I was riding on a flat this morning & one of the nice gentleman that works here flagged me down & went out of his way & went above & beyond to get me back on the road safely. I was back on my way in no time. I have no clue what I would have done without him! He did it completely out of the goodness of his heart, I tried offering him $20 (small for the amount of kindness I was shown but it s all the cash I had on me) which he wouldn t accept. The gentleman that work here are all outstanding people. I was having a bad morning & they offered me seating & water, & anything else I needed & their kindness went a long way. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone in the future!

I was impressed with them from my 1st encounter. The first time I had to bring me car in, I had no ride home and they offered to take me home. They then finished my Honda Odyssey the same day as it was dropped off. I was definitely not expecting that. The next week, my car was making a funny noise so I took it back in and come to find out, a rod was loose which they fixed for free. These people really care about their customers. You don t feel like a number but valuable. I m grateful to have found my new mechanics! Not to mention, every light on my dashboard is off, which never happens at the Honda dealership. Thanks Dennis & Jason!!!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I had a brake light out and called to see if they could fix it. Dennis and Jason had it fixed in less than five minutes and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be coming back when it s time for servicing my car. Dennis is very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend HonDoctor.

Very nice staff. I got in quickly and the work was done in 1 day. I had contacted a different place and they were not interested in my business. So I will go to HonDoctor next time.

I'd highly recommend the HonDoctor they were honest, and extremely professional plus they took the time to explain what repairs my MDX needed, and what maintenance was recommended for the milage. The work was done sooner than I expected, and I was beyond pleased with the results. If I could recommend them higher I definitely would. If you're looking for a place to have your Accura, or Honda serviced I'd look no further.

It is hard to find professional mechanics that will be honest and take care of your cars like their own. But these guys are the real deal and took great car of our family van! Our Honda Odyssey drives like it did when we first bought it and we are so glad we worked with them. We will be back in the future with any maintenance that we need. Recently took my 2009 Accord in to be checked out for some brake issues. While there they did an overall health check. Great communication via text with pictures, prices and degree of urgency for each issue. Layed out all my options. Could have really tried to push the sell of additional repairs but was very honest about all that could be done versus what needed to be done. These guys are the best! Very knowledgeable, honest, fair, reasonable and punctual. I'll definitely be coming back for any future repair needs.

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you have a Honda I highly recommend no matter how small or big the job they will take care of you right. They even go as far as making sure your aware of the conditions of wear parts not just a hey this list needs to be done types.

5 stars is not enough! They are fantastic. They fixed my sunroof motor in less than 3 days and we re more than accommodating with my schedule to drop off/ pick up my car! They sent me a full car inspection report and let me know that I needed new filters! They were very nice and professional and they kept me informed every step of the way!Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical

I found my new go to auto shop. I had an alternator replaced in March by HonDoctor. They are extremely easy to deal with from diagnosing the issue, to payment, to key pickup. These guys make it easy. I gotta say this place is an eye opener. You wouldn't have to have a Honda they would help no matter but they got decades of experience all over...perfectly certified employees as well...Some of nicest folks you will ever meet...AND it saves money vs dealer. I dare anyone to go there and not be satisfied. Just top shelf people and experience.

Finally a place I can trust! Dennis is so friendly he instantly makes you feel like family. They send a detailed report as to what is wrong before beginning work and their prices are fair and competitive. I started taking my car there for convenience since I lived right down the street; I moved to JC last summer but still bring my car here.

Excellent place to get your vehicle serviced or worked upon. I contacted them via email regarding a job for an 07 Accord that several dealerships had failed to respond about. Communication was effective and quick. They fixed my car in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone. Jason was also very kind and courteous to me.

Honda Doctors replaced the alternator on my daughters car yesterday. They were honest and did a great job. The prices are fair and the work quality is great. I ll definitely be coming back. My first experience with HonDoctor was one that made me return again with another ailing car. I brought them a Honda Accord this time. My grandson's car starter had gone bad on Wednesday. I took it in Thursday and Dennis said they could get to it Wednesday. After telling him our grandson had to be back to Nashville Saturday they got right on it and I picked it up that day. I'm sure they had to move other jobs around to work on it. That's really great customer service.

Amazing customer service!!!!Just wanted to brag on the guys that were still in the office at 5:04 PM when I called last Friday, before the holiday weekend. I had just left Food City on Clinchfield and my power steering went out and dash lights lit up. I immediately pulled over and called Hondoctor as they had replaced wheel bearings on my car before (also excellent service then). They told me to come on down to the office even though it was just past closing time and waited on me to arrive which took a little while due to no power steering. The two guys (sorry I didn t get their names) also waited with me until my husband arrived to pick me up. The Hondoctor Team does an amazing job!! Parts were ordered the next business day and I had my car back the following day!!! Highly recommend this business! You won t be disappointed!!Toyota with 177,000 miles, they had to replace the alternator. Thanks again guys!!!!

My 2010 Odyssey was having starting issues and would sometimes shutoff while driving. Dennis and Jason worked with me over the phone to troubleshoot the issues since the problem started out very intermittent. Finally isolated the issue to the ignition switch. Scheduled the appointment and the had me fixed up in a jiffy. Very responsive and super friendly. Didn t try to get me do do unnecessary service as the local dealer does.Service: Electrical repair
