I have always had great service at Express until today. I called yesterday to get prices on an oil change for my wife s car because she has always used the dealership. They looked the car up and gave me 3 prices. Conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic. The dealership always used full synthetic so I asked if that was necessary and the guy told me that for that car it was truly the customers choice. So when I arrived today I told them I called ahead and wanted to go with the synthetic blend. He proceeded to tell me the price and it was $20 more than they quoted on the phone. I explained that I had called yesterday to get prices and that was not what I was quoted. He got a manager and the manager said that the guy I talked to probably chose the wrong engine when he gave me the price. I explained that that wasn t my fault and he should honor the price. He refused. I m a long time customer that was trying to bring them more business. But they re gonna lose it instead. Over $20. Bait and switch is a bad look. It s not that hard to take care of your customer.

Poorly ran business called to get an alignment done was told bring it in before 4:30 today got there after 2:00 really enjoyed how I was ignored by everyone and how when someone else pulled up they we're met by someone as soon as they stopped yet nobody would give me a minute of their time to ask what I needed as for me I'm not sure why I was treated like that but they are never going to be have to see me on their property again as long as I live

I called before I drove in to ask some questions. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite, friendly, and answered all of my questions. When I arrived, I was greeted and directed into line for an oil change. The techs were all great. No complaints. I will be back and I would recommend their services to other people.

My husband and I were helped by Saul yesterday. He was very thorough and professional! He took the time to explain to us about our car and solved a mystery for us. He was so kind and helpful!!! We really appreciated him and his help! He is AWESOME! Go see him you won t be sorry!

I have had my truck down there many times just to be ripped off, they say they fix it, then the next day, it won't start, I have been taken to the cleaners by them and they will never get my business again, they should have to give my money back. I am so sick and mad at them, they done me wrong.

I had called the week before visiting there to make an appointment to fix my car once I got there I was stopped and told hang on we got to see if we can even get your part after I was already quoted a price and a time to drop my car off and now you're telling me you don't have the part that's a little crazy so I had to try to drive my car back home which broke down halfway there and I had to pay $100 to get it towed the rest of the way home because they didn't do their job

I came to get an oil change and was left sitting in line for over an hour by company that claims it s only 10 minutes. When I asked what was going on with the car in front of me, and how much longer it would be, as it appeared all they were doing was laughing talking and cutting up with the owner of the car, The guy says he will go find out. After he goes over, he becomes part of their conversation and then he avoids coming back to talk to me and lets me sit there for another 15 minutes until I finally gave up and had to ask other cars behind me to move so I could leave. I have six cars , I take to this place for oil service and they have lost my business with every car. Extremely unprofessional and they do not care about their customers. My advice to the manager. Is if he can t be there to help in situations like this and see what s going on he should go pull video footage to see that his customer is telling the truth. I watched at least 8 to 10 other cars go in and out of the other Bays while I sat there. I had even asked the guy when I first got there if I was in the right line and he said yes. I had never been treated this way before at this location, but it was bad enough to make me never wanna go back.Service: Oil change

I highly recommend these boys. The guys at the one on Stone Drive saved me about 300 bucks by doing the diagnostic check and making sure it was the battery, not the alternator. They are also very quick on getting you in and out for oil changes. Definitely a 5 star rating from me

My AC stopped working Friday evening and I was terrified it would be my compressor or something outrageously expensive to repair. I was desperate to find someone to get my car looked at ASAP. My husband called around to several local auto shops and these guys were able to get us in the quickest. Every phone call we were greeted by a cheerful employee willing to help in any way possible. They made this experience manageable. We were able to drop my car off Sunday night for our Monday morning appointment and it was ready for pickup all fixed and blowing ice cold by early Monday afternoon. My husband spoke with Shawn(Sean?) a few times who I m assuming is the one who did the work on my car and he was very thorough in explaining everything he was going to be doing and why it needed to be done. He went above and beyond making sure we didn t feel pressured and never offered anything extra that wasn t necessary. When I came to pay, Dakota met me in the parking lot and pulled my car around front, helped get me checked out and was very friendly. The price for everything they did was extremely reasonable and we are very satisfied with the service. We will definitely be back for any repairs we need in the future!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

$100 dollars for an oil change is asinine. Had no other option as they had already gotten underneath my car to unscrew the plug, and would only give me that specific oil. Car is running odd now. I trust all of my checkups on my engine and all fluids, plus windshield wipers...etc! They're on it. Theyre very nice and businesslike. I will always go there for my vehicle needs. Thank you Express oil changes ....

I am beyond done with this place. For years I have used Express Oil for my oil changes. When I moved to TN from AL it was the first business I looked for because they had treated me and my mom so well in Troy, AL. I've used this one for the two years I've been in TN. I put a lot of miles on my vehicle due to the nature of my work so oil changes are almost a monthly thing for me. When my car started having transmission issues we asked them if they could flush the transmission and do an oil change. They quoted me $140.00. When they were done the transmission work was $220.00. They said it was the amount of fluid they had to use. Almost immediately the issue worsened. Two weeks after Express allegedly did the work, we took it to the dealership to have them check it. They brought my husband in the shop and showed him that the fluid was not only low but filthy. Express did not do the job they were hired to do. And we have discovered the transmission could have locked up and is possibly going to need further, more expensive work. You have lost a good customer and this will not be the end of this.Services: Transmission repair, Oil change

This was my first time coming here. My husband visited the location in Colonial Heights and said they were awesome and that we can stay in our car while they do the oil change. Which is huge for us because we have a disabled child who is with me most of the time. Today I was greeted by Tim and from the beginning he was so polite. During the oil change he showed me some papers with what was recommended for my vehicle. One service was to flush the transmission fluid. I asked if that could be completed the same day and he took care of it. I was done within 35 minutes. I never once felt pressured to do anything more to my van. Honestly I m thankful I did have my transmission serviced, he showed me the color of the fluid which was almost black. Since having it flushed my van drives so much smoother than it did before. I would recommend these guys to anyone!! They have great customer service and take the time to explain everything so you can understand! I will be back here from now on!! You have a lifetime customer!!
