I walked into the store and asked an employee at the front counter for help finding a piece. She just pointed in a general direction, like I was bothering her. She was a brunette with glasses. It wasn't until I got loud and said if nobody's going to help me at the store then I will not spend my money here that a nice blonde young lady came and helped me to the best of her ability that's the only reason I'm leaving two stars. I will not recommend a place that can't even give their customers 2 seconds to help them find something for their vehicle. Obviously that woman at the counter had something better to do than to help customers because when I walked out she was on her phone. So disappointed in this place. The girl that helped gets 2 thumbs up. It shouldn't take somebody stating that they're not going to spend their money and being loud and saying they need help for somebody to come over and actually help them when they previously asked for. Shame on that worker in the front!!

The girls that helped me out were amazing! They went above and beyond and anyone who says a woman can't do things clearly hadn't met these two! Amazing

Great customer service but from what I could tell horrible management they had a sick pregnant woman working up front because if she left she would be fired I can't believe a company could be so cold I'll be filling a formal complaint with corporate as well completely unacceptable do better

Always go to O'Reilly auto parts for my oil because they will match Walmart. They always have my wicks filter as well and at a good price

Shout out to Skyler at store 106 for coming over and fixing my car in the Advanced auto parts store parking lot when it wouldn t start!!! He was helpful , professional and kind! Five stars from me!!!

I've always gotten the correct part, useful help and better price at O'Reillys than any of the other parts places. I won't go to any of the others again. I needed a car battery for a 2002 van. Auto Zone wanted $286, less core charge, I went across the street to O'REILLYS and got same quality battery for $144, less the core charge.

This is a good Auto parts store but it does not carry as much inventory as other Auto parts dealers but I can say that they are very quick to order and receive the inventory that you may need and they don't have it in stock at their store. It is one of the best Auto Part stores for competitive prices & customer service. So I would highly recommend giving this place a visit for any of your auto part needs.

We was looking for windshield wipers and Bryan was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to help replace them even in the rain. Thanks Bryan for great customer service

Overall great experience! The staff member was very nice and quick to help. He even made suggestions on some products we weren't familiar with. They also had both of the car parts we came in looking for. Happy customers!

Went in for car wax. I asked for assistance from an employee even though it's in the first aisle Because I was looking for car wax that didn't require a lot of "wax on wax off" due to my lower back issues. The gentleman that helped me showed me a wax that he used and I was able to go outside and see a finished product. Extremely helpful! Thanks

liked em at first, started doing all business with them until manager got rude with me for wanting to make sure the part needed was going to work in my car, which he said most likely would, I said I don t need a most likely but a for sure, he just asked if I wanted it or not, and hung up on me, called cust service , all they did was defend him, take my business elsewhere, thanks.

I bought windshield wipers online and picked them up in store. Although they were very busy, the kind employee installed the windshield wipers within minutes for me, no problem. He was very nice. Besides the employees, I was only person wearing a mask inside the store and following any kind of distancing guidelines.

If you have to have that part or tool right now (before closing around 9pm).. Don't waste your time trying Auto Z... Or even Advanced a.p, cos O'Reilly's has the best parts, Oil, Tools, prices, and C.S.R's (Common Sense Reps).

I loved them until I had the recent experience of an entire batch of bad head light bulbs. I kid you not, because they wouldn't take returns I spent over 5 months buying bulbs that kept blowing cause they were the only ones they had that fit. Out of convenience we kept going back... Hundreds of dollars of bulbs later... Lesson learned, convenience isn't always convenient, bought bulbs somewhere else. Point is, this place is about like the others, there is one in Colonial Heights that's the best. In a pinch any will do. Help for pay equality across the board! Your job is not more important than mine!

management has changed.they have maybe 2 or 3 guys that are knowledgeable. The rest of the crew are lacking but thats all part stores I've worked in auto part stores when I was younger and know how it is.its hard keeping good help because they don't pay well but the prices are good.

My wife was having issues with her car starting while I was away. She managed to get it to Oreillys where Rios and Cody diagnosed a faulty starter. They even roll started the car to get her home! Kudos to these men for a job well done! You are very much appreciated!

Usually have to wait a long time until someone will help even if someone is free and not doing anything. I work in a different auto parts company and know this isn't how you should treat people. I've had co-workers come from O Reilly's and have said it's common for staff to do that and actually what the company says to do.

Awesome service and intelligent staff. Stopped going to all other Auto stores after recently coming here for the first time. They had the parts I needed and kindly informed me on how to install. Wonderful people who know their products.

Great place to get your auto parts! They have everything you would need and if it isnt in stock they can get it in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are great compared to other places.

Saw a very attractive man there. Went back and gave my number to the staff, hoping to run into him again. They seemed to know him while I was there. Never did here back. But hey, the guys played along and were very helpful. I got what I was looking for in the Jeep factor of things. But not in the "what it's!" SMH LOL

The man at the counter could not find a spark plug I give him the number on the plug I bought a set of wiper blade for my car as he was putting them on I asked another attendant there he looked it up and he found it by going on the internet and I'll pay him for it simple.
