Lucas was helpful and professional. Being a first time Fifth Wheel buyer, I want to make sure everything is safe and sound, but having no experience in that industry I knew I needed someone great to inspect the unit. Lucas made sure everything was mechanically sound and good enough to buy. His help went a great ways and his prices are unbeatable. I would highly recommend!

Lucas is a true professional! Needed my blower serviced and he was able to get out to me quickly, identify the issue, and have the unit repaired in a flash. He was very transparent and cost of repair was super reasonable. Look no further - Lucas is the guy to call for your RV repair! Will look forward to using him again in the future.

I am so glad that I called Tri-Cities RV Services when the heater started blowing cold in my 1995 Scamp trailer! I was not hopeful that the 30 year old unit could be fixed, and indeed, the parts were obsolete. Lucas was very thorough in both examining the unit and describing to me what he was doing and the issues he found. He was also quick, and in no time at all, he found a part to retrofit the heater and had it installed--all for a very reasonable price. In addition to being very clever, Lucas is also friendly and good-natured. It was a pleasure talking with him.

Lucas is AWESOME!! Fit us into his schedule to get our furnace motor replaced. Gets cold around here!! Getting the motor was a trick in itself. Lucas handled it professionally and friendly. Highly recommend his company.

Zach was phenomenal to work with during our RV repair crisis. He came quickly, fixed the problem, and provided the part; all at a reasonable cost. He was extremely well-dressed and presented himself with the utmost respect and was enjoyable to work with. We will most definitely be utilizing his services again in the future when needed.

Lucas comes here to the Bristol Kingsport KOA on a regular basis. Has been here all hours and days of the week. Can be counted on In an emergency and does quality work. Not only a great guy but shows up when he says he will be there. He takes care of his customers. The basis of a good business. We appreciate him here and the excellent service he provides for our customers. Great job

We had extensive damage to our RV from a RV that burned next to ours and we had the best experience with Tri-Cities!! He was quick to schedule our estimate and very knowledgeable. He also assisted my neighbor while he was there. Would Highly recommend!!

Very professional services from Lucas . Genuinely friendly , polite and courteous at all times . Knows his craft thoroughly and was kind enough to take the time to explain the details of his repair work when I asked questions . I d highly recommend him for resolving any RV related issues you may be having . His pricing is certainly fair and he s determined to satisfy his customers fully . You won t regret hiring this gentleman , that s for sure .

Was overnighting at a Cracker Barrel in area, when in morning our slideout wouldn't close. Called Tri city after no help from other area mobile service. Lucas was there in 20 minutes. He took care of immediate issue so I could get back on road. Complete fix will need to be handled at home. He also had no problem with me watching and answering my questions concerning what he was doing. I highly recommend him

Lucas was absolutely great. He worked us into his schedule the same day we called and came back the next morning w/ a part he needed to finish the job. He rescued us from a real jam. We felt very confident in his ability to do the job. He explained everything & was very friendly & personable. We were so fortunate to find him. Highly recommend Tri-cities RV Services.

Lucas responded promptly and arrived early to repair our Schwintek slide stuck in the out position delaying our departure. After discussing and troubleshooting he quickly determined problems and resolved in within our desired departure the next day! Friendly and professional, I wish the RVing community had at least one highly trained (National RV Training Academy) mobile tech in every major RV hub in the country; our experience is that he s one in a 1000, and worth every penny we paid!

Our RV had been out of commission all summer, as we tried to figure out what was wrong with it. After troubleshooting to the best of our knowledge, we knew it was time to bring in someone to figure out the problem. I contacted Tri-Cities RV Services and got a quick response. (He also communicated through text, which I prefer!) I sent him all the information on the RV and he was to our house in no time! After some exploring, we found another battery that was dead that we had no clue about! Thankfully, it was an easy fix and Tri-Cities RV had it fixed within a couple of hours! If we ever have any other issues with our RV, we will definitely be calling Tri-Cities RV!Service: Battery

We had a leak in our roof, so of course, it needed to be fixed asap. Tri-Cities came the same day and repaired the roof. Excellent service would definitely be recommended.

Very professional service! Had to leave RV park and couldn't put slide in and it was fixed within the hour once started. Everyone else in town couldn't make it or was closed. Saved us a lot of stress and money. Thank you!
