I have been going to this shop on and off for years. I'm old enough to appreciate really good service and a good group of guys that legitimately care if you are safe in your vehicle. My go to now.

Took my bone stock 02 Subaru Impreza WRX for an alignment after replacing the outer tie rod end. First of all the guy couldn't drive a straight drive very well and secondly once it was on the lift told me the caliper was locked up and that the strut was bent on passenger front.This ruined my entire day yesterday because I needed to get tires and all kinds of other things.I took the entire thing apart on front and replaced the caliper but it was NOT bad to begin with.However I had already paid for the part and went ahead with doing it.I also had THREE mechanics look at this car, then even went and took it to a shop and used the lift and had another certified mechanic in a shop look at this "bent" strut.It's NOT bent. The car needs a camber bolt on the passenger front but the guy pointed at my CV axle or my control arm when explaining that supposedly my strut was bent.He also argued with me that the car had been wrecked. it has NEVER been wrecked.so I wasted a ton of money and time.I went back today, asked for the manager explained all of this and was told they could do their best however I took 2 of my friends both certified mechanics with me and this place treated me so badly they had to step in. Imagine being grown men and treating a tiny female the way that I was.They are rude, they still said I was wrong, no one else there wanted to look at it.I was made fun of and laughed at.Would not recommend and will absolutely never give this place my business at any location ever again.Their sexist, they hate women and they try to take advantage of women, and if your a women and your not entirely car stupid they belittle you and gas light worse than any other place I've ever been.0/10.Photo is of it on the lift at 600 auto to have proof the strut wasnt bent.

Hayworth Tire & Auto was highly recommended by several of my friends. I went in today to have an issue with a Subaru Forester checked out and totally understand why they recommended them. They evaluated the issue and gave me an honest assessment when they could have easily attempted to sell me parts and a repair that wasn't required but they didn't. They definitely earned a new customer and I will also be referring others to them in the future.

Had a 6 inch lift installed 8-6-21. These guys did a excellent job! had several problems and over came them excellently!! Staff are super friendly and offered us food and drinks while we waited! Highly recommended these guys for any work that they offer! These guys work there hind end off all day long to satisfy customers and they do it excently!

Excellent customer service. Not only did they give me a ride home as well. When the insurance company started giving me a hard time they were more than glad to help and give me whatever I needed for the insurance company. I really appreciate it.

I needed a tire put on a new rim. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and willing to help despite having a very busy day. Even the tech took time to say hello and ask if I had any questions.Finally, in a time when everything seems overpriced, this was reasonable!

Great experience. For some reason my tires didn't arrive on time so Bryan (Owner) sent his son to pick them up. They used their personal vehicle to make a special trip just for my tires. Where else will people go that fat above and beyond to keep a customer happy.FANTASTIC Job guys. My truck looks good!

My wife took her suburban to get some new tie rods etc and to get 4 tires that she bought put on. A guy that works at the same ems company as her and who according to her stalks her paid these guys to put new tires on her vehicle so she would owe him and these guys put them on. It s the most unprofessional, unethical thing I ve seen from any company

Absolutely the best place to take your truck for upgrades, service or custom wheel/ tires. Family operated with an eye for customer service. My new truck gets compliments everywhere we go.

The customer service was above and beyond, I went there with a flat they would not stop until they finally found the pin hole leak. Then they plugged it and filled it up absolutely free of charge they saved me over a $100 dollars I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!! Thanks guys yall rock!!!!

Absolutely love coming here. My mom and I have both been here a few times now and the service is unparalleled. The first time I came here I needed work done on my brakes, and they had me in and out at a reasonable price in an afternoon (as a walk-in). The second time I came in I needed them to help identify a noise that started after I had work done at another shop, and they had my problem resolved in an hour with no charge. I highly recommend them for both the car savvy and those who (like me) don't know much about cars, and especially women! They will treat you like family.Services: Tires, Brakes

Austin hayworth is an asset with good people skills. The shop is very equipped for other issues and not just tires. They were able to fix multiple issues with my jeep. They have earned my business as well as my repeat business and referrals to their shop for over 10 years. That says enough!

This company is truly awesome. I had a flat and brought my tire in to see about getting it patched and plugged. I expected them to charge $10 bucks or even more for the service, but they plug and patch customers tires for free if you bring in the tire that goes flat.The front desk was really busy and had literally 10 people in the waiting area and it was going to be a long wait. I told them I worked graveyard and I had just got off from a 12hr shift and was really tired, so the front desk employee said I could go home get some rest and when the tire was ready they would call and leave me a message letting know if they were able to plug the tire or when I could pick the tire up. They had my tire ready to rock and roll within an hour of me getting home. I was able to get some sleep and still have enough time to swing by and pickup my tire before heading into work for another 12 hr graveyard shift.Good mechanics that actually care and take pride in there work and have always done a wonderful job when I bring in my vehicle in for an oil change and maintenance.

Hayworth Tires well only thing I can say is everybody has been real helpful Austin and also his dad Bryan and also Bronson they all do really good work and help people out... I recommend to buy your tires and wheels at Hayworth Tires because they treat you like family!!!

I came in with a low tire on a set I just bought a few months ago and they were able to get me another tire the same day. Said I had a staple in the side of it that could not be patched. Also fixed a brake problem I had a few months back. Very nice group of guys. Very good service. Would recommend them for tire and brakes.
