On a cold windy day, service tech was wonderful. He did a great job of taking care of customers. My service tech even took extra few minutes of cleaning up my tire rim and new valve stim. Good prices. Good job guys!

Brought my fianc�es car in to have her tire plugged, and had a wonderful experience. All the guys were extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed. Very fast, professional, and great work for the best prices in this area. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of tires or tire work, will definitely return here for any future tire work i may need!

My son needed a tire after a blowout. Took the wheel in and they hooked him up. In and out in about 15 - 20 minutes with a really good tire at a very reasonable price.

Man, let me tell you, this guy is absolutely amazing! He's got the best collection of used tires you can find anywhere, and trust me, that's a rare gem these days. He's honest as the day is long, and I've been getting tires from him for years without any regrets. Just last week, my wife bought some tires from him, but unfortunately, she ended up picking up a nail a couple of days later. So, she went back to get a replacement, but guess what? The staff took a look at it and said they could patch it up instead of us having to buy a new one. And the best part? They did it for free, man! Can you believe that? These guys are the real deal.

Arrived here to get my tires rotated and balanced. Stood outside in the cold for a few minutes until the man finally acknowledged me. He told me to give him just a minute. Waited another 20 minutes and he just kept messing with tools inside his garage. I finally just left. Will NEVER go back since he thinks ignoring customers and lying to them is okay.

These people are Christian people, who are honest and not out to make a killing off people but instead have very low prices, friendly, and honest. It's hard to find good people when looking for used tires but these people only charged us $60 for two tires to not only put them on but for the cost of tires and to throw out the old ones as well.

Very polite employees. We got there late in the day and we left because they were so busy. I felt like we were too late and didn't want them to be late leaving. We went back the next morning and were greeted by very nice employees. They did a fast and amazing job. The tires we got were used, but you can't tell. Really great service. High quality work and customer service were very high quality. Yhey thanked us several times for our business before we left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE OVER ALL EXPERIENCE!!!

Wonderful service and staff! Got my tire changed and it was flat by the time I got home. This rarely happens with this service as I usually always go to them for tires. However they recognized and fixed the issue immediately. Even meeting me to change the tire and sincerely apologetic.I highly recommend them.

I needed tires desperately and was headed outif town in a 400 mi trip. I was able to purchase 4 matching Michelin tires for my SUV with at least 75% tread. My car was riding like a jalopy when I rolled in and I rolled out feeling like I was in a Cadillac! I waited about 10 minutes to pull in to the bay and they mounted all 4 tires while my dog and I still sat inside. I didn't even have to get outof my car to pay!The guy who took care of me was extremely nice and professional. We had a pleasant conversation and he double checked everything before I left on my trip amd he even told me to give them a call if I had any issues on the way.The best part was the price...$120 for 4 Michelins mounted amd balanced. I will never buy tires anywhere else but here! Nice staff, in and out quickly plus an unbeatable price! Why would I even consider going anywhere else?Great job, guys! You have a customer for life!

I just experienced the most exceptional customer service at Kingsport Used tire! The staff was friendly and efficient. I had Jimmy put a used tire on for me to replace the spare I had on due to a blowout on my previous tire yesterday. The tread is good and matches the tread on my other good tires. I work in the service industry as a business owner myself and Jimmy was simply a delight to talk to. His exceptional business ethics and honestly are hard to find these days. If you want to do business with a company that provides their customers with excellent service at a price that Can not be beat I suggest you give them your business. As a business owner I do not often write reviews much less give a 5 star review, but they earned it and have gained a customer for as long as they are in business!!!

I ve been coming here for about 3 years now for tires. I don t know the guys name that always takes care of my Nissan Altima, is the sweetest ever. He always goes above and beyond for me. Great staff, reasonable wait times and great prices! They will always have my business.

Very polite and considerate employees!! Came in with a flat that a previous tire place told me i needed a completely new tire charging me $216 when it was an easy fix, Kingsport used tires fix a flat only charging me $10. will be back!!

Great, polite guys who work here. They helped me find the best bang for my buck. Wasn't wanting anything very expensive, and they helped me look for the best deal they could find for me. I'll definitely be repeating customer from now on.

The guy that always changes my tires (I m pretty sure he is the manager) is so nice and he always goes the extra mile. If a rim is bad causing a leak he fixes it and he doesn t charge an arm and a leg. We got 2 tires put on for only $80. He was even so nice that he didn t want our tip but we made him take it. He deserves a raise and this is by FAR the best used tire shop around.

I had my tires balanced and rotated at Walmart they didn't tell me that my front tires were bad, if u got to voice 60 it shook so bad and was worse after Walmart balanced them. I went and they told me immediately the tires were egg shaped and wouldn't balance then put 2 tires I had brought on. Thank you all so much. Now drives so much better..

Great service, friendly staff, affordable high quality tires. They get you in and out fast and you don t have to get out of the car. They don t have a disposal fee which is rare around here. I trust this establishment and it s always my first choice. They have flexible hours and they do it right the first time. I even like to tip them because they go above and beyond to put air in all my tires and my spare. I highly recommend this place

I will be back to this location to give you more business I can't thank you and you business enough didn't know it was cash only unless getting new set of tires not an issue you took the time to tell me where to go to an ATM after having such a rough couple of weeks for me and the kindness to go ahead and change that bad tire to come back with the cash to pay you I can't thank you or your company enough I will be back if I need replacements for any of my vehicles the wait wasn't all that long and the kindness and respect of a small business I'll much rather do business with a small business that a corporate business this small mom and pip shops is where I've seen better business than others

This company has well-respected employees, they know how to treat their customers with the utmost respect and customer service. The tires that I were looking for are very difficult to find, the manager let me know when truck days are for specific tires allowing me to call/ come into the store to check on inventory. The job itself didn't take long, and he would have done anything I needed free of charge ( that is the way that he made me feel ). If you need tires I highly suggest Kingsport Used Tires, you will never be let down nor disappointed.

My husband went & got 4 tires today. Mounted & balanced. He couldn't quit bragging on them. The guy ( I do not know his name) who helped him was so friendly & helpful. It was the best customer service we have received anywhere. The prices are more than fair & they really appreciate & take care of their customers. I will refer everyone I know to these guys they are great. Keep up the great work.
