I definitely recommend this place and plan to go there for all of my tire needs. I am completely blown away by how helpful Cody was. He told me his concern was making my car safe for me and my wife. He accomplished that today, and earned a loyal customer!

Most a big thank you and shout to all th3 fellas at the Kingsport Tennessee location! They got me a whole set of brand new tired and sensors for a great price! Was in and out in 30 minutes! I highly recommend this place for all your tire needs!

I got caught in a tight situation away from home on work where I needed a fairly niche High Performance All-Season for my car. Conveniently, Discount of Newport was across the street.Jacob was kind, concise, and eager to help on the phone.What we thought was going to take 20-30 minutes quickly evolved into a lot more. Just like I didn t expect to have a flat, they didn t expect to run into issues getting the tire there efficiently.They ended up sending a technician to pick it up across town, brought it back, installed, and attempted to compensate me for my time-lost.Things happen, I understand. But I appreciate their attempt to rectify the issue instead of making excuses. I know I appeared frustrated (because I was, haha) but the effort isn t lost on me. Jacob, especially, did a fantastic job.I don t know if I ll ever have a need for a tire in Newport, TN again, but if I do I ll bring to these folks in a heartbeat.

Other than the inside being incredibly cold (ceiling fans, air conditioner running in the month of November) I'm satisfied with my new tires!Mechanics are professional and polite! Everything went very smoothly! Would have given 5 stars if I wasn't so uncomfortable due to the icebox waiting area. (YES I had on a thick jacket) I'd advise you wear one too! I recommend 100%

3rd time being here and 3rd time leaving as a satisfied customer!!! Had a bolt in my tire. Panicked of course because I couldn t see what was wrong. I could only see the alert on my dashboard. I always worry I will be taken advantage of as a female in these type of businesses. Not here. Thank you Sully and Austin!

Bought tires online. Excellent price! Came in for installation. Also purchased a trailer wheel while there. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Discount Tire is my store of choice. Has been since my years in Texas.

A major rebuttal, I got a set of Continental AT tires for my 2020 F-150. I wrote a bad review because the tires vibrated badly, even after a second rebalance. I even said I would not buy tires here again, if they can t balance properly. I was thinking I was stuck with these tires, so I would just go somewhere else to rebalance them out of my own pocket. Well an amazing thing happened Jim Dunkle called me, being the store manager he asked what I had going on. After my sob story, he done something that not many companies would have done. He told me to bring my truck in , and the would replace my tires with Michelin At2. At no cost to me, this day and time is a rarity. Jim has earned a lifetime commitment from me, and I will gladly spread the word on what a wonderful company Discount Tire is. I will never shop another tire store again. Thank you Jim for your commitment to customer service.

I come here for the customer service if nothing else. Prices are as good as anywhere, and they ll match. I like that I get free repairs and a warranty with new tires, as well as free balance & rotations. I ve had to use the warranty certificates multiple times (blowouts, etc..) and they ve saved me a lot of money. Austin is my go-to guy here, highly recommend working with him.

Today was my first time going and I will be going back again for their pricing and their speed the only thing I wish that they also done was four-wheel alignment other than that I will be giving them my business from here on out... If they see an issue with your car they bring it to you right away..... Awesome job today guy's..... They rotated and balance my tires for less than $65 bucks and for them to put on all four new tires that I have coming in that's not from them it's going to be like 30 bucks which is not bad and that's putting all new for wheel sensors in also.... So if you need your car worked on I would highly recommend this place....
