They are some finaglers !!! How do I get my oil change but my tire pressure cuts on ?? They definitely want more money out of me after spending 200!!

I have been to this Take 5 at least 5 times since I ve lived here and every time I ve gone, it has been an incredible experience. They go the extra mile to show kindness and to be personable. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was Seriously behind on my oil change. So I made a phone call to this place, and got the answer Yes we have your oil.So on a Saturday,made the trip up to Kingsport and turned into the car wash entrance. So , got car wash then to the oil bay Explained my situation, quickly got taken care of. Thanks guys, so Appreciate you.

I would like to thank everybody at take five to the wonderful service they gave us. It is amazing how pleasant and conscientious the manager was to us he explained everything in detail I would highly recommend everybody to partake in their services.

This is the BEST place to go!! For the best customer service, kind voices, friendly smiles, quality work and services, always greeted with a smile, a hello and a bottle of cold water for each customer in your car! I'm so thankful that my husband and I found Take 5 we always leave feeling great knowing that we just received the best care...and then we circle around and run thru the awesome car wash! So...we not only leave there feeling good, but we can leave with a sparkle and shine! Thank you all at Take 5 Oil Change! God bless you all

The guys at the Center street location took excellent care of my car. They went above and beyond my expectations. I m definitely recommending this location to everyone I know with a car! Bryson and Lance were so polite, friendly and professional. Great job guys!!

All the guys are knowledgeable and very nice. I feel like I can trust them when it comes to servicing my car. They don t try to make me get additional services unless they are badly needed.

This place was awesome! My oil change felt like a nascar pit stop. They let me know exactly what was going on at all times, and even spoiled my pup that was with me! LANCE was super helpful and super nice! Will be returning 100%!

It was my first time there and I was weary of the upsale process cause I have a budget I need to adhere to. However, Bryson & Lance made the whole process painless! They acknowledged me and involved me in the process. One of the managers, Jo, even helped me clear the sevice lights on my dashboard. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely be going there for any future oil changes. 5 out of 5!

Very friendly staff, I was greeted with a smiling face and with a cold bottle of water. This was my first visit with Take 5 oil change and I was very pleased with my visit. See ya'll in three thousand miles!

Awesome guys, fast service and didn't try to push things on me...just told me what was going on and then a couple of things. They said you know what we could probably wait until next time. This doesn't look that bad. So I really like that.

I highly recommend these guys at TAKE 5 OIL in Kingsport TN off of I wanna central or center st.They were very respectful group of guys in there . They get you in and they get to work and get it done and send you out the door with being satisfied with a job well done!

Always great service no question about it ! These companies will eventually take out all the old traditional oil change places that don t even talk to you or treat your car or truck like it matters . I will continue to go here and get my truck taken care of properly and with great customer service !!

Great service Darrel and Joe are definitely pros at their job and they carry themselves with respect I used a online 18$ off coupon no problem they didn't try to push anything on me I recommend this place highly I will be backPs I don't think I've ever gave a 5star but Darrel and Joe and take 5 deserve it

Fantastic service can t be any better. Alway feel taken care of. They show you all your cars parts prior to replacing anything like filters, wipers, oil. All the team is working hard and a manager is watching everything they do so you feel like it always double checked. Great place.

This was a first time visit for me atTake 5, but I can assure it won t be my last, Lord willing. The gentlemen working there were the most courteous I have ever dealt with and their work definitely was rated a 5 plus. I would suggest everyone go by to see them on Center Street.

Love getting oil change there. They re quick and are upfront on telling you what you need. They re aren t pushy trying to sell things. They give you an option to say yes or no and don t bring it up again. Great serviceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I love this place, they always have snacks and drinks for my kids when we come through and they always take the time to explain everything while they re helping me! This last time I had a bunch of leaves in my hood and they vacuumed all of it out and I just thought that was super nice of them to do.

I came there as a first time customer and got my oil changed. The guy that was ringing me in had to have help to figure out home to do it. They did my oil change and left my car 2 quarts low. Did not check my tire pressure or wash my windows like they were doing others. My car is now in the shop being repaired because of it being left low. I paid almost 60 for my oil change for it to put my car in the shop and have to pay an extra 50 for that so 110 dollars for an oil change is crazy

Been going to this shop for a long time. Was once my preferred place to get service. Now it has changed and the service has prompted me to go elsewhere. Oil change while you sit in the car and that's about it. No inside vacuuming no tire pressure checks no windshield washer fill up.wond even reset the check engine light The good service I once had is no longer there.

Both Daniel and Bryson were amazing. They were respectful, answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely be back.
