Great service! The guys over at Dent Worx really helped me out. I came in for a quote for paint-less dent repair they made the process so easy, only took four days from when my vehicle was placed in their shop.��Scheduling the appointment was quick and walked me through the process of how to get the hail damage fixed and the best way to proceed was with an insurance claim. They went above and beyond making my truck look as good as it did when I bought it. I highly recommend.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Paint repair

Dent Worx did a great job on my car in a timely manner for a good price! Super honest and great communication. Even cleaned my car and removed some sticky residue from my front windshield from a removed sticker. Would recommend and have them do any future work!

So, I had my 22 Volvo detailed at Dent Worx today. While it was not cheap, I was amazed at the quality of work. Far more than I expected. Car looked like it was in the showroom. They even cleaned the engine compartment. The collision depth even mixed up paint to match and touched up, some paint chips. I will go back. Dent Worx is first class.

Had a great experience! I called to schedule an estimate which was free and took less than 10 minutes, then came back for the work to get done at a later date with great results! I had a dent which was preventing the proper closure of my door, paint scraped off on my car from the thing I hit, some rust, etc.. Very reasonable pricing as well. I was shocked and disappointed in the owner's reaction when I had questions about the paint chipping on the hood of my SUV that Dent Worx had repaired a few years back. I brought my car to Dent Worx around four years ago. They repaired my grill, hood, bumper and headlight. Two years later my paint chips in huge spots on the bumper. Too much to ignore and due to no fault of my own. I bring it back asking about it. First he says he had some bad paint that had done the same thing to other cars. He said he'd redo it, though he didn't seem friendly about it. Second time I bring it back to schedule the repair, (which I was thankful was done at no cost), he says the paint chipping was due to some employees he had who did a lot of work wrong. That was not what he said to me before, but I just want my car fixed properly and don't think too much of it. I mention the chipping on my hood, which I never had before sending my car there. He says he'll examine it and put together an estimate on it. He works on it, I get my car back and it looks much better. I get the estimate, which I felt was fair. Then I start wondering, "If the paint did this on the bumper what keeps the hood from doing the same? Maybe I should ask him about that." My mom and I go back in after the bumper repair to ask if it's the same paint on the hood as the bumper. He was beyond rude. He said we were trying to get something for nothing and he did enough by repairing the bumper. He was completely out of line. He acted as if I was trying to get more free work out of him but I only came back in to ask questions I considered after briefly talking to him. I recognized he was angry and said I was grateful for what work he did. He said I clearly wasn't if I came back in asking questions. I love supporting local businesses, but I simply cannot support someone willing to, in my opinion, accuse his customers of asking for something they never actually asked for. I simply came back to ask a question. I believe work doesn't hold up and he is resentful if you bring it to his attention. I will never return to Dent Worx and I won't let anyone I care about do business there either. Learn to respect your customers, sir.Services: Painting, Paint protection, Paint repair

Chris and his wife are amazing. They are fair and reasonably priced especially for the quality of their work. Also they are always on schedule I 've had my windows tinted and repair to my rear bumper and headlight ,couldn't have asked for better service .My dad even took his truck to have his windows tinted he liked mine so much. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to work on my vehicle. Thank yall so much Dent Worx! Will Be sending more people your way.Services: Body & Trim, Vehicle window tinting

We have used Dent Worx for our son's 2010 Wrangler after a couple of deer strikes several years apart, we also used them when the passenger's side of our Nissan Rogue was severely damaged during a hit-and-run. The vehicles look asclose to new as possible when Chris is done with them, paint match and blending are extreamly good. Chris and Penny the owners are great to work with and always take the time to make sure you get what you paid for. Will definitely continue to use them if the need arises in the future .

Hail damage repair. This was all covered by my insurance. Penny was very helpful when dealing with my insurance company. I am very impressed with the quality of work they did on my Subaru. You can t even tell there was hail damage. Was also done in a timely manner! Highly recommend

I'm impressed with Chris and his staff. I made an appointment to have a ceramic coating on my vette. They had it completed on time as scheduled and the car came back beautiful. Thanks all for a bang up job.

The ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE AREA!! If you like Quality , Honesty, Dependability, and Beautiful Work this is where you want to take your vehicle!! Chris cares and is passionate about his work and his customers and so does his employees. With several years of experience in detailing, dent removal, window tint and much more you won't find a better place to go. I've dealt with him for several years and I've taken every vehicle I've had to him and received "A+" work every time and never been disappointed and highly doubt you'll be disappointed either!!

My vehicle was hit by a beebee. I was advised that Dent Worx was a good place to take it. Very friendly owner and staff. The dent repair was beyond my expectations. Very professional job. Plus, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle, which I did not expect. I would highly recommend Dent Worx for any auto repairs. I would totally use them again, if needed.

I took my vehicle to Chris and Penny for some rearend damage repair! Very professional and welcoming , and i couldn't believe the price for such quality work! Had my windows tinted and they did a great job! They had all the different tint types to look at as well as personal vehicles that you can see also. Found the price worth every penny. It looks like it came from the factory that way! Will definitely have them do other vehicles!

3/21/18 I had two dents above the door handle on the body of my 2016 Subaru this morning. Dents? What dents? In less than an hour they are gone ! Great staff and awesome service! I am going back to have my windshield repaired where a rock hit it. The repair price was great too, very reasonable! Go see them!

I highly recommend this place!! Someone decided my new car would look better with a door dent so I took it to Chris to see if he could fix it.. I am amazed at his work! Cannot even tell there was a dent! Great job, friendly employees & great price. Thanks Chris, I appreciate it!

2012 range rover, 112,000 miles, santorini black with lots of swirls and blemishes looks better than new after Dent Worx unique ceramic coating and wax for every day drivers. If taking care of your car is important, highly recommend you visit. Great service, great products, and fair price.

I took my 2012 Audi A4 here because a huge dent in my hood. Great job! the staff was friendly, the work was excellent, And the prices were great!! My car was looking brand new when i left. A must recommend for the Tri cities area! Ive been to many body shops over the years and I must say this was the best experience!

Just had a large dent and scuff in my Jeep's hood fixed and a dent in my wife's X5's door fixed. I've taken multiple vehicles here for dent repairs and detailing over the years. Everytime the vehicles look great for a very reasonable price.

If you need any work done to your vehicle, this is the place to trust in the tri-state area. They do truly the best hail damage work I ve seen. The owners and staff do amazing work and are extremely professional. I get my carpet shampooed seasonly and it always makes it smell like a new car. Always happy when I leave!

I had my car detailed at Dent Worx a few days ago. I almost didn't recognize it as the same car as the one I dropped off.....it looked "showroom" new! A very professional and friendly staff and quality work. It is one of the best businesses in the Kingsport area.

Absolutely best work in the area, supper happy with the wind tint, ceramic coating and paint correction on my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. The paint looks 10 times better than they day I purchased the car.
