The guys here are awesome. Luckily, they had our weird size tire, and we were back on the road in no time. The service tech that came to us on the side of the road was very professional and helpful. The gentleman at the shop was wonderful, understanding, and considerate. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Fred and all the guys at southern tire mart ,very thorough and well price, in and out little over hour and a half had an alignment and 2 new steers done, totally beats the truck stop. Alot of room to drop your trailer as well. Definitely will be back thanks again

Another state didnt do right balance for my steer tires. They did fix it and redo balance. People super helpful and very friendly. I would recommend coming back again if I'm near closer. Thank you for helping!

Absolutely horrible customer service, bought a new retread tire for 347.00, tire didn't last 200 miles. Love's road service said it was a bad retread, perfect 8 inch strip peeled off the sidewall. Took tire back to Southern and they said too bad, too sad and wouldn't replace the tire. Over the years we have always bought tires here for our tractor trailer but never again. Total rip off! They have no respect or consideration for their customers, they do not stand with their product.

Super nice people. Ordered tires one day for motorhome, came in next morning. I went in when called 1 1/2 hrs later I'm on my way home. Can't beat the service and price.

As a disable veteran and now a owner operator of a truck I must say this has been one of the worse service ever EXPERIENCED . I Purchased two new Firestone steer tires. After installed on vehicle, it start to pull right. Return vehicle and was told king pin maybe prob ( king pin? No prob before except vibration). took vehicle to two different repair shop. both mech stated bad tire. Call tiresmart asked about return (good luck in manager returning your call) now they say I have to go to their store to get a bad tire inspected and then they will decide if it need to be replaced. ( better return policy at Walmart). When I purchased the tired the agreement was ANY Firestone for warranty. Not trying to bad mouth the company. But be careful about return policy and getting folks to return you call. Only when I advise I have to call corporates I received an immediate phone call. As a retired disable veteran I am very disappointed with the service. Mostly the deceptionI did learned of a better tire company and recommended. For now drive safe and do your homework before you buy. NAVY

I would get any tire work done here again in a heartbeat. Prompt friendly service. Kevin had my tire changed and had me rolling again within 25min.
