I had an outstanding experience at this tire shop and I can't express my gratitude enough in this 5-star review. I came in needing new tires and various fixes, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received.First and foremost, the efficiency here was off the charts! They managed to replace all four tires and balance them in under an hour, which was faster than any previous tire change experience I've had. This quick turnaround showed their commitment to their customers' time and convenience.What truly stood out, though, was their genuine concern for my safety. They were upfront about not having the correct piece for an alignment and strongly recommended that I get it checked elsewhere to ensure my safety on the road. This level of honesty and care for their customers is truly remarkable.They also went the extra mile by offering free tire rotations every 5,000 miles, showing their commitment to long-term customer satisfaction. That's a fantastic added value!Even though the staff mentioned they were having a tough day due to some people being rough on them, their welcoming and positive energy shone through. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease, even as someone with an alternative style who often faces unfair treatment in my small town. This tire shop was a welcoming oasis, and I felt more at home there than I ever have at any other tire place.I can't recommend this tire shop enough. If you're looking for excellent service, genuine care for your safety, and a place that truly welcomes everyone.

My Boyfriend and were driving through form to Vermont to New Orleans when we stop at the Krispy Kreme across the way when we noticed our front tires where completely worn to the metal bar. We looked up tire places and it was the first place to come up. The manager Derek was super amazing and helped us get back on the road within 1.5/2 hrs with two new tires and an alignment later. Amazing customer service!

Bought a set of tires from these people in June 2023. About two months later, the entire side wall of my rear passenger side tire blows out. Having purchased road hazard on the entire set I do not worry about getting it swapped out since I didn't run over anything/puncture the tire. These tires hadn't even had 3,000 miles on them.I bring tire into the Kingsport location today where I told the sales guy this story, he proceeds to tell me they go by tread depth and it is not covered by warranty. Says they will pro rate a new tire. The discount I would get would be less than half the cost of the tire. So please, read the fine print before giving them money for nothing. As for myself, my company/fleet will never do business here again.

This is the best tire store In EAST Tennessee- they are honest, follow up if you have a question and do great work. I always get the road hazard- they stand behind what they sell and customer service is outstanding! Rick and his team are excellent, you will not find a better place to work with!

I picked up a rusty razor blade in my tire after leaving work, so I drove over to Tire Barn while there was still a little air left.There was a deep gash left behind from the razor blade, so I anticipated I d have to buy a new tire.After giving them my keys, they inspected the tire and tried to repair it well it worked! They filled the hole and now my tire is working as good as new.I will for sure be back for any of my tire needs!

Super nice people there. Very knowledgeable about all the new technological advancements in TPM sensors. Excellent work and very meticulous about the courtesy inspections. Highly recommend these guys.

Always good service and friendly.I come from Indiana and get my tires rotated when we visit TN. Because I don t like anyone else but them. They go above and beyond, and even make sure to check my brakes as well. I am very thankful for them

I went in to check on my 5,000 mile tire rotation, which came with the tires that I purchased. I was planning on simply making an appointment; however, they were so wonderful that they worked me in and got it done within 20 minutes (if that)! Remington went out of his way to make sure, that not only was I satisfied but that I was safe. They also did a full courtesy inspection! Checked my brakes, battery and all other points on the inspection sheet. Remington didn't pressure me to upsell or make me feel uncomfortable as some places do (because your possibly not a mechanic by trade/n a woman). Having him treat me with the courtesy and respect that he did, makes me want to go NOWHERE ELSE other than TIRE BARN! They've been fantastic since the beginning of this journey, and continue to surprise me with the utmost level of service! Derek Hamilton definitely knows how to take care of his customers, an picks some fantastic employees to do it. Thank you Tire Barn of Kingsport so very much, for taking care of my vehicle n my safety. A+++

Always a positive experience and fair prices. You pay a little extra but that includes free tire repair, free tire rotation every 5000 miles and if a tire gets damaged and it cannot be repaired they pro-rate the tire based on tread wear/depth remaining and adjust the cost of a new tire. As an example I purchased a set of 4 Yokohama tires 205/55/16 with a 75,000 mile warranty for $731.57. I never have to pay for tire rotation and they will repair any damaged tire for free. They had cheaper tires and more expensive tires but I settled for middle of the road (no pun intended) tires. Was in and out within 45 minutes. My "go to place" for tires in my area.

Had a tire patched the other day , $43.00. Seriously!!!! And then was never shown what was in the tire. Then I ask was the rest of tires aired up , why yes. Ummm no they weren t!!! I recommend drivin on a damn rim before getting ripped off $43. And liars. Must be new owners , rip offs

I have been a long time customer and they have always taken care of me. I was there today to get my tires balanced and rotated, and they wanted to check my battery, check my brake pads for wear and I felt that like I was in a full service shop and like they were up-selling. Please go back to tire service. The tech did a great job at getting me taken care of.

I came in to get new tires for my Mercedes. After looking at the tires there was grease all over my rims so as i was looking at this i saw a big scratch on one of my rims. I told the mechanic and he brought out Rick. Rick tried to tell me that it was my fault and that I hit a curb and said "I'm not fixing that" and walked inside. i would know if i hit a curb or not. I know it wasn't there before getting my tires.

Went in for 2 trailer tires and in and out in less than 45 minutes. They even had to go get one extra tire. Thanks Devin.Update from 3/24/2020: one of my truck tires completely wore out in the middle. I was hoping to get replacement tires via warranty or being pro-rated,but Rick wanted to sell me all new tires at cost. I've been coming here for the past 2 years and the service has been exceptional, but not so much today.

Easter weekend and Tire Barn (thankfully) was open on this Saturday afternoon. My vehicle had a massive nail in it and was flat and they repaired the tire and had me on the road again in less than 30 mins. This place has always been extremely professional, the staff super kind, and always willing to help. They have the best prices in town. I highly recommend them!

Tire Barn has put two sets of tires on both of my pickups, and a second set was purchased for a trailer today..Whether I was buying a set of tires, or having warranty work done (flats and such), I got timely professional service on every visit.

Great experience, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They fixed my truck, explained the issues in easy to understand terms. Prices were fair and reasonable. Overall, I'll definitely recommend to anyone looking for tires.

The manager did not want to spend 10 minutes of his time to present a case for a defective tire (attached picture) to the tire manufacturer, Uniroyal. Instead, they were full of excuses for why it can naturally happen (they saw blebbing from potholes (?) while the defect clearly shows 1.5' inch-long slits), why it will not be covered by Uniroyal (lack of alignment which did not stop Uniroyal from providing a 40% price reimbursement for a brand new tire), and why I needed to buy the exact same tire from them to process the refund (I did not). I had to unmount the tire myself and take it to their shop 4 times in order to 'twist their arm' and make them provide the minimal customer service one would expect from any tire shop that sells brand new tires. Still I did not hear a single apology from their end for all this ordeal, only excuses. This is not a shop that will stand behind the tires they sell, so why buy from them?
