Love the crew over at JBs. I wouldn't take either of my jeeps anywhere else! Everyone there is knowledge and super friendly. Autumn and Tyler never hesitate to help when you need a tow. And Cody is always super friendly and willing to answer 100 questions! Would recommend them to anyone.

Took my truck to Jb Auto works for what I thought was going to be an expensive fix! Jon determined that the issue was a very inexpensive minor part. He put the new part on and my truck has been perfect ever since! Very trust worthy and honest and they saved me a TON of money!

They are just the best all around. I m an over the road trucker and my wife runs a mail route which is hard on her jeep. These guys have always went above and beyond to take care of her and I know I can trust them with me not around. Which is unfortunately an issue with shops we have used in the past.

Nice, friendly, professional, helpful. Corey inside and Josh the tow driver are awesome. I am using them to replace the transmission on my car so obviously I trust them

Some of the best people I have dealt with. Not only did they drive an hour in the middle of the night to pick it up our car they took me to several hotels until I found a room. I highly recommend this company. Not many businesses actually care about their customers like this one does!!

I purchased a vehicle from them. The next day I washed it. An then all of the blemishes they covered up showed. Three days later it started running horrible. Leaking antifreeze. The exhaust is held up with looks to be an extension cord of sorts. Definitely will never do any business with someone so dishonest.

People who know Jon and the superior work you get from JB Autoworks! Won t go anywhere else! They are the only Jeep experts in the Tri-Cities! As well as a full service garage that doesn t require an arm and leg to get your vehicle fixed and fixed right! And If that wasn t enough he now has towing! So you don t have to worry about who s going to get your car/truck when you re broke down on the road! They also do custom work! Jon did a DV8 pickup conversion my Jeep it is a daily driver that still gets awards at the jeep shows!

I called JB Autoworks and asked if I could "break into their schedule" to look over a truck I was considering purchasing. "Sure, no problem, call us when you get near-by." I got there mid-afternoon. Waited a few minutes and they took the truck in. Pat and Sid actually spent OVER an hour going all over the truck, including a test drive! It was good news and they said "yes, they felt it was a worthy purchase at a good price." I know enough to know these guys are very knowledgable. I asked, how much do I owe you? NO CHARGE!!! Wouldn't take any money. Really restores your faith in people huh!? It took a lot of stress off my purchase decision! I wish they had a shop near me, I'd be a regular customer. Very clean shop BTW. Thank you guys!!!

Honest and fair. The local dealership had my vehicle for almost a week before returning it with a fee just for looking at it and an estimate for an issue they had supposedly fixed 6 months before. JB fixed my vehicle (runs like new) quickly, affordably, and let me know exactly what was wrong and what was done to fix it.My entire family uses JB. Highly recommended!
