I would give this place a 5 star but the last few times I've been there I've been treated with total disrespect!! Since when was a transmission that is over 20 years old 500 dollars especially a Honda transmission??? I'm take my business elsewhere!! I'm sure if yall don't switch things up no one will be coming there!!!!

Extremely lazy.Update... if you leave a review they don't like they might respond negatively passively aggressively. They are trying to make my comment on my experience to be my fault and accept no responsibility of their own.Update lol... taking something without paying is stealing??? Huh....? That is extremely random, that's like saying putting food in your stomach is eating lol. That makes zero sense. Why state the obvious, well unless you're accusing me of stealing to try to save facewhen there's zero way you know who I am considering my public info and username. Common sense says you're trying to save face for really no reason, all I said is I had a bad experience and you have done nothing to see why or how it could of been better or how was mistreated. Instead you have changed your response and now impy I've stolen lol that's kinda screwed up. Take some responsibility and ask why like a person who cares about others and not just themselves or just leave me alone please, you have earned your 1 star, I will come again soon and try with other individuals to see if I should update or give a higher rating but so far not gonna happen but I believe in Grace, you will have future chances to get 5 stars. At this point it's a definite no. I pray whomever is over the review responsibilities to be replaced because they are not the best fit, God bless.Update after reading other reviews, you say you don't keep an inventory when it's convenient but also that you do when it's convenient, BUT ALSO when it's convenient you CONSTANTLY imply "theft is a crime" you guys need deliverance that are saying this, I'll be more then happy to pray with you, feel free to reach out to me. This is obviously something you need help with at this point, 9 ppl in just the comments can't convenient be thiefs just because you don't like their reviews. Jesus loves you ask God toheal you of resentment and unforgiveness. If we hold unforgiveness against someone we cannot enter into the gates of heaven, I implore you to take this seriously. Amazing place and the guy is helpful even after I bought my parts one of em wouldn t work for my car cause different year he gave me 30 bucks store credit most places ain t as nice so I totally recommend checking it out was a first time in a junkyard and actually enjoyed the experience

The lady in the front takes the drivers on the scale before anyone else waiting doesn t take people in order i was skipped 3 times and had to wait well over an hour and it wasn t even that busy I ll definitely not be coming back

They have a good selection of vehicles and they are pretty well sorted this is a great place to purchase auto parts at a reasonable price.

No answers on phone they don't keep any type of inventory of what they have and don't have. I asked for if they just had a car to look at and they couldn't tell me if they even had that car on their yard

My husband goes here most of the time. These guys are friendly professional and all around great people. The prices are reasonable they don't seem to be out to break you but help you that's rare today.

I love this place !!!! Even if i just walk around and look in the cars I have a blast!!!! Got son a full-size(spare) with decent tire and 2 lug nuts for 20 bucks.

Great place to visit to find needed parts. Good prices as well. Helpful people. Pretty simple in and out. Be ready to maybe do some walking and uphilling as well. Can get very hot especially in sun and heat. Take water and tools needed in case.

Well went for just part of a seat belt for a truck and the new girl charged 30bucks for it so watch the new girl she jacking the prices up she said so she won't get fussed at to keep a job but don't need to rob the customer to keep a job

Great customer service, very friendly and professional. I love being able to pull my own parts. If they don't have the parts I'm looking for they are more than helpful on contacting me to let me know when a certain part is available. Absolutely the best prices around and they have a really fair return policy and replacement policy. Never had any issues at all and I go there very frequently. You honestly won't find better customer service at any other junkyard around! Thank you for the help you guys offer. Other junkyards should take notes on how to operate cause you guys are honestly the best around.

I'm a mechanic and I fix alot of cars with used parts to save money and hilltop has a ton of cars and the parts have always been priced more than fair...if the parts you need are there then you'll be more than happy about the price and you can pull the parts yourself so you'll have the extra hardware just in case you need it

Had exactly what they Said they and was very reasonable on price. Nice and friendly staff will definitely be back there for more used auto parts in the future. Saved me 300.00 on just one part.

Very friendly and willing to help you!! Have about anything you need for any kind of vehicle!! And will work with you on a lot of things!! Go by and check em out next time you need parts or accessories for your car or truck!!

The people working in the yard are very rude and will not help you with anything I would not recommend anyone to go to this junk yard they are over priced

Great place, people & prices. Best auto parts place I've ever been to. I needed seat belts, took them out myself and thankfully the vehicle I was getting them out of was very easy to get to. I will be a returning customer, as well as sending family and friends there.

I called needing a switch for my van. They would only sell the entire steering column. So, I bought that, paid & was then told there wasn't a key to it. I was told I should've known there wasn't a key if it wasn't in the vehicle. How am I supposed to know that? I don't make it a habit of collecting steering columns or switches.I was basically told not their problem & they didn't care if they lost my business. So, I'm happy to oblige them.

This place is great- you walk around and find your parts yourself. Take them to the front and pay. Marty- the owners brother- is really helpful and treats us regulars great. Fair prices and lots of variation of makes and models to choose from.
