I was referred to this Mechanic shop by the Place I got my oil changed. The staff is amazing and works to get your vehicle in and out in a decent time. I was told my car would be available to be picked up by four that evening, And it was done before 12. Definitely will be going back if I have to!

For several years I have been a customer at Street Gear. Their shop has always exceeded my expectations on quality and timeless of worked preformed on my vehicles. Rates are fair and reasonable. Highly recommend this shop for any work you need done on your vehicles.Ray is great to work with.

So we were told by a mechanic shop that our rear end was going out. So we go to Street Gear and expect to have it replaced. Then 2 days later we get a call saying the truck is done. And all that was wrong with is was the oil in the rear end. They could have easily of ripped us off. I appreciate what they did and highly recommend this place. Thanks Street Gear!

Been using Street Gear for a number of years with several different vehicles. Referred to me by a friend whose entire family uses them as well. Found them to be 1) timely - they get jobs done when they say they will and it's rarely more than a day 2) reasonably priced - I had to get a timing chain on my Lexus RX 330 when I bought it used, I paid over $1300...the next timing chain was replaced by Street Gear and I paid about $600 3) pleasant and responsive - never had an issue getting the phone answered, and questions are always answered even if they had to call me back after checking on the answer. I have no idea what else you could want.

They did a awesome job on my 2004 f250 super duty. It is hard to find good diesel mechanics. But these guys are good very happy with their service.

We have been doing business with Street Gear for 5 yrs and my brother for 20 yrs prior. We have never had a complaint about the work done by Street Gear. They are fair in their business and compete in their pricing. We recommend Street Gear every time we have a chance.

Took my truck there thinking my AC unit was bad and Ray looked at it and said the only thing wrong with the AC was that it was overcharged could have said different but was honest and trustworthy hard to find honest mechanics anymore would recommend this shop for sure

In November of 2013 I had taken my truck there to be checked for noise. I was told I needed new wheel bearings. The company replaced them for a total of $488. I moved back to Knoxville in the meantime. About a week ago my truck started making the same noise. I took my truck back to a reputable company here in Knoxville and after having them checked again it was determined that the wheel bearings were never replaced still having the OEM bearings on the truck. Not only did I have to have the bearings replaced I had to have the passengers side axel replaced at a grand total of $710. Thanks for your service Street Grear. Stay away from this place.

I highly recommend @Street Gear to anyone who is looking for a good honest truthful Auto Mechanic cause Ray Wilmoth is reasonable & knows his stuff when it comes to working on cars & trucks He has atleast 30 + yrs experience in Auto Mechanic Field

I highly recomened street gear.They do quality work, go beyond that of any other repair shop I've ever used.They stand behind not only there work but the parts the use.Of anyone gets bad work done by these guys I'll pay to fix it.

Took my truck in because the rear pinion seal was leaking paid 400 dollars at the dealer just for the pinion seal and the seal was installed at the dealer incorrectly Ray replaced the pinion seal correctly 3 universal joints and a transfer case output shaft seal for 400 dollars and the truck is perfect no problems highly recommend there work they do what they say and don t replace anything that is not needed and there work is honest at a fair price
