They did a fantastic job repairing our bumper, sensors, exhaust. You can't even tell that we had damage. They matched our paint exactly and that's Awesome because we have a 2014 vehicle. All work was completed within a reasonable time.

Went by for a small mark on my paint on my brand new truck. I was helped by the front desk lady who was the only nice person at the facility. The owner came out to finally estimate my repair and never sent me the quote. I had to call three separate occasions to get the quote sent to my email. Once he sent it to me, it was obviously a scam. They quoted me 1300$ for repair that three other shops quoted under 500$. I always get multiple options before choosing based on various details that I need. This shop not only would never call me back but clearly the owner is only out to fill his pockets. Maybe I had a bad experience and others know the owner.. that s what it seemed when you are there in person. It s clearly who you know at this place.

Best body shop in town! My trunk wouldn't open and I had perishable groceries inside. For 3 days I went all over town trying to find anyone who could help. Even Toyota! Randy not only got it open but added a toggle switch for very little charge in case it ever got stuck again. Thanks Randy!

They did fantastic at replacing my rear bumper and painting it. It was cleaner when I left then when I first brought it in(inside and out) I was not expecting that. I am very pleased with their services. Thank you Randy and crew for everything. Sorry but I cannot recommend this body shop. Picked up my RV after having them replace the clear coat and the newly applied clear coat has numerous areas of pits, dirt and rough edges. Looks like it was prepped and sprayed outdoors even though it was done inside the shop. I probably could have done a better job myself!!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

We had our GMC Denali repaired here after a deer collision. The car looks better than it has in years! Hard to tell there was ever any damage! They cleaned ever inch of the car, inside & out as well, a very welcome surprise! Randy and his crew did an amazing job! Can't even tell that a deer destroyed the front end of our Pathfinder 3 weeks ago. Looks like a new car!.... will definitely use Freedom if ever the need arises again

I'm so glad I brought my vehicle here, it was kind of out of the way for me, but the service was worth it. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they took care of everything.......rental car pick up and return, and insurance claim billing. Thanks

my first time there day for to see about repairs to be done was greeted after coming in door with in a few minutes got my vehicle looked at in and out with in 30 minutes and the place was clean including bath rooms
