Went in for an alignment because my van was pulling. They took the car back and then came back and said the alignment was perfect when it came in. They also gave me solutions to the issue. They could've easily charged me for the work, but didn't charge a dime. They've also done work for me in the past and was very happy with the quality and price. Much appreciated.

Had my car fixed here a few times. After tires being rotated, I was on my way to work to find that no more than two lugs per wheel had been torqued down, causing my front passenger wheel to almost complety fall off.Had them fix an air blend door on the same car, which requires pulling the dash and disconnecting many wiring harnesses. Dingbats forgot to connect the ESP harness, causing my cruise control and traction control systems to shut down.Against my advice, my parents took a Mercedes there and waiting close to a year to get a simple diagnoses and repair on the drive train. It recently got out of the shop and is making significantly worse noises than it ever did before being taken there.Find a reliable shop with competent employees or you will be fixing your cars twice.*** IMPORTANT EDIT****The car my parents brought in that I mentioned above (maroon 07 Mercedes ML350 that you guys did a driver front axle on) was having awful grinding noises. The brake rotor was showing wear on the side where the axle was replaced. I am borrowing the car so I pulled the tire off and found the axle nut had not been tightened at all. I have video documentation and will be bringing this issue to the attention of the Better Business Bureau. You guys are going to get someone killed, I am beyond pissed that you call yourselves mechanics while sending two separate vehicles out with finger tightened CRITICAL HARDWAREYour comment below is laughable.

The employees are so very helpful and the service is impeccable! My16 yr old daughter recently got her first car and has had a issues mainly due to teen negligence .LOL !!!!Scott Meade, the store manger is so accommodating to the Emergencies of a 16 year old, we are very grateful. We will always use their services in the future!JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Not only do I enjoy the work that they performed on my vehicle, but I appreciate the ethics that they implement in their everyday culture. They are very conscientious about explaining everything, which makes a big difference to me. They're also very reasonable in pricing. And the fact that they're always friendly and nice counts for a lot in my book.

I needed a new rim so I took it in and they had to order it. I waited over 2 weeks and finally got my wheel back. They did as I asked but was rude to me when I came in to check on if it was done during the 2 week wait. It cost a little over $100 which was fair. No one ever called me to tell me why it was taking so long. I have used this business for many years and it's seems to have changed hands and has a new owner.Service: Auto tire replacement

I trust these guys to be honest and fair. The facility is old and dingy. Their parking lot is terribly small, awkward, and hard to enter/exit. Their bathrooms are awful too, but that's not why anyone is there. They are always kind and helpful and seem honest. I've always been pleased with the work they've done. Also, they have free WiFi (and their wifi password is posted plainly in the waiting room) which is really appreciated!I would definitely recommend this place!

I honestly can t say enough about this place. I ve had oil changes, I ve had my brakes done and the experience was great and price was the best in town. But nothing compares to what happened today my car was acting up on my way to work this morning, I literally drove my car into their parking lot and it died!! They went out looked at it right away and told me what was wrong, unfortunately I needed an alternator. They asked me if I wanted a ride home (that right there is something that most shops don t do) but it might take until tomorrow to get worked on. These guys are fantastic they got it done same day within a couple hours I couldn t even believe it and the price was great again!!!I will continue to have my car serviced here as long as I live in this area!!! Thank you guys so much for taking care of my car and being so nice!!!!

Everyone is so genuine and TRUSTWORTHY, I have done business with Morgan s for 3 years & my grandmother has for many years. They are respectful of women & don t try to charge you for parts/work you don t need. Single mom friendly, widow friendly, all around just absolutely wonderful people! Highly, highly recommend!!!

Great service at a fair price. Mr. Patterson, Scott and all the techs I've spoken to are very professional and will explain in detail what they need to do to fix your car, without any surprises. I will continue to use their services and trust them to maintain and repair my vehicles.

