Highly recommend this shop one of the best around went out of their way to find the bike I ve wanted I ve bought several bikes from them in the past couple years and been great. They even helped out with their people with insurance cost. Overall great service great people highly recommend

I drove all the way up from Birmingham , Alabama to pickup a 2008 Suzuki m109. Mike and Greg were very responsive via text messages and emails.They sent me good photos and a walk around video of it showing any nicks and dings. (It didn't have any ) when I got there they realized that the mechanic hadn't installed a small piece for the odometer and offered to ship it to the local dealer in Birmingham and pay to have it installed... Needles to say these guys offer first class service!!!! Good old southern hospitality!!!I would recommend theses guys to anyone looking for a new or used bike!!!!

Bought our new 2022 Kawasaki Ninja KRT edition from Kinsport Cycles, excellent experience! Our sales guy Mike was amazing and very accommodating! We picked it this past weekend and they even helped load it up and secure it! Definitely recommend! Will be back for more motorcycles as well as service! Thanks again Kinsport Cycles!!

All of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Gabriel Vitt and everyone else at the dealership were very helpful and easy to work with. I got the bike I wanted at a fair price and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Excellent place to buy a motorcycle.

What a great place. Found a great deal on the bike I was wanting (Africa Twin) on their website. Called Micheal and he worked with me over the phone to secure the bike until I could drive down from WV. When I got there the bike was shined up and ready for me. Micheal explained all the paperwork and went over the bike with me. He even help me load it onto my trailer. I would definitely recommend Kingsport Cycles if you're looking for a great deal and awesome service.

GO SEE KINGSPORT CYCLES! My purchase with Kingsport Cycles was my 14th Harley in nearly 40 years of riding, 38 to be exact. Never before have I been as pleased with a purchase, retail or private seller, ever! I've purchased from H-D dealers in Southern California, Connecticut and Tennessee, nothing has ever matched the genuine sincerity of their Sales Manager, Michael, and their entire staff. I had a small hiccup on the bike right after I purchased it, Michael went so over and above to make SURE I was taken care of and satisfied. All was resolved in a day!I got a great price on a superbly prepared bike, an Electra Glide Classic; new tires, brakes and fluid changes, it rides like a DREAM. I couldn't ask for a better, less pressure, more friendly experience. You become a genuine friend with Michael, you're not just a customer. Now Kingsport Cycles has (another) new customer for life! Great selection of great bikes for a small shop, really an outstanding experience! Also, they got me connected with a lender for a rate LESS than HALF as qualified with a big retail dealer. You won't be disappointed, stay clear from the big retail dealers and shop local! July 2022.Go see Michael! You wont regret it!

Extremely poor business practices-Very long story highly abbreviated. In November of 2022 I dropped my 2013 Yamaha motorcycle for service (410 original miles). Knowing it had a poor idle and a bit rough acceleration I requested a card rebuild and oil/filter/plug change. Approximately 3 weeks later I inquired to service status and was told there was rust in the tank which was the cause of carb issues. Understandable as the cause, I authorized replacement of the factory metal tank. A month later I inquired to service status again and was told they could not locate a factory tank. I authorized the purchase of a aftermarket plastic tank. Two months later I called for status of service and was told the tank they purchased was defective and leaked gas. I was told they were in negotiations with the vender on a warranty replacement but hadn't made much progress and they were currently emailing back and forth. I asked when was the last email correspondence sent. I was told "over three weeks ago." I offered to purchase the same tank from the same manufacturer on my own and I would provide it to them to try to expedite the process. They agreed and I provided the tank approximately two weeks later. Over a month later I initiated contact again (as always) and was told the tank was installed but a plastic side plate push-mount tab was not lining up with the tank. At this point this did not matter ( I would fix that issue myself) and I told them please prepare the bike for pick-up. Once I picked up the bike I was assured the carb was rebuilt and oil change preformed. However they decided to invoice me for the defective tank they ordered and felt it was my obligation to pay for it. I asked, "Do you really think I should pay for both tanks and be stuck with paying for their failure to return the tank they ordered. They said that it was my responsibility to pay for the defective part they ordered, enough said. After 10 months (8/23) I had my bike returned and finished the cosmetic issues myself without challenge. My advice to those who patronize this business, pay with a credit card financial institution that recognizes corrupt business practices. In fairness, I only contested their purchase of the defective part they tried to stick me with, the rest of the invoice was paid in full as services rendered as agreed.

