I just want to let Tim know of how awesome of a business owner he is!! Me and my boyfriend was on our way to a Mini Truck show which is known as the Sparks Show in Pigeon Forge! The carrier bearing went out on our way out of Kinsgport and my feller called Tim and he worked us right in, that was such a life savor for he and I.. He was real reasonable in his prices! He also worked on our truck weeks prior to that and replaced the shocks and done an amazing job then too!! I really don't know of anyone around who can beat em!! Keep up the great work Tim!!

Visited on Wed. Made appt. for following Wed. Took in at 8:30am. Quote by 10:00am. Work completed by 3:00pm. (Same day) Replaced radiator. Great price. Couldn't ask for any better.

Love the customer service, very friendly staff. Fair Prices does a great job and found out most Repairs come with a 24 month 24,000 mile warranty. Went out of his way to help me out.

Scheduled an appointment to bring in a 99' Ford Explorer in for spark plug replacement. Called a week's prior(Wednesday) to bring in vehicle for maintenance the following week ( Monday). Took off the morning from work(self-employed) and it ruined my entire day as the vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot a 1:30.Owner stated they were working on other vehicles, which is understandable. Then they shouldn't have scheduled me and given me a later date. Picked Tim's Autoworks based on recommendations from a social media group!

I have waited a while to post this but it needs to be said.Had a clutch pressure plate replaced, they said they was not sure if that was the problem, but changed it anyway. Called 2 days later said it was fixed. Picked it up, drive great, 5 hrs later, same problem. Had to have towed again, they said they could change it again but would be full charge again, over 400$. And not sure if that would fix it again. Went to another place. Found issue and was fixed and running since. Also Tim will never answer or call back. Also no receipt. Terrible place.Also In response to your reply, you have me confused with someone else apparently, because that was my first time using you and my last. Called Tim's a few times over the course of a couple of months to help decide on how to lift my truck a little and get the best bang for my buck on tires.They were always willing to discuss and we're straightforward with their pricing and availability.My only gripe is the surcharge for using a card with them. They're not the only ones that pass that cost along to customers though, so while I hate that practice it's just becoming the norm so they don't lose a star for it.In the day if my appointment they had the truck done and ready as promised and all the work they quoted me for seemed to be done perfectly.Will continue to use them until they give me a reason not to!

Tim runs a class A service center and is reasonably priced. They are very nice and go above and beyond to provide excellent service to their customers. My explorer and Mazda pickup have had to go in several times now and they have addressed every issue I advised them of in a professional and timely manner. Highly reccomend!

Tim provides exceptional service and I highly recommend his shop for your regular maintenance and when you have a more serious problem with your vehicle. You're also going to save a bundle compared to the cost of going to a dealership or a larger shop.

Honest, reasonable, quality work, always has gone extra mile for me and my family. Never worry when i pick up any vehicle he's worked on. I have a custom truck and he fixed my broke shock mounts and as we were heading out of town for a mini truck show my carrier bearing went out and he worked me in asap so we could get back on the road for the show. Tim is a wonderful person. He doesnt overcharge. Does great work, and really works with his customers to explain everything and he made it alot less stressful. Noone wants to hear they need a major repair, but it happens. He will do what he can for you. I will never take my car anywhere else. Recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you again Tim.
