Good, honest people.. everything went smooth! I spoke with Mike to get my truck towed to a shop over the weekend. He could ve just got me then and there and just billed me but, he recommended that I should look for a open shop on Monday that could take me right away, because shops might be booked for a few days. (Which was the case) he didn t have to but he did! Josh is the driver, he will handle business professionally and in timely fashion!!! 10/10 all around. Thank you guys! If you ever need a towing in Nashville area. I highly recommend this company!!!Service: Long distance hauling

Called several tow companies at 3am and they didn't have anyone available to help. STR picked up immediately, the dispatcher hailee was quick to answer and the driver jake got to me in no time. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. if you need a tow, call these guys

I called three different places but no answer. STR pickup right away, got my info and had a driver out in 20 mins..20 mins later I was on the road. Cowboy is awesome. Don t look anywhere else Just call these folks. Top notch service..

Pat went above and beyond when he showed up to tow our RV that had overheated! Not only did he get the job done, he made sure to provide us with local recommendations and advice for us while we wait for repairs. We would definitely recommend using this company if you need a tow in Nashville!!

STR is top notch! The dispatcher was quick to answer my call, and the operator got to my driver in well under the anticipated wait time. Will definitely use again for our trucks if we're in the area!

I hope you never have to call STR because who wants to need to be towed? However, if you do need to be towed, you better call STR. Mike and Josh were both so helpful, and Josh actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than he estimated. He handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. STR treats your truck like its their own. Seth took great care when hooking and towing my Peterbilt. Even though I hope I dont need a tow again, I wouldn't mind calling these guys.
