Great place to take your vehicle for any tire or wheel service. Willing to help take care of your issues and give you a straight forward answer on anything that needs to be done. I appreciate all the help and advice. Very friendly environment.

Excellent customer service and a job well done! I was especially impressed with their speed. I got my newly repaired vehicle back the same day I took it in! I will definitely call this Free Service location for any future auto repairs.

Worst customer service, I had an appointment I booked online. they didn t not open the store on time. I went in said I have an appointment gave them my name he said the machine for that is down at the moment and that I should have called to confirm my appointment even though I got a confirmation email and text message for my appointment on top of that I ended up rescheduling for the next day they were open. The man at the front said they would call me to let know if the machine was still down. I never get a call so I arrived at the store, the store manager tells me the machine is down again. So at this point I m question why didn t they give me a call again to let me know. I wasted my gas twice all it took was a simple phone call instead of me going all the way over there. He said he can still do whatever else I booked for. I thought if you can t give me a simple phone call why the hell would I let you near my car. In stead of arguing with the store manager, I said I would find somewhere else, and I walked away.

Free Service Tire has ended the lifetime front-end alignment as long as you own the car. They are only honoring the previous sold alignments if you can produce the paperwork. Even though they have that information in their system.I have always liked Free Service Tire and bought many tires, batteries, and oil changes there over the years.But for now, I will not go back. They will have to earn my business.

I took my car here and they cracked the plastic in the trunk trying to fix it. They never told me it was messed up I got home and saw how bad it was. They also forgot to change my oil. The guy said it "slipped his mind." Its super cheap service but at what cost.

FAST AF & HONEST FRIENDLY SERVICE. Don t feel ripped off like a lot of places. Was probably in and out within 30 min for oil change, break pads, tire rotation, tire pressure and windshield wipers && probably topping of fluids idk haha but it was quick quick ! On that note it was just me and one other person who came in for tire rotation so at the moment it was not busy thankfully. Definitely a yes place! I feel like I officially have a place for my car again where I know I can be provided with trusted car service!

Their invoice says "Did you have a five-star visit today? Let us know on Google reviews."No, I did not. I don t think a five star visit should include deceptive sales tactics. And that s what I felt like I got.I called before I went. I asked how much is a cheap oil change? $15.99The sign out front says Oil Change $15.99. (See the picture? Pretty self-explanatory, right?)I went inside and said I need a cheap oil change. What kind of car, conventional oil They said let me ring you up. That ll be $36.What???I thought it was $15.99?"Oh, you have to ask to get that special."Why? Because some people don't want the special?"Right. Some people don t want the special."(I m not kidding. He really said that to me.)Here's a Free Tip for Free Service Tire Company:If you have a special, and advertise that special, maybe you shouldn't intentionally hide that special when customers could benefit from that special.Especially when you are encouraging those same customers to leave reviews for you on Google and on Facebook.

All I needed was for someone to look at a leak I had in one tire. I ended up here when another tire place couldn't fit me in for over 2 hours and then tried to sell me a whole new set instead. Billy and his crew immediately fit me in and treated me like a queen. Ladies, if you're in Kingsport and need help with your tires, come here. You won't be talked down to, and you'll get wonderful service. They fixed my tire for free and invited me back when I was READY to replace my set. Now that's service. Thank you.

I went with a screw in my tire. They quickly removed & patched my tire in less the 30 minutes, at no charge. Extremely nice & helpful. Would recommend their services & will be back again soon.

I got a flat tire during a cross country road trip and brought it here where Billy got right to it and got me back out on the road within 30 minutes. Great guy!

I needed to replace my brake light bulb and couldn't get the lens cover off by myself. I stopped in this morning on my way to work, and the 2 men working were able to remove the lens and changed the bulb for me. Took less than 5 minutes!!! Thank you for your great service.

Fantastic service! We had a nail in the tire on our way for vacation and they took us right in and got it patched! Billy you were great to us! Thank you so much! You saved our trip.. not to mention we're so honest they called me when I accidentally left my purse there also..thank you again for everything!

There are a lot of hidden fees and significant mark up on parts. Your $95 oil change does not include an oil filter. That is another $10 plus another $25 in unexplained shop fees. Any additional mechanical issues that you want to be looked at will incur an additional $99 fee. My $26 washer fluid pump was billed at $178, plus another $24 in mysterious shop fees. My wife picked up the car and was told that there was no labor charge for the pump exchange because the part was so expensive . Free Service-what a joke. They get two stars for timely service and fixing the problem, but you will pay two or three times more than most other shops

These guys right here are the best, friendly professional and price competitive. I had a screw in a tire went to where they were put on at and those guys had only 2 cars in front of me at 9am and I was told it would be a few hours because they had to get those 2 cars done and had to eat sometime. Needless to say drove to free service and man in and out in 30 min or less and had tire fixed. These has earned alot of business from me now all future car issues will go to them. Thanks guys

Like most adults, I hate spending money on things and was dreading coming in to get tires. When I came in the door i was greeted by carl and he found me a good set of tires for a really good price. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about his recommendations on tires to help me find the best fit. Definitely will return again

Went in with tire issues and talked to Ronnie. His customer service was exceptional! He took time to explain my tire issue and saved me a lot of money. The best customer service i ve ever had. We recently moved to town and I will only do business here for our vehicles and my kids will now only be doing business here. Ronnie was honest when others would have taken advantage of the situation. I only had a brief interaction with the guys in the shop but they were great as well. Everyone there is of high character and honest. I am calling tomorrow to get tires on a truck. I live 30 minutes from the shop and it is worth the drive for the peace of mind knowing I will be treated right. I have a 2022 vehicle and have only had it serviced at the dealer but will bring it to Ronniefrom now on. He gained a customer for life.

The customer service I experienced at this store was exceptional. I initially ordered a set of four tires from them and they were the wrong size (my fault) but they were able to quickly accommodate me, suggesting a comparable replacement they had in stock. The price was great, they were able to add on some additional benefits while still keeping me within my budget and the tires were of a great quality. They went out of their way to help me and make my experience with them a positive one. I will definitely go back for tires and for other automotive services.

I really had a fortunate day yesterday I was lucky enough to wander into Free Service on my way out of Kingsport. This place has everything you could ask for if your interested in taking good care of your vehicle. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Top notch mechanics who know how to get the job done right. I live in Abingdon so their place is pretty far away from me but I will go back for service again as it is well worth the journey. High quality work and reasonable price couldn t ask for better. Thanks much Free Service!!!

The staff at this place is by far the most pleasant people to deal with.Prices are fair and Dave was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.He kept me up to date with what was going on with me vehicle and all work was completed in a very timely manner.I would highly recommend this shop.Thanks Dave B.
