The manager showed concern about the issues I have with my vehicle.The service rep did a fantastic job in helping me.The auto technician who worked on my car was knowledgeable and had a real concern about finding the cause of my issue with my car.Kingsport is a distance for me, but I feel that I get the service and respect I deserve when I go there.

We are really Amazed at this dealership, we purchased a Outlander. Gabe was our salesperson and Chris they both are amazing to work to help you out.All the staff feels like family.Well worth the drive to Kingsport!!!Check them out you will be glad you did!If we could give a 10 we would.

We leased a Nissan Rouge from this dealership. Karin Maxwell was the sale person that greeted us with a smile and helped us find the vehicle we wanted in the color with all the features we wanted. Karin was so friendly and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to do business with.

Bought my first car from here in 2018 and have experienced nothing short of phenomenal since! The staff, the car, and the overall experience has been so easygoing and nice. Everytime I come here I always meet smiling faces and whenever I needed, they have fit me in their schedule. The waiting area is super comfortable, they have great snacks, and it s never too long of a wait! If you re looking for a new car, trade in, or just to browse I highly recommend Wallace Nissan in Kingsport!! Ask for Chris, he has always been so great and friendly :)

Always nice, courteous service....I'm going to change my review. So, someone comes up to me and asks can you do me a favor. Mind you first time someone actually came up to and spoke to me other than one guy that said hi. Plenty others walked by. Two-time Nissan owner here. So, he asks me go to Google look up Wallace Nissan, click on review. He's like I can get a five outta of ya, right?!!! Then he said just say a couple words or a sentence. Listen....I don't mind giving a good review where it's due but Wallace Nissan stop telling me what to give you!!!! Just like I had wonderful service, but I know I'm going to get a call and they will say make sure I get 10's.

As a first time buyer, I was ready to rip my hair out of my head, looking at vehicles and all of the costs that go with them. Gabriel and Joseph both stepped up to the plate and did a wonderful job. They both took the time to explain how the process works and what every step would look like. I was able to buy a car I liked for a price I went home happy with. Thanks, guys!

I wanted to share with everyone that Wallace Mitsubishi Kingsport has an awesome facility and staff! Service department are professional and provide answers to questions you may have for upkeep of your vehicle. I ve had both a Nissan and now a Mitsubishi . Travis has been my go to sales person. I brought my daughter in with me and both of us purchase the Outlander within months of each other. I happen to enjoy, visits to the dealership when my vehicle needs service. I catch up with the friends I ve made.

This was a great buying experience and I love my Nissan Sentra! Ryan, Jim and Chris were all incredibly helpful and kind. Ryan helped my husband and I find the right car for the right price and Jim carefully explained the financing details and warranties available. Chris patiently walked me through how to operate my new high-tech vehicle and introduced me to their parts and service team. I highly recommend Wallace Nissan of Kingsport!

Scott at wallace was great, got me in a truck I love with a price I was happy with very friendly. Only thing I didn't like ( was not Scott's fault) was when I test drove the required "some info about my drivers license " was actually info to run my credit before I had even talked price, capitol one sent me an alert that they ran my credit. Again NOT Scott's fault, he was amazing.

Would give a zero star if I could. Came into the dealership after multiple conversations about specific new inventory they had. Specifically discussing process of their inventory and trade in quote of my car. They were completely misleading with their pricing online once i was in the dealership(10k off) . Beware of listed prices,.."internet price" etc. Led us to believe prices were good until after they performed a credit check- saying we weren't eligible for the "full discount". This type of behavior is what gives dealerships a bad name.

Charged us 410 dollars for a single key. $150 for labor on a tops 5 minute job. Then charged us 23 dollars in Shop Supplies . 200 for the parts cheap straight from china. I d advise you guys out there to not send your wife to do business with a dealership. They always find a way to take advantage. Shop Supplies what a joke

I just bought a outlander from Wallace in Kingsport. I felt welcomed and relaxed during the entire car buying experience. Zach helped find a SUV that had all the features I wanted and in my price point. I have had negative experiences at other dealerships before, but these people treat you like a real person and not just a deal.

From the time I stepped on the lot as a prospective truck buyer to the time I pulled away in my new Frontier, the team at Wallace Nissan were great to work with. Jared went above and beyond to show me around and give me his time -several days beyond closing hours. Jared, Jason, and Travis were very professional and helpful to walk me through every step of the way in purchasing my Frontier. Great group of guys; I highly recommend Wallace Nissan.
