I always went to O'Reilly's on the west coast, and I do the same here on the east coast. They guys and gals I've worked with there have been extremely helpful. They never try to give anyone the bum's rush just because a line is forming. They do what it takes to help each customer, and that really shines in a world where customer service is going the way of the dinosaur.I needed a part that was hard to come by, and the gentleman helping me at the register went out of his way to go looking around in the back storage area, and he found what I was looking for even though we couldn't find it anywhere on the shelves. That was awesome!!!

I have gone to this store several times before and have had great experiences.I was in there yesterday 8/13/2023 to purchase a belt. The manager I assume come up to me. I later realized he is without a personality. He is rude, not aperson who needs to be around the public. I would like if someone could contact me. I don't think he appreciates his job and he'll definitely keep people from coming to your store.

Great store. Family broke down and they were able to supply all they needed for parking lot repair. Let them stay overnight in a safe place until I could get there to do the work.

I buy all my parts from this store the staff are always very professional and curious. The store is always well stocked and clean. The manager goes above and beyond to help with anything he can and all the other employees are very helpful as well I have 4 vehicles that I buy parts for there so it's hard for me to keep up with what's what but they are patient and helpful. I have never observed any of them on there phone or just standing around when they have customers in the store. No matter when you go in there one of the staff greets you when you walk through the door and will track down whatever part you need. With all that being said oreilly's has a great bunch of people working in this store and anyone that says different apparently has a alterior motive or something against one of the employees.

Very good to work with. We use them a lot at the KOA. Have bought several batteries lately and exchange without a question. Only 3 miles from the park and very nice folks.

They are unprofessional, rude, and 50% of the time they stand behind the counter looking bored and texting on their phones. I asked for chrome lug nuts and what size I needed for my Impala. The black employee tried to sell me individual ones at top dollar price, when on the floor they sale the chrome lug nuts 4 in a pack for half the price as the same ones behind the counter. I went to pay for my items, I had selected from the sales floor, at the register. The white, no-personality chubby kid slowly scanned my items like he had the energy of an old turtle. The black employee leaned against the shelves behind the counter texting on his phone. " What are you up to?", he asked. "I have been working, today", I replied. The two employees are not sociable or friendly and are obviously not enthusiastic about their jobs. They should be working somewhere digging ditches at minimum wage. There is no way I would hire employees with no brains, motivation, or communication skills.

Ordered parts they said would be there Monday at 12:30pm Monday being Labor Day, not a word was said about the store being closed Labor Day!!! Sad the employees don t even know the store schedule

This is the only O'Reilly's I go to in Kingsport because the people there are knowledgeable and know what they're talking about and we'll get you the right price and the right part the first time....

Not all O'Reilly locations have impressed us, but this location sure has. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and very helpful. Exchanges or returns are very easy. They will go out of their way to help get anything you need, and quick delivery of something does have to be ordered.

Absolutely awesome, I called about a part I needed. When I walked in I was greeted with a hello, can I help you with something today. I answered I just called for this part. And he had it on the counter waiting for me. You can't ask for better customer service than that.

Went in looking for a ball hitch and it was one of the few stores in town that knew how to help us and was fully stocked on their balls and hitches. Will come back here if I'm in Kingsport and have needs as such.

Stopped by yesterday to get a battery for my car, was done in less than 10 minutes! Very reasonable price. I didn t feel pressured at all to buy the most expensive one they had, or stuff I didn t need, and I really appreciated that!! Awesome friendly staff, will definitely go back here again!

I was actually sent to O'Reilly's by advanced Auto parts I am a 42-year-old woman and advance had me outside putting oil in my car by myself once I dropped my old cap advanced did not have one in stock neither would they help me try to locate my oil cap thank God they sent me to O'Reilly's they neither had a oil cap on stock but there was a very plot gentleman named James that help me locate and get my oil cap . He was absolutely amazing I'm mad I didn't buy my oil there. I will go nowhere other than O'Reilly's from now on............. Thank you O'Reilly

Great, knowledgeable, and friendly people. Got a new battery. They even suggested based on my driving habits that I not buy the most expensive one they had. They also tested my old one and installed the new one for free!

Please train ur workers before they help the customers. Came in to get a fuel filter, and the boy helping me did not know what to give me after looking on the computer. Had to have help helping me. I should not wonder if I am given the correct car part.

Employee are always happy to help in any way possible. If they don't have a part they can get it. Staff never acts like they are being bothered to help out, cheerful and knowledgeable.

First, I must say, if I could, I would rate much higher than 5 stars! I was on highway 81 and my truck broke down. (In Tennessee on our way to Delaware from Georgia) My tensioner pulley went out and threw the serpentine belt, cutting it. My girlfriend called O'Reilly's right away. The manager James had answered, and right away she explained the situation. And with being just a couple miles away, he took an over the phone order, and brought us what we needed. And within just a few minutes I had the truck back on the road. The customer service was more than through the roof. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I find this is a good place to get my car parts. I drive from Bristol to Kingsport to get my car parts. Drew Van Buren is very knowledgeable and helpful. Stop by if you need car parts, he will gladly help you find them.

The staff are not trained properly on online orders so when you go to return them it takes them over an hour to do so I have always had great service with them but the two employees LISA and SKYLER were very rude and seemed aggravated because they did not have the knowledge to return the item
