Insurance claim for minor repair of rear quarter panel. My only interaction was with office personnel, Rick and Calvin. No kidding, the claim process here is a breeze. Communication is succinct and initial scheduling carefully considered, as they have lots of work. Office is the neatest, most organized of any, no loose dirty papers on desks. Each job is entered in computer and paper printout given to customer and an office copy stapled and neatly placed in a specific spot. I could go on and on just to state my impression of this business, my visit being first experience with Quality Motors (was recommended by a friend).

My sister had her car worked on a few months ago. She had the best experience at Quality Body Works! I came with her to pick up her car. Their professionalism and high quality work ethic is profound compared to other shops I ve been to. I would highly recommend Quality Body Works. As a business owner myself I value other businesses that put their customers first. They got their name right when they named this shop Quality Body Works. Their quality is superb! I ll definitely be back!

Thief busted out my passenger window and dinged the door. One of USAA s recommendations was Quality body works so I chose them. My vehicle looks better than before it was broken into with the complimentary wash and vacuum! Complete in 4 business days. Great people to work with especially if going through insurance.

Came here for a estimate and was really taken back by how nice they were. While I was there I recieved a call basically telling me that the person that hit me had no insurance and I would be responsible for the deductible. Later on the manager took time from his schedule to call me and provide some good advice. He did not have to do this. I will certainly come back to this place.

Brought my car in for safety check after being rear ended. Initially had been good to drive. But felt like things were coming loose and ride was getting rough. They found that the muffler had punched a hole up into the cargo area and was pushing carbon monoxide into the cabin. No wonder I had felt sleepy driving that morning. As it was close to closing time, I was afraid I couldn't get a ride to the rental car agency b4 closing. Their manager, Rick, volunteered and drove me to the agency.

Rick and his technicians do a great job on every repair every time; they have repaired 3 vehicles for me and we could not be more satisfied with the results. I would recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle repaired! 5 stars!!

They are very short staffed, so it will take several weeks to get your job back, but they will keep you informed along the way and they are very easy to work with and do amazing work.

Our Rogue was repaired they are the absoulte best body shop. They are kind, honest,and fast. They did a amazing job on our car. Thank you Rick for taking such great car of our car.

The staff is pleasant and professional, and timely. The repair work and paint match were perfectly done, you can t even tell anything happened. I couldn t recommend them more.

Sadly we have had to use body shops a few times too often. But nice part is Quality Body Works. Outstanding job every time. Friendly staff, quality parts and repair. Cars looked like they were never damaged.

I have a 2012 Volvo S60. My vehicle was hit by a semi and cause about 9000 dollars of damage to the vehicle. When I picked up the car it was absolutely immaculate. The paint work was as close to factory as your going to get. It s in the name, quality work. Couldn t be happier with the result.

" Straight To The Point "You might want to pull up a chair.I picked up my car on June 7th.Quality body works " Had my car almost a MONTH. I gave them my car to repair a lot of Rock chips to the Front bumper, Hood, Top of the car, and Cracked windshield. Once again. They had my car almost a MONTH. Well, time to give you the Bad New. When I drove my car off the parking lot from the body shop. I stopped by the Nissan dealership to let the see my car. They wanted to see the after work. Well. As soon as I pulled up. One of the workers at Nissan said you have a head light not working. Well, come to find out. My light bulb was MISSING. ONE OF MANY PROBLEMS AND THINGS MISSING.1. HEADLIGHT BULB2. LED BULB FROM MY TRUCK3. WINDSHIELD CLEANING SYSTEM NOT WORKING4. SUSPENSION SWAY BAR NOT BOLTED DOWN5.COMPOUND WHITE SOLUTION ALL OVER THE MOTOR. It looks like MILK....INSIDE THE CAR ON THE SEATS, CARPET AND MORE6. Much Much more.They had my car almost a month and it was AWFUL.... I have many witness who seen my car. Most of them said. " you should take them to Court" I even went to my insurance agent on center street. He was highly UPSET. I Even went to 3 other body shops. THEY was speechless and Mad... by the way. The damage was on the outside of my car. SO.... WHY WAS MY CAR LOOKED AROUND IN. EVEN IN MY TRUNK, GLOVE BOX, SEATS MOVED. I took Video of how I set THINGS in my GLOVE box and trunk. And I used clear finger nail polish. SO. The Video doesn't Lie or the finger nail polish.... if anyone want to see pictures Or Videos. Let me know. The one star I did give in this comment, THANKFULLY THEY DIDN'T DRIVE MY CAR AROUND TOWN. OH... I TOOK A PICTURE OF THE MILES ON MY DASHBOARD BEFORE I GAVE THEM MY CAR. AND, 90% out of 100 for paint job.Sloppy work... just about everyone gave a good review on here. Look your car over good. Check out there work. Don't take my word for it... I have pictures and Video's.... NEVER AGAIN. I WOULD NOT LET THEM REPAIR A TOY MODEL CAR.Having a good personality, is good. But personality alone will eventually fall.....compared to good work from start to finish

They worked of scratches and a broken mirror on my Acura TL. They got it done within a day and charged nothing for labor. Fascistic company and I have nothing negative to write about them. Can't go wrong at Quality Body Works.

Quality Body Works are in a class of their own. They are quality people with quality work and years of experience. Have used them several times over the years. Not sure what they could do to be better!!

Very nice people who do great work and fast too. My car came out of that shop looking better than it did before my accident. Highly reccomend!!!

Left my vehicle there for three days to get an estimate. ....never called me back....got in touch with shop owner to see if the estimate was ready.....said they could write it....the hail damage was intentional...called my insurance company which was usaa....let's just say they handled the situation! !!!

Had a drunk hit my car hard did a lot of damage. When quality was finished fixing it it looked new. They also finished a few days early.
