Just accompanied others. Noticed very respectful and knowledgeable male employees who gave excellent advisement + offered genuine offer to do the work, need be (Kin Told 2 See Dealer 1st).

Used to go here for quick things like oil change or tire patch, but there is a new guy here who is the rudest person I have met. He has glasses and will come out to your car while in line and say " Do you need something"? No I'm just sitting in your line for the heck of it. Then as I was sitting in the line he acted like he couldn't hear me and acted as if there was an invisible line that he couldn't cross and told me he couldn't leave his department to talk to me. I was 2 feet from him. He enjoys being a jerk clearly.

Told me that they can't put tires on truck if not OEM and the won't touch aftermarket wheels due to policy. Upon investigation that turned out to be a lie, policy ended 3 years ago. Employees didn't want to deal with 33s on a lifted truck.

It's okay I waited 15 min just to get wind shield wipers but the rest of the store is good clean and it's a local walmart

After calling this location multiple times throughout the day and getting no answer, I decided to drive 15 miles because I wanted to buy 4 new tires. Two female employees were leaving the area and one, reluctantly stopped to help me. She and the other employee were engaged in a conversation about a third female employee, who was "in the back". After checking the computer, she simply said we do not have any. She then engaged a make employee in a conversation about the size I asked about being a "low " profile "tire. He opened that they had not had any in years. No offer to order the tires, no nothing. It was clear they did not want to be bothered

Replaced my battery under warranty in 30 minutes! Thank you so much :) Customer care was slightly lacking at the front but the gentleman that worked in the shop was very polite.

Had a tire leak, every 2 weeks tire needed filling. These guys thought to undo the tire, sand down the rim and re rim the tire, balance, and re install. Haven't had a leak yetThanks guys

Went for 4 tires. When I talked to the lady at the counter she told me what she had and to get in line. When it was finally my turn One of the men came and asked me what I needed so I again explained. He said "well let me make sure we have them." I told him the lady inside said u did or I wouldn't have been waiting in line. He asked if she came out and looked. I told him no. He proceeded to tell me that she should have and went to look. Came back and told me they only had 2 and complained about their outdated system. Needless to say, I left and went and got them elsewhere

Not happy, Wal-Mart tire center is the slowest place ever to buy a tire. I had a flat. I bought a tire & had to wait for over 1 hour and 45 minutes. One person working, they tried to say they were busy. I took a video, one person working, one car getting an oil change and my car getting on tire... Highly recommend going to another place for tires.

Overall I'd say I'm completely satisfied. Got there a little less than an hour before closing and the young woman made no deal about it. Helped me pick what I needed without pressuring me to buy more. The time it took was reasonable considering the shortness of staff and time of day it was. And the overall price was very reasonable. Only bad part about my experience there was when I got notified via text my car was ready and proceeded to the auto center to take care of it right around 10 mins till closing the older gentleman working the counter was very huffy and disgruntled because I was there he had wanted to close the register down early which would have forced myself and anyone else left to pick up their vehicle to walk to the front at Custer service pay there and then wait for the tech to bring my keys up there. Then I would have had to walk around the building to get to my car because they lock the back door when they do the register every evening.

Understaffed, and they don't do appointments, at least for balance/rotations. Basically if you don't get there at or before 7am when they open, or just get a lucky, quiet day, you are going to have to go somewhere else for simple tire maintenance.

I had a flat tire that needed repair and the Tire Lube Express Manager went out of his way to help me with my tire warranty. It takes time to work on vehicles and different problems arrive but they run a good light mechanical shop.

Employees very nice but not happy with their policy of only being able to mount tires one size larger than stock. It's my vehicle and I'm paying for it whether it works or not. Lost my business went elsewhere. Again employees were very nice but I know they can't change company policy

All auto care workers/employees that had worked here on my car today were Highly unprofessional and extremely inexperienced also all men and weman working here at this walmart auto care Location we're not trained to be able to check transmission fluids or turn off the change oil soon light when finishing the high mileage oil change that I came to have serviced be gentle because it's an older vehicle.and also had no respect when I asked him if they could turn this change oil soon light off.was referencing the service from a YouTube do-it-yourself tutorial. with my 2000 year classic Saturn as of this year they had not done half of the service for the lower priced oil change that was advertised as soon as you pull in to the drive lube service area. I had to askthree different times to check transmission fluid after the oil change had been serviced and I paid for the service had to ask three times if they check transmission fluid and my dipstick missing when the third service auto worker checked to see how much fluid I had the dipstick was gone but was there before I came to have my car serviced today I will be contacting someone to go over to video and cameras tomorrow also I think that this service auto lube center in this location should be told that they are not training workers properly before hiring them to service everyone's vehicle I will be reporting this to the labor board in my area I do not thinkable to check cars that are older and newer. not messed with the car to hurt it anyway. I am very disappointedthis is the first time I have ever complained this badly on any lube service in 20 years they were unprofessional untrained uneducated and very rude andit was embarrassing when other people were around and it was also not service so I will be asking for a refund.

Needed a quick tire repair of a screw in tire. Three people working on one Toyota pickup. Refused to help as the will close in 25 minutes. I know plugging a tire takes less than 5 minutes. They simply wanted to leave early.

Been there 3 times in the past 2 years. Every time is a hour and a half wait or more. Service is never on point. Now I'm going back after 3 days of my tires not being balanced right and a lug nut being broke and not brought to my attention. Very poor workmanship. Bad business ethic and poor service. Save tourself some money and time and go to an actual professional. Lesson learned

I went and got a battery new battery for my car they were nice enough to come out and get my old battery bring it in and take my new one out to my truck I like shopping there and I like their service and I like the personnel great job keeping up guys

Truck sat in the bay for an hour. Didn't get the right oil or filter. Employees here spend more time bickering about the vehicles waiting in line. Rather than completing their work load. Don't come here unless you have a lot of time and patience.

Good tire price but mount and balance costs extra and is not included in the price of the tires. Figure adding $100.00 to the price of a set of four tires to have them mounted . Road Hazzard is another $60.00 on top of that, 18.00 tire disposal fee on top of that. A valve stem fee of $12.00 on top of that and last but not least Sales Tax on top of everything. Do yourself a favor and add everything up before deciding on buying tires here.

Garbage experience. Cross threaded a brand new set of lugs. Took vehicle for a ride afterwards without consent to test them. Thought I d save some time not doing it myself but ended up creating more work than what I started with. Absolutely will not be returning

Never again will I order online place order for tires and about hour half later they canceled it said item was not in stock call the same school and they had it in stock this has happen to me 3 times