Had to bring a fleet vehicle here. The customer service was tremendous. Everybody I saw that worked here was friendly and went out of their way to help me out. Usually it s a nightmare to get work done on fleet vehicles but these guys made it a breeze and did everything they could to make the process pain free. I will now be taking all of my personal vehicles here as well. Clean, comfortable waiting area, professional staff and more than five star service! Pay these guys a visit they are great!

Went for a warranty check for a bad tire. They are super nice especially Phil. He won us over immediately with kindness. We were not planning to need new tires but ended up having to get them and he got us the tires we wanted at the price we needed. No pressure sales just down to earth kindness and truthfulness. I have already recommended to a friend who needs tires and we haven't even gotten ours on yet but that's my confidence level. We look fwd to doing business for years with Kingsport Tire & Auto.

Honesty! Needed a major brake job and the employees were very honest in letting me know how dangerous it was to have been driving with the bad brakes. They kept my car until the job was completed and I am so thankful for the outstanding work they did. Great group of people.

Highly expensive. I was charged $155.00 for them to just check my a/c and torque tighten my lug nuts. Only to tell me it needed a new a/c kit and that would run me around $1800. I will be getting a second opinion.

Prices are fair and the tires they put on my car are the best ones I have ever had. Getting great mileage, super wet weather performance, smooth quiet ride and wonderful cornering traction. The new Hankook model. Plus, the people are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. And, no, I do not know anyone there before doing business with them.

They wanted to charge me almost $700 for back brakes and rotors and front brakes that they knew I didnt need. The front brakes on it are new. They were expensive and they are in great condition. I got a second opinion on them. The new back brakes and rotors costed me under 150 bucks at a local parts store. So $500 in labor??? They are no longer the trustworthy Morgans I once knew them to be and I'll never go back. Slower version of Firestone is what theyve turned into.

My 18-year-old daughter went there and had tires installed on her vehicle, when it was picked up she was told buy the mechanic that she needs brakes all the way around, I told her to bring it home I pulled the front wheels off and the pads and the rotors were fine they had plenty of life left on them they were almost as thick as brand new pads, I went to pull the rear tires off and found that the beauty rim was cracked and glued back together, must have been done when they did the tires, the back has drums you have to pull the drums off to see if the pads are any good you could tell the drums never came off the car after I got the drums off the car I discovered that the rear brake cylinder inside the drum was leaking I would think if somebody checked the brakes like they said, they would have noticed that the rear wheel cylinder brake was leaking and they would have said something I'm very disappointed with the service my 18 year old daughter got from this company I will never ever go there again and neither will she

This shop is awesome. Purchased 4 tires. They were mounted and balance in 30 mins. Folks are very nice too

880 dollars in parts and service still couldn't fix rear brakes. And when I went to look at my brakes after the last visit.the rear drum wheel cylinder bleed screws were gone. So I had to put in new wheel cylinders ... 7 dollar fix got fluid to the rear and I have brakes. Stay away from them...u think the money for parts comes without price. I have receipts too. And every time I said I need rear brakes. Never got them.yall were telling me what to get.

This place is 5 stars all the way around. Great people, great prices and great service! The only bad thing is that certain times of day, it's hard to get in the little parking lot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Took truck there for a alignment but kept telling me that we needed tie rods when we just had it to our mechanic and everything was good except for the alignment.

I had a set of tires put on 2 or 3 weeks ago. Well going to cookville from kingsport my TPS lite came on.. I stopped to troubleshoot the issue and went to put air in my right rear tire and the metal valve steam broke completely off .wow!!! And of course now I have a flat I have to contend with... well being disabled this is a big problem.. some yoig gentleman Named Ryan installed the spare for me. I gave him 20 dollars for his kindness and we were back on our way. So I go to Morgan Tire to get the valve steam replaced and find out that the TPS sensor is part of the valve steam so it's 60 dollars ... I explained to them what had happened.. and they replaced it for free for me... I know this was drawn out with explanation but my point is that they were great.. I will use them fro m now on for my tire service... no more WalmartThat I've used for years... Morgan's is the best that I h ave ever experienced.. Thanks Guys..
