The staff was friendly. Did a good oil change. No complaints. Lobby and restrooms were clean. Definitely recommend them to service your vehicle. It was quick, painless, decently priced. Keep up the good work.

Jiffy lube Kingsport tn I called them to get a price for transmission and rear differential service on my Toyota Tacoma they told me they couldn't do it because it had over 75000 miles. So I went to jiffy lube in Johnson City TN and they did it with no problem I don't understand how Kingsport wouldn't do it but Johnson City did . Not very good business wouldn't recommend them . Johnson City store is awesome. Probably won't go to Kingsport anymore for my service work.

Much better than two other locations I ve been to in the past year. One was the actual car dealership mechanic and one was an oil change place in Kingsport. I got my oil changed fast and employee Bill explained everything they did. I didn t feel pressured to buy any additional upgraded services or any accessories like windshield wipers. As a female, it seems like mechanics always try to upsell to me. The oil change prices ranged from $59.99 to $89.99 and I had a $10.00 coupon which lowered it some. One of the other places I had gone to was $99! I was happy to be at a place where I can afford to take care of it. Thanks Jiffy Lube.

I come to this location for required and/or scheduled vehicle maintenance for the vehicles we use for Patient Transport Services. Since it is a Company and/ or Fleet vehicle, it takes some time to get through the process. The staff are professional, friendly and Bill even cleaned the vehicles windows for me what time they were performing the oil change service. If you need quick service you should drop by and speak with the staff located just below the Mall.

This Jiffy Lube is my new go-to for oil changes. Anyone with a hectic schedule will highly benefit from them. They have me in and out in 15-20 minutes, they check my tires and fill them up, oil and filter change, check all my fluid levels, clean my windows and windshield, and are always very nice when they do it all. They will also be honest about if they don t have a piece they need, if something looks wrong, etc. AND it s the same price as dealerships but without all the hassle of sitting in a waiting room for 1.5+ hours.

I went this Jiffy Lube for having my auto transmission fluid flush. They have the flushing machine that sucked my old fluid and input new fluid. I didn't have to wait a long. They began working on it and was done by an hour. People there were courteous a d explained what they were going to do with my car. They told with my aeound153,000 miles they can't offer warranty to their service and I just accepted that. I really don't know if their flushing will hurt my transmission but I wish it works well. Also I wish they could guarantee their work.

Me & my wife stopped in for a oil change, a guys name Nigel took care of us & he was awesome!! Not long wait time, all fluids filled, vacuumed, cleaned windows, etc. Great place to go for oil services. Ask for Nigel & he'll fix ya right up!!!

Overall a great experience! My car was practically bone dry on oil, so when I took it in, they not only filled it back up to rightful levels, as well as filling up windshield washer fluid, and cleaning and checking some other parts for free. Definitely a reliable place.

The guys had changed my wife s oil and it was dripping into the drive way. I took it back and they are some great people. The manager is a super great guy! Jiffy lube is always been there for us. Thank you guys for being such great people.

My oil light came on about 600 miles before a new oil change was due .after getting and oil change from jiffy lube they had to run to a store to get oil filter but don t think there was one put in never back again .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went in for an oil change. The car was leaking anti-freeze. After changing the oil, filter, and air filters, the tech went underneath and found that the hose going into the water pump was leaking. I was able to order the hose and replace it. Repairing the leak.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I recently just began using Jiffy Lube as my oil changing service ever since Wal-Mart closed down their Tire and Lube Services months ago. I am glad that I switched to Jiffy Lube cause they have ALWAYS done an outstanding job and their employees go above and beyond to make sure their customers r satisfied and that their vehicles r worked on properly. Their prices may be a little more expensive than their competitors but u r definitely paying for quality service. I prefer this location off of Fort Henry Drive versus Volunteer Parkway because the Volunteer Parkway location didn't bother to reset my oil change light on my dashboard or my oil pressure notification on my computer system. But this Fort Henry Drive location absolutely DID make sure to turn my oil change lights and notifications off before I left today. Thanks so much for the incredible service and outstanding customer service!!!!
