TA truck stop service has been a great experience for me when I was a delivery driver, and stop by for a quick visit and get a break from driving. Thank you for serving the drivers for us to get a chance to enjoy a good place to enjoy a little meal, rest, etc. Keep on Truckin. Thank you.

Worst repair shop. I went for 1 flat tire and forced me to get 4 trailer replaced, refused to perform repairs, I went to Love s they replaced 1 tire and checked all 18 for dot purpose, they assured those are good tread depth wise and condition wise.Writing this review because it happened 2nd time.Couple of month back he did the same thing and forced me to get 2tires replaced instead of 1 needed.1/2 star for the service, dealing and everything.

Beautiful cooked dinner, service great, hats off for the Chef JohnnyOrdered the special ribeye with green beans asked for no salt no seasoning all cooked in butter on the hard top.

Spent half the day here, ate breakfast and lunch, the customer service was poor. Heather doesn t need to be on the register or dealing with the public with her attitude. She definitely hurting the business.

Updated review as of 11/24/2023:I ve actually returned to this shop even after saying I d never use them again. Started small though. Been here multiple times since my first review. It s been a good experience each time. I do have to take into consideration staffing. Seems they have had some staffing issues. And a lot of places have that these days. The techs are either experienced and knowledgeable or trainees with a good understanding and ability to grow. I typically request service through the app so I m placed in line up to 24 hours before I arrive. I do recommend this shop. The bad day I previously had must have just been an off day.Original review:Will never use this place again. And I live nearby. Called yesterday and told just to come in in the morning. Got here this morning before they opened. Once they opened I found there were 5 trucks ahead of me. How? They got in line last night. I wasn t given that option.I ve been here over 6 hours and finally got in a bay. I ve rarely seen people slow walk a job the way these people do. I ve been in the bay an hour and no one has looked at my truck. I see them just wandering around, taking out trash, smoking, etc.Won t use this place again. And considering just leaving. I m just trying to get an oil change. But I ve already invested 6+ hours here.Update: 12 hours folks. For a damn oil change. They didn t check to see if they had the filters before draining my oil. They didn t. So a filter had to be ordered. I was here before and after the day shift mechanics were here. An oil change shouldn t have to pass from one shift the the next. I ll never come back here for service.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The grounds are not maintained and the management is rude and could care less about drivers.

Apprentices wants to only sell tires and not fix the issue, giving excuses, we need the old days back where a tire repair shop would get you in and out in no time and not be a sales lady on the shop!!

I really want to say something good about this truck stop but I simply can't think of anything. The parking lot is designed for greenhorns to tear up trucks since most of the spots require blind backing. The shop is absolutely horrible and they take forever to do anything and then usually they do not do it right. Everything inside the business both store restaurant and Shop is all way overpriced! There's not a single good deal on anything to be had! Oh yeah the coffee was moldy it was absolutely horrible the other day.

As soon as you get your truck in the shop they start bringing up issues with the trailer and stuff and force you to replace just like DOT inspection they re big scammer

Needs more parking spots and Indian drivers need to stop blocking all the exits to get to the restaurant across the street

This is one of the best locations to get work done. I have been here several times and they always do a great job, but this last time they went above and beyond!! Dave and Ashley were awesome!! Dave reimbursed my room when i had to stay over while they worked on my truck after another TA had not properly fixed my equipment. Not only did he reimburse me but he also got me a ride back and forth from hotel. Ashley is one of the best and most hard working mechanics. She made sure everything was done properly and everything triple checked.

Worst customer service experience at the front desk 3 showers are empty nobody coming to clean up those showersLady in front desk is nervous keep repeating your waiting time is 30 minutesMonitor keep changing wait times from 10 minutes to 20 from 20 to 30 minutes

This ppl have the worst road service ever, whoever they use is a waste of time. Technicians are affraid of fixing a tire, they spend more than 30 mnts tlkng on the phone then come tell you they can t fix it. Stay away if you canService: TiresService: Tires

I am very sad and upset and feel very bad for hard working truckers that had to deal with this location and will deal with them in the future. Very poor communication from a girl at the register (Alex i think her name) , and even worst than her is the supposedly so called manager Chris who is an amateur doesnt know how to talk to people and most importantly fixing the customer concerns or just simply cant even judge a situation right.I will go for corporate complaint i will not let this one go, because dumb people should not do whatever they want at their jobs.

I was desperately in need of two new front tires and David, Stevie Ray, and the guys went out of their way to help me out. They were very professional and respectful. I paid for reserved parking. One of the things that comes with the parking is a bottle of water. I asked the 2 ladies inside for my bottle of water and they both gave me attitude. Every time I come here I always have problems. This will be my very last visit to this location and I'll be making a phone call to Jon Pertchik Monday morning

The shop refused to replace the water pump on my truck (although that is a service they offer) because they heard that I had my oil cooler replaced to prevent oil in my coolant. I went in with coolant in my oil. I went to another shop to get the problem diagnosed and it was the water pump. They simply did not want to work on my truck. That leaves a driver stranded.

Very unprofessional Berry she's very rude and told me to leave there desk unattended access simply because I wanted to use my shower point after 118.386 gallon of fuel.i was so embarrassed by her ACTION.

The lady attendant woke me up despite having my information for a reserved spot. Her excuse was that i put down my license plate number rather than my truck number. I reserved the spot using the TA application and the application specifically asks for a license plate number. Now i think it's great that in that field I can put either my truck number or my license plate number, but how was I supposed to know that this specific TA looks for truck number instead. I found it very rude that this lady woke me up to check my reservation with information that she already has at her disposal. Either the programmers for the app forgot to put some information in their app or this lady was a stickler for useless information. Either way, I am not happy with the reservation system here. I've never had this issue anywhere else.

Little slow getting to me. Once they did service was good. Guy came out nice & professional, didn t act like a know it all. Pointed out the problem, sat made sure things were good before leaving. Cute guy, nice to see someone fresh and not all grimy. Thanks TA service center for the communication & updates.

Have used this location multiple times and they are consistent and do a good job, Eric and Ashley are both outstanding and always have treated me professionally and the service desk has been helpful and hones, each time I come back it seems to get betterServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil changeServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Avoid at all cost. They failed to torque oil drain plug in front of me. Another tech had to oil plug wasn t even tight. Dot tech doesn t have proper tools to inspect brakes thru factory installed fist shields so wants to charge 125 an hr to remove then miscommunication ends up wasting hole day to not have dot done stating have to wait an entire day. Also requested computer diagnostic didn t get done but was billed but thankfully the second shift lady caught and removed and was very very apologetic even tho wasn t non of it her fault
