I had a great experience with Steve's Towing. Steve proved to be extremely reliable, ensuring that my car was safely towed to the intended destination. He even went the extra mile by sending me a photo of my car once it was securely parked on the auto repair lot, providing that additional peace of mind. On top of the exceptional service, his pricing was very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Steve's Towing for anyone in need of trustworthy and affordable towing services!

Thank you so much for helping me out with the flat on my truck!!! Called and you were there in under 10 minutes.. my jack just wasn't quite high enough to get the spare put on. Thanks for showing me where would work better should it happen in the future. Seriously...thank you for your professionalism and quick response.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped calm us down in what was a very stressful situation that could have ended up being a lot worse if it weren't for him and his tow truck. He responded and came out in no time in the middle of heavy snow when my Mercedes Benz slid down the iced over alley leading to my parking lot. He even talked me through the whole process. He will be the first person I call Steve's Towing and ask for if I ever need help again in the area. 5 stars!

So thank for Adam! He came out last night around 2:30-3am to pull my significant others vehicle back up our hill. It has slid and came to rest against the wall, and there was nothing we could do on our own. (Picture is obviously it against the wall before he had gotten out there to pull it up.) Adam was super kind, and was really fast getting here given the circumstances with the snow and ice. He got it safely back up the hill with absolutely no more damage caused! It was a small alleyway, so he didn t have much room to work and he did phenomenal! He guided my significant other through the whole process. We are so appreciative of him because had he not come out we have no idea what would have been done! Thank you, we definitely recommend Steve s towing!

You will not find a friendlier, more professional, or more dedicated to excellence service than this towing service. These men do not let you sit and wait they are fast professional and top of their game. You never see them posting on Facebook about customers attitude or hear people bad-mouthing them. I highly recommend this company my business does not use anyone else.

I had a unique issue w my vehicle that needed immediate attention. Steve s Towing rallied to my emergency, worked outside their comfort zone, and got the job done. Adam was very helpful and responsive.

Steve s Towing saved me from no man s land when my truck broke down on the Interstate 81 south headed back home to Texas. The gentleman was communicative, consistent, considering, and found my location fast after giving him the mile marker. Showed up and even gave me a reference to a mechanic shop in area that could probably be able to get my truck fixed and back on the road. By far the best towing company I ve ever called and that has helped me. Thank you and I appreciate the help Steve s Towing. I can't say enough positive about this business, especially the owner's son, Adam. I had my Corvette from South Carolina go dead in the water on an I-26 exit ramp outside of Kingsport at rush hour on Friday evening. After 30 minutes on the phone with AAA without ever speaking to a human, I called Steve's at the recommendation of the friend I was visiting. Steve's rollback arrived within the 30 minutes they promised, carefully loaded the low Corvette, hauled it to the Chevy dealer in Johnson City as I requested, and unloaded it without incident. Adam is very personable, competent, and knowledgeable about the peculiarities of Corvettes. I wouldn't want to need their services again, but I would use them again without hesitation.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Called for a tow, he Listened to my needs, then recommended a fantastic locksmith, ( southern key) now my needs are solved. Thank you so much for helping me. This company could have just taken my money, however just made a locksmith suggestion, thank you so much

I can't say enough about Steve's towing. I tried using my GEICO roadside assistance (they were worthless & told me to find a tow on my own). I was given Steve's name by a local car repair. They totally saved me! They answered the phone right away on a very busy day & gave me fast, excellent care & customer service. Adam, the driver, was THE BEST. He had to get my car from the airport parking lot without me being there. What an angel! After being in a panic, Steve's has no idea how much they helped my situation today. 1000/1000 stars!Service: Car towing

Called at 11:45 am to get my car towed to a dealership. Got sent straight to voice mail. No call back. Nothing. Used their services before for an accident and they weren't very fast to respond to it either. Shame people just don't seem to wanna do their jobs that they applied for.

Good communication. They were busy, took a while to get to us. But it was not an emergency. They gave a a good estimate on arrival time. Driver was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Fair, comparable pricing. Would recommend and use again in the future.

These guys were super professional and extremely nice, and friendly! These guys came out at 7pm on Christmas to assist while no other tow company in the Tri-Cities would! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! If you need a towing service, I would make this my first and only call! Best tow company I ve ever had an experience with hand down!! We had a flat tire on two of our vehicles by vandals. We read the reviews and knew this was the business to try out! We called Adam. He came out and brought his southern hospitality with him!!! He was fast and had both done in no time. He even stayed around to check out the damaged tires and give us advice about our insurance claim. He answered every question and acted happy to do so. We would defiantly call him again and ask for his help! I suggest anybody that needs help in his field to give him a call first...you will not be disappointed! Did I mention the price was more than fair?!?! Good people, Good business! Thanks Adam for your help! God bless you and your company!!!

Absolutely fantastic man and his son. Was broken down in a Busy highway for over two hours! after calling AAA, state police and whoever else we could think of including another towing service called hillbilly wrecker (the name fits) He was the only person that came out and actually made you feel like he was there to help. Very understanding and arrived in 30 minutes no problems. He stayed and made sure we got back on the road heading home. Don t waist your time with others in the area call him. Thank you so much for making use feel safe and that you were there to help. You understood our frustration and that means so much.

I'm a food delivery driver, went to a place I didn't quite know at night time. Backed up off the road on accident and got my Dodge Charger stuck. I called Steve's towing and they were there within 10 minutes after me calling them. The man and woman were both extremely nice and understanding. It only took them a totally of 10 minutes to get my car out without any damage done to the vehicle. Extremely professional, kind and quick all at an affordable price. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Steve & his son haul all my vehicles & I've recommended him to a lot of other family & friends. He has always took very good care of my truck & it's hard to load where it's a S10 Xtreme & factory low to the ground & they have never had a problem with it. Will continue to use them in the future...

Waited on another company over two hours to tow my car. Tried to call numerous times, no answer. Adam had my car to me within 30 minutes. Awesome service, very friendly, good price. Highly recommend!

Excellent towing service. Promptly and swiftly moved my disabled vehicle to the dealership literally within minutes of my phone call. Price was a bit high for what I expected, but well worth the money.

Adam from Steve's towing was very helpful, professional, and was very proficient in responding to our accident. He quickly but safely removed the truck from a very busy interstate interchange (we crashed into the barrier in the fast lane). If I ever need a tow again, I will call Steve's towing--outstanding job.

If I could rate 1000 stars I would. I got hit by a deer and Adam arrived before the police. Not only did he keep me warm in his truck while we waited on the police but he was very patient with me in explaining the process i would go through to get my car fixed. Then after the police report he went out of his way to take me home. I highly recommend this company!! Thank you again Adam!
