheated due to a broken hose connector only 2 miles from the exit for this Auto Zone. We managed to get to the store after feeding a couple of gallons of water into the coolant reservoir. Adam was a great help in assisting with an alternative connector as the actual part was not available for purchase at the store. It s probably another part available only through a GM dealer . Very congenial and helpful employee! Thanks , Adam!

Normally, we have really good service at this Autozone. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and listens to concerns. I am leaving a 1 star review for 1 simple reason, an employee by the name of Angie. Evidently she has issues with sending parts back to the distribution hub that people have ordered. Even when the part has been paid for she still sends them back.I ordered a part on 5/6 and paid for the $200 part. It should have been delivered the same day. I was making other repairs to my vehicle and not able to pick the part up. I work out of town a lot so I wasn t able to try and pick the part up till 5/10. In less than 5 days a part that I already paid for had been sent back. I was never contacted to let me know the part was in. The money wasn t refunded. So it gave me the appearance they were trying to steal my money. On top of that, I also gave up hours at work to pick up the part and try to fix my vehicle.So not only did they try to take my money and not give me the part. I lost money out of my pocket because of the actions of Angie . Not sure what her actual role is at this Autozone, but obviously she has poor customer service and shouldn t be in the position she is in.Other than that they always have treated us great, and the other employees apologized several times for this action.

Its a good location but the folks that work there could be a little beter with the service, had the parts i needed in stock which wasnt a big suprise with the mark up. But good parts had them when i needed them and good hrs

We visited the AutoZone in Kingston TN to get a new battery for my Daddy's van. Long story short the gentleman found us the warranty left on our battery and there was a discrepancy in their inventory and they didn't have the one we needed. While the gentleman was taking our battery out and getting ready for the new one the store manager herself drove to the Harriman store and picked us up a battery to save us having to go over there and start over!! That was amazing customer service!! Thank you!!

This store and its team were a gift from heaven after our vehicle's alternator failed on the interstate during travel at 2am on the morning on 4th of July. Angie (the store manager), Scott and Alley made sure we were taken care of (even generously donating cold water on a hot day), while Scott's friend Red installed the replacement. This is customer care at its finest!

We called the Kingston store after breaking down nearby. Steve Bolden answered the phone and said he was getting off work in 30 minutes and would stop by to help us. He then proceeded to drive us to another town to get the part that their store didn t have, drove us back and helped us install the part with his tools. He was off the clock and ended up spending over 4 hours with us until 9:15, in the rain. I can t say enough about Steve and the folks at Autozone in Kingston. Thank you guys

Was helped by Angela was on a 30hr drive and in a hurry needed an oil change for my car and she was able to help me get the right oil and filter as well as a $7 kit that included a oil pan towels hand cleaner and a funnel she was even able to let me use some tools and the parking lot to knock it out they where extremely busy at the time to help me recycle my used oil but was able to leave my used oil outback for them to recycle.

I had a terrible day. I was stranded so I Walked to Autozone .Steve that works there completely turned it around for me !I needed help with my battery and cables.The day was hot ... This Gentleman kept his cool (lol) as I asked him questions about what about this and what about that ! ???? Steve ,was long suffering and he answered my questions kindly.Steve ,worked until my problem was fixed ..even though he was supposed to have left his shift at least 30 minutes prior . I feel Steve ...wellHe is an exempliary employee!Please give this kind man a raise ..I mean who knows how many customers like me he has to deal with any given day .He deserves a big one and maybe some medical leave .dealing with customers like me .I mean a vacation lol Sincerely,Sarah Pack.Rockwood Tn.

During mandatory travel our SUV alternator suddenly failed on I-40, on the 4th of July weekend, around 2 am.This new Auto Zone store gave us their best price, found an emergency mechanic for us, even offered ice cold waters to keep us cool! Thank you associates Scott and Alley, store manager Angie M and Scott's friend 'Red' who came to help, turned the wrenches and got us on the highway to our home!

Needed paint for my windows to help my kids celebrate making it to state football championship. Staff were very helpful helping me in and out quickly. They even sent my kids a candy bar each for halloween and the championship!

It is Wednesday September 29th at 6:08 pmThey have a guy working in there that has no clue about what he is doing nor knows nothing about vehicles. I had to look on my phone to find the part I was needing. And did not offer to put my stuff in a bag. He does not need to work at an auto parts store.

This Auto Zone is very good! Always so helpful as a female I dont know a lot about motors or batteries but everytime I go to this Auto Zone in Kingston there very good at letting me know exactly what I need!

That store is the worst thing that has happened in Kingston... The customer service was horrible, the cashiers were rude and hateful, except for a man named Manny who was very pleasant.

To slow people cut in line and they don t seem to care how long you wait I would rather go to Lenoir city Tenn instead of Kingston even though it is closer . We only needed one thing but won t be back