Greg, Brett and Glen... Many thanks. On a Saturday in July, I rolled into the shop on a bad rear tire, approximately 450 miles from home and several days of vacation remaining. Being a Saturday afternoon, I realized all repair shops would be closed until Tuesday, which would have ended my vacation in a U-Haul rental and trailer. Though not yet closed, the day was already long and the last thing I'm sure they wanted to see was a lengthy emergency repair near closing time. Not only did they get me back on the road to finish my journey on two wheels but the hospitality and customer service was excellent! Top notched and I can never thank them enough!!! Support Kingsport Cycles, good people and service...

I want to give a Big Thank You to Kingsport Cycles! You have went above and beyond! A big thank you to Michael in sales department! You said you could do it, and you did!! I highly recommend if you want them to sale your motorcycle, atv, they can do the job for you! All you have to do is set back and wait for the check in the mail! Again, all I can say is awesome job!! Absolutely loved the feel and ambience of this location when I walked inside, all the staff were super friendly and encouraging. They also had the biggest bike selection around. Got set up with a swift ride and a good price. Michael was fantastic getting me set up with delivery as well. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Great people and Great work.

Kingsport cycles couldn't have done a better job. Absolutely excellent people to deal with from the minute I picked up the phone and talked to the sales manager Michael until the owner Greg delivered my motorcycle. The guys clearly care about what they do. Happy to answer many many questions and were very knowledgeable trustworthy and honest. The owner Greg literally tried to give me the shirt off his back to make me happy. I highly recommend Kingsport Cycles to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

I bought my first motorcycle from this dealer and couldn t be happier with the service I ve received since I walked through the door. Michael was my salesman. He s very laid back, non-pushy, and easy to talk to. He did a great job helping me narrow down the right bike to suit my wants and needs. It was delivered to me in a very timely fashion out of state. Great experience overall. I highly recommend them, and they have an inventory that appeals to both inexperienced and advanced riders alike. Nice people that make you feel like part of the family. I had visited several different dealers for a few months trying to find a bike. However the guys at Kingsportcycles, Mike and Greg, were the only ones who took the time to get my name and contact information. After a couple of weeks they reached out to me to let me know the bike was available. They went out of their way to make this purchase as smooth as possible. Their professional and friendly service leads me to highly recommend them for your cycle/atv needs.

This is a awesome place to go get your next bike. Mike Barker definitely went out of his way to get me the best deal on my Kawasaki Zx10r. Have worked with Kingsport Cycles and Michael Barker on several occasions. I sold my motorcycle through them and it sold promptly and also got my asking price. Purchased my riding equipment and have had my tires mounted there and all at a great price. Great place and Michael and staff have always been professional and proficient.

I purchased a 2015 Triumph Tiger that was a left over and low miles. They had done a few mods that look great. I got a fair price on my Sprint that I traded. I was pleased with the deal, the service and the bike. I've put 2500 miles on it in two months. They call to check how things have been working out with the bike. They were willing to help with the setup. Overall, a great experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a used Slingshot from here.From the first interaction with the sales team of Bob and later Michael, we were treated with friendly, courteous, professionalism. The vehicle needed very minor repair, but due to COVID, parts were not readily available.Michael scoured the U.S.for the needed part and finally found one in Florida, had it shipped to them, repaired the vehicle and had us going in no time. Highly recomend this shop, fair prices and great customer service.

I am from VA and had been looking for a "military style" bike for several months. I found the bike that I was looking for on the Kingsport Cycles website. I called Kingsport and was put in touch with Michael. He did a great job - answered all my questions and took a phone deposit for the bike. I showed up the next weekend to pick up the bike. Michael had me in-and-out of the dealership in less than an hour. They provided great customer service and I would buy from them again.
