The communication was horrible, the customer service was just as bad. They inspected my BMW two separate times for front windshield leak and couldn't find where it was coming from. They were more interested in fixing my front bumper than my windshield. I'd never go here again, nor would I recommend this shop.

Had to have some body work done on my car. I was told it would take awhile to schedule repair and receive parts but car was drivable so no problem. A time was scheduled and repair work was done in one day less than estimated repair. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done. It looks like a new car.

It was a bumpy start with scheduling, but I am pleased with the work they did and the way they handled the job at the end. The gentleman I spoke with seemed like he wanted to ensure I was satisfied with the work and he was helpful.The body repairs were good.Service: Body & Trim

If I could leave negative stars I would.One of the worst, most untrained, unprofessional group of lazy workers I've ever seen. They have no respect for the customers and are only there to steal your money, they are shady and do drugs behind closed doors and scam customers into having to get more work done on vehicles thst don't require it, along with using some of the cheapest materials and tools to work on any car they may have. Overall they are lazy and are just there to take your money, they don't care about doing a good job or care about having good values. I highly recommend everyone stay away from this scam business.

We have had several vehicles repaired here. This is the only place that we trust to do body work on our cars and trucks. The employees are very nice. The repairs are done quickly and the prices are very good.

UDATE: 10/2023 After picking up my auto I was quite disappointed in the staff. Not as helpful or keeping me informed as before. Lady in front is rude as can be. They never answer the phones. I had to drive to the shops 2 different times to get answers on issues. And now the next day after I had to take my auto to a tire shop to have a screw removed from my back passenger tire. Now this is the second time I had this happen. And they promised to polish my headlights from scratches- NEVER WAS DONE! After 20 years + of using them, I believe I will find a new body shop. Bye, Body Shop!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Called about getting an estimate and was told just stop by no appointment needed. No other info provided. My insurance already sent an assignment to them anyway so I drove 30 minutes only to be told no estimate, they don't do business with Shelter Insurance they are only doing their preferred contracted insurance companies AND they are booked out past Sept. So, unless you are a "preferred" customer and would like to wait until October to get in, it would be better to look elsewhere.

Hit n Run 1st part of June,, while fishing Watauga Lake ,, Awesome Quoate 600 to fix damage. Check insurance to see if they use The Body Shop

Excellent work friendly staff;however they are way behind as they promised 2 weeks and it was 5 weeks and counting, but for the quality work I'd not use them. I didn't say 2 weeks to fix vehicle they did and continued to tell me several times they worked on them in order they came in , but coincidently a family member too brought their car in weeks after mine and it was in and out. I don't appreciate being lied to just tell someone the actual reason for THEIR DELAY Don't TELL US WHAT YOU THINK WORKS BEST tell the FACTUAL information needed and there may not be more dissatisfied customers.TRY IT!!!

Horrible service. First they waited until I got to the shop with a rental vehicle meeting me there to let me know the parts were not in yet and had to be ordered. Then they didn't call me and tell me that the car was ready. I had called and they informed me ththe car was ready. Then there was a place on my car that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Then they told the insurance company theydidn't see any damage on my back passenger door where there was clearly damage from the wreck which caused me to be screwed out of getting the door fixed.Service: Body & Trim

They did a fine, fast and though job. Their estimator made an honest mistake and forgot to include the damage to the front of my car. So, I ll have to do some headache stuff with my insurance now. They did a great job though.They do charge a fee for using a card so bring a check or cash to pay deductibles. It s a noticeable increase to the price. They do a good fast job, but go elsewhere if you don t want that hassle I guess.Friendly staff.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately we've needed body repairs more than once. Most of the time we went to The Body Shop in Kingsport, Tenn. They do quality work & always had it completed when they said they would. Great body shop, no hassle, excellent work and customer service. Prices are high for the area but you definitely get what you pay for. Car was brought in after hitting a deer and now you'd never know there was any damage done. They used all OEM parts and blended the new paint perfectly. Highly recommend them for any body work

I have used The Body Shop on numerous occasions. Sadly deer and other cars find my car like a magnet. The staff are always friendly and attentive. I just want to take a minute and give a big shout out to The Body shop in Kingsport. They where super thorough and quick. I had accident wear someone smashed my front passenger side up. They got me in quick and I didn t expect to get my car back for a few weeks they got it done in like 4 days. They where Convenient With enterprise as well they where there to give me a car and the body shop was able to be the drop off site for the rental. I mean I have never had such a smooth experience with an accident before. They also detailed my car before I picked it up. Thank you guys!!!

My wife and I have been to the body shop two times. The work they did was above and beyond my expectations. If anyone needs to have work done that is the only place to go.

My car was hit by lady changing lanes and she didnt see me. I took my car to The Body Shop for repairs. Her insurance paid for all repairs. The repair shop did a terrific job on my car. Little over $1000 worth of repairs. When i picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and outside. Waxed, smelled great, tires blacked. Looked like a new car. Would recommend this shop to anyone wanting a first rate job!! Thanks Body Shop!
